They do a great job but one lady part of the staff is very rude!!! And always yells when she's talking. I have been coming here for 3 years and since the change of owner the service has gone down a lot the new workers are very rude. I drive over 40 minutes to get my nails done here because I really enjoyed coming here but there is one lady who is very rude and several times when I tell her something is wrong or choose a design she does not like she will yell and cut me while doing my nails. The reviews and pictures for this place except the ones from the past few months are all for Beauty Nails who had a booming business and quite a following. This is no longer Beauty Nails. I have had two wonderful pedicures here by a young woman who was professional and skilled at her craft. I have also had two not so wonderful or pleasurable manicures by other people in the shop, including a woman who I believe is the owner or person in charge. Both appointments were toward the end of the work day on a Sunday. One appointment I made over the phone & the other online. The shop closes at 6 and although they said they could do my nails after my pedicure they did not do the full service. One time, while getting my pedicure the woman who is in charge started filing my nails and painted them. I did not receive a nail soak or warm glove treatment. The second time, again, she tried to start doing my nails while I was getting a pedicure and I declined. I offered to not get my nails done since they seemed in a rush to close on time, but they insisted they could do my nails. Once again, no soak offered. I had to request it. No warm glove treatment or massage. Both times my manicure was charged full price. I was also scoffed at when I declined getting my nails done at the same time as my pedicure and talked about when I asked for change for a five dollar bill. The place has been empty each time I go so I'm perplexed why they would treat me this way. I felt disrespected. I'm not going back. read more

I have been going to Beauty nails for years!! My two favorites are Quinn and Tee. Tee does my Mani and Quinn does my Pedi and I walk out of there feeling amazing. Quinn has kept me having to go to a Podiatrist, for real! She does such an amazing job taking care of my feet. May I start by saying pre-Covid I went there every 2-weeks from May-Sept. Just for a toenail color change, but for years. Post Covid it did take me a while to go back, but I did a few weeks ago. I made an appointment and arrived 10 earlier. I sat there for 35 minutes while they chatted out back and waited on everyone who entered the salon after me. I am absolutely disappointed with my nails. I got my nails done and the GEL polish chipped after one shower and was completely off several nails are two to three days. I was one of the last people they took and it was extremely rushed. I even made an appointment thinking I'd get more attention rather than a rush job. I've been here twice and have left very satisfied both times. I book my acrylic fills with T. He is amazing! I can tell that he's a perfectionist like I am so my nails always come out flawless. I was in town for work and needed a good manicure as well as an eyebrow wax, so I did my normal search on Yelp for which salon I wanted to go to. I always look for the one with the most GOOD reviews, so I chose Beauty Nails! I normally call ahead and check availability, but I completely forgot to and had to hope for the best. Receptionist was super sweet and I got taken care of right away! The lady who did my brows did an AWESOME job!! She shaped them and cleaned them up just right. She also was the same lady who did my manicure. She and I conversed the entire time while she worked on my nails. I felt like I was chatting with a friend whom I'd known forever! Towards the end she asked my name, and introduced herself as Quinn. I told her she was the reason I chose Beauty Nails because so many people wrote good reviews about her & the salon. Tina at beauty nails, I had an acrylic fill and not only did she do a great job but she even gave me a great hand massage, Tina was pleasant and we had a nice conversation. I would have given the place 5 stars but i got a pedicure with a young girl that needs to be a little more aggressive with the cuticle nippers and the pusher as i felt like she barely touched me with them and kind of just went through the motions, she did give a good leg massage that i wish lasted a little longer and she did a great job polishing my toes. If you want a mediocre manicure that takes 2 hours, then this is the place for you. I got a dip powder manicure and the woman who did my nails was very clumsy and kept dropping and spilling things on me and herself. She did 3 layers of top coat for me to try to ease the appearance of the bumps she didn't file out completely even after I asked and the tip cost was messy and uneven. I've been to this salon a couple of times now, the first was to get an acrylic fill, and I was happy with my nails. The service during this first visit should have deterred me from visiting again. Half way through my fill, the nail tech got up and starts yelling at the male receptionist, then stormed out leaving my nails unfinished. The receptionist painted my nails and took care of the rest of my appointment. Because the quality of the nail was so great, I thought I would give them another try. I had read about the dip-gel powder online and had seen a great set on one of my close friends so I thought I would try it. I saw that Beauty Nails offered the service and called and booked an appointment. From what I had read online, this process should be quicker than that of acrylic, but it took over TWO HOURS to complete. A full acrylic set has never taken over an hour to complete. The nail tech seemed unsure of what she was doing, and kept losing control of the file. She would ruin the nails with the file, then add more product, which created terribly thick nails that had to be filed more. The end result was a clear, plastic looking nail that was rough, uneven, and cheap looking. I paid and left, but I was so upset I returned the next morning at opening and asked to have them removed. The woman at the desk argued with me telling me this is how they're meant to look, and that removing them would be damaging. So instead of taking them off and replacing with a regular gel manicure, they told me they would file and smooth them, then paint over them. The end result of this fix looks pretty decent, but I will never be returning, and I won't recommend this place to anyone. It's OK to make mistakes, I would have returned regardless of the bad set of nails, but to argue with me afterwards about the mess up is just poor customer service. I'm a forgiving consumer and I would normally never write a bad review, but This place really earned the write up. Go to LA Nails across the street for better pricing and amazing service. read more

I've been looking for a new nail place for a while and I'm glad to say that this is it! Went here on a Saturday and it was a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Walk-ins were welcomed. I had a shellac nail manicure, which I'm in love with. For $25, it's worth it. The woman doing my nails was a sweetheart and did a fabulous, meticulous job on my nails. Read good reviews so at 11:40 a.m. walked in for a fill. About 5 oriental ladies were seated and working on customers, nobody even walked over to me. I vaguely hear someone (no idea which) say "Can I herpa you?" So I stand closer to the front desk thinking they'll figure it out. Again a lady yells "Can I herpa you!" I hold up my nails, refusing to awkwardly yell across the full salon, she murmurs in her language to a girl who approaches me and asks if I could come back at 3 p.m. I say no, I have to be at work for 3 and I can't be late. She says ok come at 2. Um, I've never been in and out of any nail salon in under 30 min. She insists the process will only take 30 min as if this is my first time. She obviously has no problem lying to me and ruining my day at work for a few bucks. Typical of a desperate salon with poor skills just grappling for pennies. I won't be going back at 2, instead I'll try L.A. Nails across the street at 1. Which leaves me plenty of time to plan for mistakes and time for correction just in case! As I sat down, Quinn explained to me why my nails kept breaking over & over ( I was getting fills at a different salon) and suggested I get them taken off and a full set. I am SO happy with the outcome. My nails feel & look amazing. I went with a matte black & the shape is perfect. My technician took the time to file them down so they're smooth, and thin and beautiful! I went with the spa pedicure with the hot stones. I have been going to Beauty Nails since Thanksgiving last year. I am treated with respect as a customer. I get some funky design every time I go for a fill or pedicure. Don is an excellent nail tech and she is fast! I have never had a problem at Beauty Nails. The owner is very creative and has given me some very artistic creations on my nails.
