I was fascinated by their lettuce dispensing machine, which holds the pre-chopped greens in a vertical dispenser keeping them fresh. My dad and his partner got the beet salad and my husband I shared what was described as dungeoness crab bisque. As a crab bisque lover, I was surprised when it came out like a chowder with large chunks of potatoes and huge pieces of crab.
