With a party of 8,they were quick to accommodate us with a table but yet way in the back of the restaurant. It wasn't too much of a problem as I noticed there wasn't a lot of long tables that would accommodate us comfortable-just a long walk from the front entrance. Everyone was friendly, our waitress was very nice & attentive & kept the biscuits replenished as we would ask. The food was so delicious & fresh. They have a special going on for $19.99 which comes with a soup OR salad, an appetizer & an entree! Great portion sizes with this special. I went to red lobster and my wife said why and my answer was why not. When I tried red lobster maybe 20+ years ago I loved the unlimited shrimp and lobster tails. Of course, since then I've been to many places and I said why not try it again. People still come here and it's not closed yet. Unfortunately, the quality is not as good as newer establishments. As you can see from the picture, the fries doesn't look very appetizing. The waitress asked if I wanted their clam chowder and even she couldn't recommend it good enough, the answer "it's okay" said it all. But since I was in the spirit of trying, I said a small one. This was our first time at Red Lobster after their bankruptcy. Prior to that we found Red Lobster totally unsatisfactory. I ordered the twin Maine Lobster tail dinner with the upcharge sides of mac and cheese (with bacon crumbles) and a caesar salad. My wife ordered a lunch special of a Maine lobster tail and sirloin steak. She also had a baked potato and beets on the side. We were hoping to try the whole Lobster, but the one's in the tank were chicken size and too small for us. Our bill came to 107 dollars and I left a large tip of 25 dollars to our very hard working waitress. We're used to eating in fine dining seafood restaurants so we knew that Red Lobster could never live up to that standard. All the sides were very good and the biscuits, as always, were delicious. The tails were quite small but tender, and flavorful. There were no options to add crabmeet stuffing to the top of the tails. My tails were 49.99 but I was still hungry after my meal. I could have easily had two more tails to satiate my appetite. So, I can recommend this particular Red Lobster with reservations, but I wouldn't go back. The lobster was juicy and delicious and everything at the perfect temperature (not a far drive from home). The biscuits were delicious and they gave me a generous amount! The portions were fair and so was the price. I would definitely come back for more takeout or to dine in. The inside looked clean and quiet, a nice setting for a quiet dinner. Menu is super limited, we came because my son loves lobster and we were celebrating. Needless to say, some delicious biscuits, two meals (one of which was pathetic and one was ok) and two $3.99 sodas and a hefty $80 bill later, I left so disappointed that here you are reading my complaints! Christmas Eve we decided to go out to dinner last minute. There was only about a 10 minute wait which wasn't bad at all. I expected it to be way more crowded than it was. I don't frequent red lobster but my mom wanted to go here. I got a steak and my mom got a salad with shrimp. Our waitress Bianca was super sweet and attentive. My steak was cooked perfectly, very salty though. My mom's salad was very fresh and shrimp was cooked how she likes it. What a change-up from our last experience. My husband said upon his first visit to Red Lobster in his life that it was the best seafood he's had. Clearly it was or could have been a fluke because I enticed him to go last night and his dish was quite unsatisfying. The crab legs came out ice cold and the second batch came out steaming hot but shredded and chewy - overcooked. Although my kids loved their chicken, the fries were underdone. Unfortunately I did get sick from the sauce put on the Brussels sprouts that was said to me last visit was not gluten free. The salmon on my dish was phenomenal the previous visit but this time was simply mediocre. I'm surprised after the cold and chewy crab legs, the manager did not come visit the table and at least apologize or give a discount. We paid a hefty price for an okay meal. I went to red lobster yesterday with my dad. I decided to get the surf and turf. Special for $28. The waitress was great food came out at a timely manner. The food was not much. The lobster was 6 oz, and It didn't even pay to even have it. It was so small and potatoes are not that expensive. But you get 2 tbsp, so cheap that if you got a skimp. On the mashed potatoes, that means you're not doing well because that's the least they can do is give you enough, but 2 tbsp is a joke. The side dishes are almost non-existent and won't go back. Haven't been to Red Lobster in a long time. The quality in the taste of food has definitely gone down over the years. I use to get the Ultimate Feast, and they give you smaller portions of food. However, the Endless Shrimp is always a good reason to go. I really enjoyed the Parmesan Bacon Shrimp, & the Red Shrimp. Walt's favorite Shrimp was never appealing to me, and nowadays, I don't care to much for their Shrimp Alfredo. Give me the Shrimp, and keep the noodles. so I pull up to red lobster after a long day of work and my mom went with us because she wanted some biscuits and I said OK let's go also my daughter and my five sons came with us. OK so we get there and the waiter greeted us she was very nice she had a very slim body which is good and I liked her veins.so we walked to our table and the booth is a little dirty but that's OK and then we sit down. I get the lobster legs and legs and then my leg fell off the table because the table was way too high for me because I'm 5 foot two and then my son he tripped and fell over somebody shoe and he started crying which was bad so then we had to go get him a tissue and they had no tissues in the bathroom so I threw up in the bathroom for eating 17 too many biscuits and the waiter was very nice she was very nice and I liked her hair it was very nice and then we got the lobster legs and the lobster legs were very good I ate them with the butter and it was yummy so I think it was four stars because it was nice and I liked it even though my son threw up but that wasn't your guises fault he just had a stomach bug. our total was $114 with the tip and I think for $94 all the lobster and the pasta and the biscuits were pretty good. read more

My trip to Red Lobster, no day at the beach! The city was Middletown NY, it was Sunday, June 5th, hot and humid with a mild breeze coming out of the east. Our son had paid us a visit for the day, joining us in our search for affordable and comfortable footwear. My name is Jacob, I'm a Yelper, I carry a fork. Our search for shoes had grown long and tedious, bringing us to the noon hour. A suggestion was made to stop off at a favorite eatery for burgers. After stopping at a traffic light the local Red Lobster had revealed itself to us inside a strip mall to our left. Realizing that noon on a Sunday was not the time to frequent a diner, we decided to try the Red Lobster. It was somewhat a stroll down memory lane, my wife and I hadn't been to Red Lobster since we'd dated back in the early 1980s. Our son had never been in one and suggested that we stop in. The parking lot was pretty empty when we pulled in. After parking the Jeep we entered the location to see that seating wouldn't be an issue. The hostess was quite nice, quickly seating us and introducing us to our waitress. Drinks were the first subject of debate to be floored. One diet Pepsi, (NO COKE since we are caucasian and wish to help Coke be LESS WHITE by never drinking it again,) water, and hard lemon aid. For starters, we had lobster bisque soup. Good choice, somewhat salty, but not too much. it was very enjoyable. Next, we ordered the entrees. The first is the Baja Shrimp bowl. It was okay, nothing to jump up and dance about, but not swill either. The second was the Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger. We weren't sure what wagyu meant so we looked it up. Apparently, it was a combination of sever types of meat. In trying to identify the types of meats used some suggestions came up. Rat, cat, dog, kangaroo, perhaps pterodactyl, ...but nothing that once mooed. It was horrible, except for the bacon and cheese. You can put bacon and cheese on 161-year-old Civil War field rations and it would taste great, unfortunately, it was put on a Wagyu burger which rendered the bacon and cheese useless. Next time my wife will order the salt pork and hard tack. Lastly we ...(I)... had ordered the Shrimp Alfredo. Now that wasn't too bad, the sauce was very watery and mild, but edible. If you never have eaten real Shrimp Alfredo, like home-cooked style by a Sicilian/Italian mother/wife, then you might think that it was good. To me, it was tantamount to opening a can of Progresso Alfredo sauce, pouring it on a pile of linguini, and covering it with frozen shrimp from Sam's Club. To sum it up, the $81.+ price tag would have been better spent at the Wendy's across the street. However, there was a silver lining. Our waitress was named Tanya and a sweeter lady you couldn't meet. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable in regards to the menu choices, and very conscientious. The soup was very good and the free rolls were exquisite. They made the difference, perhaps we should try something else if we return, that is still on the table for debate. read more

Does not have the greatest taste, depending upon the wait staff that you they might be great or awful ...get the food is usually at least edible sometimes not. It was SLAMMED when we arrived, but Stephanie our waitress, was amazing at multitasking, never let us feel overlooked and had an amazing demeanor the entire evening. I have mixed feelings about not just this Red Lobster but all Red Lobsters. I will say it was what I expected and the quality was similar to other locations I have visited. My only thing with the restaurant is not the food but the cost. Many dishes are between $20-$30. For a family that can be very expensive. I got the lobster Alfredo which was delicious . The lobster had a slight chew but the taste was still very good. I got the half size for $18 it was enough to fill me up- remember you get cheddar biscuits!! That's the best reason to go is for Red Lobsters biscuits and I'm sure they factor the biscuits into the cost you pay for your meal too- they are addicting !!! My Cesar salad was good as well. They add the dressing for you so I had to ask for extra dressing because I like a lot of dressing. Everyone else in my party also enjoyed their meal. Came here with family and friends on multiple occasions. The service here is always very friendly. One time my friend forgot his card and we were already in the parking lot. Our server chased us out to the parking lot to give it to us! The food is usually pretty good as well. I love the cheese biscuits they serve for free! Also the salmon here is usually pretty good.
