Local to the area said this was a place to go if you want to get a place to eat. The pizza was great with lots of veggies. The crust was a little well done for my liking. I asked if the salad came with spring mix or romaine mix. After confirming the salad came with spring mix, it came with romaine and a small amount of spring mix. The tuna salad club was interesting to say the least. The tuna was delicious but the sandwich was bread, lettuce-bacon-tomato, bread, tuna, bread. Ratios were so off and very odd. I also don't eat meat so the bacon was not mentioned on the menu anywhere. I asked for lettuce and onion and got lettuce and tomato. My opinion- stick to the pizza. read more

We didn't feel like cooking or cleaning so decided on takeout. We rarely bring food in. I called in the order, the woman who answered the phone was very nice and spoke clearly. She understood that I wanted our pizza lightly baked which facilitates reheating. We had a small order of wings (10) we only ate 5 and we each had a slice of very good plain pizza. I declare the dough was the highlight. Soft and chewy and perfect proportion of sauce and cheese. Many years ago I may have said Jo Jo's was heads above their competition however 2024 and Jaces place formally Jonuzzi's just set the bar extremely high. We ordered the cauliflower pizza which alone was never my first choice in the 70's cause you may get beat up asking for your dough to be made of cauliflower lol. The rating this place received is so not accurate for how tasty our meal was. They said beach delivery would be 45-50 min and it arrived hot in less than 35! If you're looking for a local pizza joint that offers ok "NY Style Pizza" I think you would enjoy the place. Thin crust, although floppy, if it were crisp to the crust, the pizza would have been an improved experience. Very little sauce, and what sauce that was on it was flavorless. The cheese was certainly not a top-echelon Mozz, that's for sure, but it was cheese. No pull, kind of dry. This style of pizza is just not a style I prefer. If you are having lots of people over, I think because of the lack of flavor, sauce, and cheese this would serve the purpose.
