I'm going to add a negative here, even though everyone was very nice and know their work I'm sure. I brought an audi a4 of my daughters here to find a coolant leak and look at a check engine light. They didn't diagnose the leak but did take off the plastic undercover. Break the bolts and return the car with it folded up in a plastic bag in the trunk for me to figure out. Really..I am not sure why I wasn't angry, but it was probably because they quoted around 5k to fix a leaky thermosta(it was fine..leak was a hose and o ring..I found out) saying the car was out of time. Needed ne chain...and belt plus other...actually I changed 2 sensors and cleaned the throttle body(u tube thanks) and it was fine. They told me the car was unsafe and shouldn't be driven...nope. they also said people give them 5k all the time. I paid the 200 diagnostic and left with the car worse. I'm sure they're great if you don't mind giving them all your cash. I wouldn't have written this review except I just got coupons in the mail from them for $45 off my next service which is so laughable it kind of tweaked me. read more

So now we will see if JA Autoworks did the work they charged me over $350 for. I had water coming into my A-pillars and pooling on the drivers side floor. I brought it to JA, they "told" me they did all this work and found the problem, a clogged sunroof drain flap. I explained prior that I already cleared the drains myself. They insisted it was not at the spot I cleared, they had to take the windshield wiper fluid reservoir out etc, etc. They said, and i quote, "we poured SIX gallons of water into the drain and its not clogged anymore." Well this past Saturday, 5/20/23, we had a rain storm. I went out during the storm and yep you guessed it, rain still coming into my car. I have an appointment at Porsche Monmouth tomorrow to find the problem. Lets see if JA even did the work they charged me over $350 for. Stay tuned. read more

When you drop off your car they will ask you if you need an Uber or to borrow a loaner car until your car is ready. If you're a returning customer they send you a scratch off in the mail with a thank you card which is a nice perk! Scheduling is always super convenient and the staff always tries to be accommodating to your schedule. If you're a returning customer they will even wash and vacuum your car. Pricing is always fair. I used to bring my Audi A4 here for repairs but unfortunately I moved to north jersey so I havent been back in a while. If I am ever in the area and need a repair I'll definitely stop by. I had a busted exhaust clamp a while back and my car was loud as hell since the cat was hanging disconnected from the exhaust. I called in the early morning hoping they could squeeze me in. They were booked but they still told me to swing by and they worked me into their schedule since it was only a clamp. Funny how much trouble a little clamp could be. I have brought my car in to them a couple times over the years and they always treated me well and were nice enough to indulge my ignorant engine questions without sounding condescending. I really liked the setup where you can watch them working on your car as the office windows overlook directly into the shop. Place is desperate and poorly managed. Got a quote last year for an oil pan replacement for 634 for a pan I got for a little over 100 dollar on a vr6 24v. This past visit I only needed a shift linkage a 300 repair and Johns desperate ass tried charging me 2700 for a used transmission with unknown miles as per Erin, his new TERRIBLE receptionist laughing on the phone about this repair, as i expressed this doesn't make sense and will ruin my financial situation for Christmas.
