Ty was very nice and meticulous with my manicure, taking off the gel-x, and reapplying a new set. I did milky white on the bottom and a silver cat eye finish on top. When I left I did notice that one of the nails was filed a little more to the left and I messaged her and she fixed it for me immediately when I came back, great service, very kind. My hair is so horrible. They did bleaching my hair without me know. I had a diagnosed breast cancer. I told her please don't bleach my hair. I showed her picture what I want. But she didn't do what I wanted. That was one day before my sons wedding last sept 30 2022 I was so disappointed My hair is getting worse I have to let it grow. I took pictures of both hands. The couple there is really nice. Still have cuticles/ dead skin that wasn't trimmed. I just got them done and they look like they're 2 weeks grown out. they need to seriously push the cuticles back and paint very close. They don't have acrylic powder. Only gel polish or dip powder. Makes sense but if you like acrylic like most people it kind of sucks. Usually i just go to home nail techs but i wanted to go somewhere quick for a pedicure too. I think i will try dip powder next time and just make sure they push back my cuticles. I had a great pedicure though. Gel is definitely not my thing with fake nails. I think this place is worth going to but just make sure you get your moneys worth. My nails grow fast so i already know im gonna need a new set fast they look old already. read more

I have come here twice to get my nails done. The first time I came here to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure and the second time just acrylics. Both times I was greeted and immediately given the nail color swatches to choose from. I was incredibly surprised by how many colors they had. It made it really fun to have so many different shades to pick from. They also had fun names and one of the colors I went with was "Ferrari Red". The studio was nicely decorated and the staff were all friendly. John did my nails the first time and he did a fantastic job with everything. He knew exactly what shape I wanted and they were so well done. The second time I came here Linda did my nails and she did a really good job as well. I found Cindy while looking through Yelp for a place to get my nails done for a special event I have tomorrow and let me tell you... she did NOT disappoint. For the first time in my 10 years of getting my nails done, I feel like I was taken care of and treated amazing by a nail tech. Decided to take my daughter for a mani pedi today so we came to J Salon since my last experience was a good one. I used yelp to make an apt and called to confirm. They were able to take us both on a sat afternoon which was great! Happy to say that we both left with happy toes and fingers. Linda did my toes and fingers while another nice lady (forgot her name), did my daughters. After they were finished, my daughter decided she wanted a flower on her toes. Wanted a full set done for Chinese New Years so I reached out and made an appointment with Linda. She is so friendly and nice and I really enjoyed my conversation with her. I opted for a full set with gel color coffin shaped. She gave me the length and shape I wanted without any comments. When I came back in, the gentleman wanted to go back and forth about how I wanted them fixed and tried to assure me there was nothing wrong with them. So I asked him to take them off, while doing so he hurt me and made me bleed on three fingers. Linda, she is super sweet, noticed I was upset and offered to fix them herself. Went back to J Salon to get nails redone. Went with a co-worker who was with me previously almost two weeks ago. I appreciate that they strive to provide great customer service. They are a brand new salon that does nail, hair, and facials. I haven't tried any of their other services yet. The nail services they provide is pretty fancy with the soaks, perfin wax, etc. There are tiny things that they can fix which we mentioned to them. Overall we will be back. John does a great job on my nails. He always takes great care and is very meticulous in how he does things. He's also the only one in this area that does airbrush design, and he's really good at it! Linda gives awesome pedicures too. I'm always able to walk in and never have a problem getting service. A nice calf/foot massage is part of the package, and that's my favorite part.
