Very nice, clean place & John was super friendly. I had the deluxe pedicure last week and it was just OK. I was the only one in there so I know they weren't in any rush. I felt like he skimped on the massage and rushed thru everything else. There wasn't really anything "deluxe" about this pedi & it certainly wasn't worth $65. Not a "do over". I read all the other positive reviews & would like to give them 5 stars, but I have to say I was disappointed :( read more

One finger was bleeding as i got to the car, the gel was on all my fingers and just looked sloppy. The people were really nice and the place looks really good, i just wish the quality was better. Just had my first visit at J Salon & Supplies and I was so happy with my pedicure and gel manicure. I called to make a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me with a smile. They have a great deal in which you can get a free manicure with a pedicure. I upgraded my package and got a gel manicure instead for only a $15 difference. I got the basic pedicure, but Jimmy still gave me a fantastic leg and foot massage. For my gel manicure, I thought that the color was a bit lighter than I had anticipated. I mentioned it to Jimmy and he added another layer of polish at no extra charge. I also had great conversations with Jimmy and John. Awesome service. I'll definitely be back! read more

My 7 year old was so excited about mani/pedis but our regular place was crowded. Decided to do it another day. Found this place on the way home and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. It's new and no one was there. Great experience. Massage chairs! Nice foot/leg massage and a very thorough job. Went here on a whim! Having just moved to the area recently I've had trouble finding a decent nail salon, since I'm so picky about my nails! I called this place and they got me in within 15minutes! I LOVE my nails! They're not too thick and not too thin and Linda did exactly what I asked! This place is so nice inside and modern and extremely clean(MAJOR PLUS!) Its a one stop shop, so hopefully next time I can try they're other services! But I'll definitely be back for my next fill! $40 plus tip for an acrylic fill w/gel and chrome is AMAZING!! Linda was great! It was my first time coming to get my nails done and I loved how she shape my nails.

Yesterday was my first time at the salon and right away everybody greeted me and was very accommodating I had called ahead to make sure they had time but did not make an appointment. This is a dip in powder done by John. He was very knowledgeable on the process and answered all my questions. I went in for an acrylic full set but he told all about dip in powder and I had to try it. He spent so much time on each nail making sure they were all even and looked good. The whole process took about an hour and I've never loved a full set more. I will definitely be back in the future! read more

Didn't try to defend what previous person had done . Very nice lady . Got my gel fixed perfectly. It has stayed intact with the French tips for two weeks, as per my expectation. Changing my rating to 5 stars. I have been here before for regular manicure pedicure and was happy with it. Yesterday I went in for regular French manicure. They said it will be gone in two days and convinced me to upgrade to gel, which I did . Day 2 it is already chipping away. read more

Vee is nice; she does a quality, quick and thorough job: I got a mani/pedi. The foot massage was the highlight for me. Everything inside looked cleaned and sanitized. I would go again. This place has the WORST customer experience I have ever received. I got my nails done a week and a half ago and they are already lifting, the acrylic itself has chipped, and one even fell completely off. When I went back today the owner of the place was EXTREMELY rude and throwing attitude at me for the poor quality of her own product. I only needed to replace my nail that fell completely off and she assumed I wanted a fill. She said she was going to charge me $15 and it was a "discount" she started taking the nail polish off my nails before I could agree to anything cause she would talk over me.
