When my dish finally arrived, the chicken was overcooked on the outside but pink on the inside, making it inedible. I pushed it aside and waited for our waitress to come back so I could show her. She was apologetic and removed the dish from the bill, and she did offer to bring something else, but at that point I declined. The manager also came over to apologize. With the open-kitchen concept, I realized she was the one who prepared the dish, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, between the extremely long wait times and the improperly cooked food, this experience missed the mark. While the staff handled the situation politely, it wasn't enough to make up for the issues. Unfortunately, we won't be revisiting.

I will say I got a bit of an ick because I found feathers on the wings. These are fresh butchered wings so it's understandable but also not my favorite thing to have happened. To note: I think it would have been nice because of the dirty glass for them to have offered a free dessert or something (especially since both our drinks were made wrong but to be honest we didn't tell them that they were) but that's just my personally thought for excellent customer service. Again, the waitress was extremely nice so of course I still tipped 20%!
