Loved this place, loved the service to the older lady that took care of us bless her heart! She's amazing! Kind and made the best homemade lemonade too. Compliments to the chef. They have a huge house filled with plenty of places to sit, inside and outside they also have an upstairs and outdoor dining as well. It's huge if you have a big party, or even if it's just for 2. They give you free bread and butter which was 10/10, The clams were great too full of flavor, the juice tasted good with the bread as well. Ordered Tomahawk steak and it was not available. Then we asked for t-bone and the last one had just been ordered so that was not available either. So once again we chose a third time. A ribeye and a filet mignon. the ribeye wants to be medium rare, and the filet mignon was supposed to be medium. what we got was raw on both steaks. Even after returning the filet mignon to cook longer, if they still returned it raw. And when they said they had an open bar of mai tai was served with orange liquor instead of orange juice or pineapple juice. For prices they charged, I paid in the Bay Area of California this place was not worth the stop. read more

The restaurant is beautiful inside & makes the dinner feel special. The servers are the best & have many years of experience. Dinner started with steaming hot bread that was so wonderful we had to force ourselves to stop. I had a Ceasar salad & my husband had the dinner salad with Bleu Cheese. Both were beautiful & dressings homemade. We went on a Tuesday & the special was Chicken Parmesan and it was a huge delivery portion & served with penne pasta & carrots and broccoli. My husband had the 16 oz Rib Eye & it was cooked perfectly and served with carrots & broccoli and a loaded baked potato. Thank you for a great night. We will be back! read more

My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner. It's not a bad little spot but I feel like it's trying to be something it's not, at least not yet. I don't want to seem nitpicky but when I'm taking my wife out and we're looking for a specific type of atmosphere to go with the more expensive dinner prices and it fails to deliver, I need to say something. The good: First of all the food is amazing. I had the halibut and my wife the salmon. Both were excellent. The bad: 1.The waitresses need something to do. They were clearly bored and hanging around the front door talking. Not exactly nice and romantic for us. 2. Country music. I love country music but the local radio station playing is again, not romantic and did nothing to set the atmosphere. 3. This is really nitpicky but while me and my wife are talking and sharing stories a guy comes into the room to replace a light bulb and it's not even the same color as the rest of them. Every other bulb is warm white, you know that warm inviting color and the guy puts a bright white, light in the blue spectrum. Again, it's just little things like this that when compiled makes it not the place we wanted. Would I go back again? Maybe. If I'm going to pay Ruth's Chris type prices for food I want more than great food. I want a place to go that I can not have to focus on random waitress conversations in the corner or maintenance guys changing light bulbs in the middle of my time that's supposed to be special to us. Again it's trying to be something it's not. I think for the money Roosters downtown is a better choice. If you're only looking for good food and don't care about anything else then this isn't a bad spot but I could have gotten take out and went to a park and had a more romantic atmosphere than I did when we went here. Great atmosphere and service. The waitresses were very accommodating. Food was delicious. We loved the steamer clams, salmon, and prime rib. Their banana foster dessert was extraordinary. Very affordable for a steakhouse. My only complaint was they brought our appetizer and salad at the same time, which seemed a little rushed. We were really excited upon looking at the reviews and finding a table without a reservation. We weren't the only ones without a reservation and I wonder if those people got the same treatment. We spent $167 to fill unwelcome by the waitress practically the whole night. She was very short and cold.. Ambience was perfect. Would've been a cute romantic date night if I didn't feel so uncomfortable throughout the night. My boyfriend loved his prime rib. We got the chimichurri bites. I got a fillet with shrimp on the side. Shrimp was delicious. The fillet was well not medium well, no blood. I think the reason the waitress had initially gave me such an uncomfortable feeling was I told her the last couple steakhouses I went to they gave it to me extra bloody. Even though we showed up before the table of 2 behind us they got served before us. Maybe because we didn't have a reservation but we weren't the only ones without one. She kept telling me my steak was coming out because she told the cook about my experience and I was served last. I wasn't impressed with this dining experience at all. When we first arrived we were not sure if it was even the right place or that it was even open as there was no sign in front with their name and it seemed very dark. When we were seated, we were given menus and we ordered. Very shortly after, were brought out fresh bread and whipped butter that was very good. My husband found a long light hair on his napkin, though. We all received salads, which were fresh and delicious except for the strongest red onions ever! My husband had ordered his salad without cheese. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was beautifully served, but the shrimp was very overcooked. My husband and son ordered the special which was spaghetti. My son ate all his, but my husband didn't like it at all! Firstly, it had cheese and he doesn't like cheese!I wish the server had mentioned this to us, knowing he asked for no cheese on his salad. It had cheese melted on top and throughout the pasta so there was no removing it. In addition, it had a burnt flavor and it looked like vomit. When the server asked if we liked our meals, we politely said everything was fine, not wanting to complain, but my husband couldn't eat the weird spaghetti. I found a long light hair in my pasta, too. It wasn't mine -- I'm a brunette. Later, when the server asked again if we liked the meal and if we needed a to-go container, I told the server that while my son ate his meal, my husband obviously didn't care for his and I tried it and didn't like it either. I asked her why it tasted burnt? She said she would go into the kitchen and taste it. She came back and told us that the 'chef' put roasted red pepper in it. I've never heard of a spaghetti recipe with roasted red pepper in it. (I don't think that's authentic either.) She apologized, but it didn't seem like she really cared. I took a couple clams home for the cat in a to-go container, but we left everything else. The other servers were attentive and kept our water glasses full and the silverware seemed clean. When we got in the car to go home, we discussed whether we'd go back and we all agreed that the best part of the meal was the bread and water and it wasn't worth it. For our 5 year anniversary we wanted to celebrate with something special. This restaurant delivered on all fronts! The service was excellent, the atmosphere is really cozy and feels like a fancy steakhouse, and the food is absolutely divine. The prices are very fair for the quality of food you get here. This is a great place to go to celebrate or have a slightly nicer-quality meal for a special occasion (or simply because you feel like it!) we ordered the chimichurri steak bites, the chicken Marsala and the chicken cordon bleu and all of it was absolutely delicious. read more

The food was mediocre. We enjoyed the mushrooms, and the fresh bread. Our steak bites were overcooked , but the salmon bites were actually pretty really good . The thing that was most disappointing was the out of compliance ADA Bathroom . Because it was not Ada compliant. We could not get our wheelchair through the doors , so we went to get a walker . Then we couldn't get the Walker through the bathroom door. We had to turn sideways and Scoot sideways through the bathroom door. We were told that the ADA Compliant bathroom was outside and that unfortunately the patio was closed . It wasn't until we had already retrieved our Walker and tried to get through the bathroom door that they came in and told us that they would open the patio for us . If they had waited any longer we would have ended up with an accident in the middle of their hallway . We did end up being able to use the restroom after some quick thinking and going sideways through the door. It's the law that you have an ADA Compliant restroom available for your clients . We will not return to this restaurant. It was a very disappointing experience , and when I asked to speak to a manager I was denied three times . read more

We got some takeout while staying in Chiloquin. Husband got the seafood linguine which had a good amount of seafood. It was tasty. I got the Halibut which was also good with butter sauce that came with a side of veggies and risotto. Our lab had the chimichurri steak bites with the sauce on the side. She enjoyed that very much. Very slow service. Extremely high prices. We (3) had salmon, it was cooked well and tasty, came with a baked potato - we had to ask for butter. Lobster tail, it was over cooked, served without drawn butter or lemon - had to ask for both and by the time it got there the lobster was cold! Alfredo with NY Steak - worst alfredo I've ever tasted - was like pasta in white gravy made with flour and skim milk - NO CHEESE - small steak about 3/4 of an inch thick, was cooked ok - pink inside w/ salt and pepper. Couldn't eat the Alfredo -- said something to the owner... was told they liked it and everyone has a different taste.....hmmm We all willl never go back there. read more
