    Buffalo Wings

Basic food, nostalgic vibes. The ambiance leans into charming nostalgia in the "cafe" section, with its low ceilings, tight quarters, and dive-bar vibe that evokes old-school Jersey Shore memories, though the multiple entrances and confusing layout can leave first-timers scratching their heads. Odd arrangement with two bars (one old, one new), a fine dining restaurant, AND a beach-front tiki bar. Mediocre wings and burger; wings lacked sauce but at least were tender and the burger was straightforward, no-frills with no wow factor. Overall, it's a laid-back spot right off the beach and a has touch of quirky character, go to for simple eats without high expectations.

    Shrimp Caesar Salad.

We stopped in to the downstairs pub for a quick bite after a HS football game. The food was great. The shrimp Caesar salad was the best! We meet a new bartender Shannon, she was awesome and made us laugh. Our waitress was a sweetheart. Really nice pub friendly place. The food is always really good.

The waitress and staff were great, and the restaurant is nice, slow and relaxed. The food could have been a bit bigger in quantity, or come with soup/salad in order to justify the price, but overall pretty good.

Stopped by Ventura's after a day on the beach. I have to say I was very underwhelmed at my experience here. The 3 stars is for the ocean views, as that is always a nice feature. We had an older server who unfortunately was very unfriendly. The food was not worth the price. The french fries were decent.

    Ahi Tuna Sashimi

We recently ate at this restaurant and given the prices ($35-65 per entree), I assumed this was a nice, high end restaurant. It turned out to be very mediocre, but a very expensive one. I ordered Ahi Tuna sashimi for $35 hoping for something special. What I got were the cheapest wooden chopsticks, a couple pieces of tuna and cole slaw. This should have been an appetizer for ~$10-15. My wife had chicken with peppercorn and mashed potatoes, which was very bland. Restaurant has another section serving pizza. I didn't check the prices, but at least they looked appetizing. The only good parts were the service and a nice view of the ocean.

GF shrimp scampi and 1/2 -1/4 :) -sandwich and soup.

WoW!!!! (It's December and still open) The style of this place, is a throw back to the TV show Cheers, quaint and local, clean, with a great variety of drinks and food. They have Gluten Free pasta, Cauliflower pizza, and the Shrimp Chowder soup was made GF as well. OK- now after sharing our initial impression, the taste of the food comes next. Impressive flavor w/o to much spice, and the 1/2 sandwich w/ soup was just the perfect match. Both our server Kaleigh and the bar tender Scott were friendly and helpful, to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Strongly suggest trying the Ventura's GreenHouse any time of year.

Great time with friends- Amazing fresh food with great flavors. We had cauliflower pizza, blackened chicken salad and crab cakes Service was fast, kind, and the vibe was chill with music present but not too loud that you could still hear the people you were with

    Steamers

I went to the cafe (which is separate from the other 3 restaurants within the green house) and the food was good! I went with the steamers which had great flavor. The food is over priced but hey, it's the shore. The daily specials are where the real value is at, I just wasn't in the mood for a wrap or sandwich. I recommend heading over to the tiki bar to get some air after the claustrophobia of the café but I am still giving 5 stars bc this place is solid.

We had their Meatballs with Pappardelle pasta AMAZING, and their Veal Milanese also AMAZING. Staff and food get a 10 out of 10!

We got there and it looked, calm, simple, and plain from the outside - until we walked in... this place was PACKED! Clearly, since we didn't make reservations, we weren't going to enjoy seating at their white table cloth tables in the main dining room, but we went around back to their bar and scored one last table there. Our server, Brian was amazing... engaging... and on point! They have a nice wine list and perfect spirit list. They also have an outstanding menu loaded with so many options, that I really just needed to settle on the first thing I saw that looked good. For me, I love cucumbers and when I saw they had a cucumber salad, done Asian style, I was completely in!!! Then I saw their soup of the day was split pea with bacon and since no one serves split pea and when they do, it's rarely what I expect, I got that too! Both of these came out looking GREAT! The cucumber salad had a nice spice to it and the flavors overall were sooo on point! That split pea soup was also great... almost perfect! It had the exact texture this soup should have and the flavor was very nice. For my entrée I saw a few of the halibut as I was walking through the dining room, so that is what I chose. The halibut came out looking great! It was PERFECTLY prepared too!! The flavors were spot-on, and the accompanying veggies were great too. We were enjoying dinner so much that we didn't want it to end, even though we were full... so, we ordered desserts too. I opted for the banana cream pie, as this is another item I rarely see on a menu and when I do, it's rarely done right, but not here... they did it perfectly! Overall, amazing meal... Highly recommend stopping in, but make reservations first!

The fried sushi roll was tough on the outside and soaked in a spicy sauce. I only ate the tasty tuna interior. My seasonal crisp was apple. Really? In June? And it arrived covered in whipped cream AND ice cream. I clearly should have gotten the blueberry pie! The crisp was okay but the fruit was lost in the toppings. I'll try again another time.

While I was I told to wait to have someone talk to him to get my ID back he was being way too friendly with the girls, giving them hugs and what not , letting them through and other young adult males he was shaking hands with was also getting through, not EVER SCANNING THE ID's or PUTTING THE BACKLIGHTS ON THEM just glancing at the ID's and having them go through. While I was told told by other bouncers I was not getting my ID back I had no choice but to go to the local police that was across the street and get it back and like the good boy he's supposed to be he gave them my ID, police checked it to see if it was real which it was and I had gotten it back.. I will never come here again not worth any money spent here don't ever come here your better off going to any other place around the area then memories the drinks r highway robbery the admission was also highway robbery just for people to be stinking and very aggressive people to be attending this so called "club" or whatever it is. Does not live up to the hype AT ALL. The big fat bouncer is a power tripper and doesn't need to be working as bouncer if he doesn't take the proper precautions and not use the proper tools and equipment given to him for ID CHECKING then he's better off working as a valley parking guy. The food here is also very disgusting and not fresh and I heard people had gotten sick from there not worth anything there.
