Any kind of lechon - they have it. When our usual Lechon person was not available for the holidays, we tried Jack Cebu. We ordered Cebu Lechon belly. I referred a friend and he got both whole pig Lechon and cebuano Lechon belly. They were delicious. The Lechon belly is one of the best in town. Crispy skin even 8 hours after it's been cooked. The flavor is delicious. The meat remains moist as well. They make their own lechon all purpose sauce- a little bit runny- may need a little more cornstarch. Next time will order the conchinillo and try their all you can eat for $20. Only problem is location is a little far in North Las Vegas but definitely worth going. The owner was easy to get in touch with to pre order.

I've known Jack way back in the early 2000 when we were living in LA. We regularly order a whole lechon with Jack in his Pacoima store. We visited when I found out this Las Vegas store. Unfortunately he wasn't there that day. Anyway the lechon was as good as I remembered it. It was a tad cold when it was served. Service was good. Place was empty when we arrived but started to fill up when we were done. Place could use some upgrades.

Screenshot of the lechon... beautiful!

Very friendly and welcoming. Did the $20 all you can eat lechon. It was very well worth it. Authentic lechon!! Food was great!! There are other yummy dishes to go with your lechon. Karaoke is also available. If you're looking for a whole roast pig... they are your guys! You can also book a venue. Turon (fried banana lumpia) also very yummy!! Garlic fried rice, and steamed rice available. Come check them out!! Definitely will be going back!!

I worked in the area and I didn't even know Jack Cebu Lechon existed. Glad we stopped by to give it a try. We were drawn in by the $20 AYCE Lechon. Order at the counter and have a seat if you want to dine in. It's a point point spot so choose other items that they serve. We informed the worker that we wanted the AYCE lechon and we asked for both the regular lechon (from the whole pig) and the Cebu style lechon. My favorite was the Cebu. The skin is much crispier and as oppose to the other lechon which the skin was hard to bite. The Cebu lechon had a great flavor too. I also enjoyed the chicken adobo and I usually don't eat chicken adobo. I prefer pork. Lastly, I did not like the lechon sauce. I made a vinegar sauce instead. Overall, Jack and his workers were all nice and the restaurant was clean. I'd definitely return again.

Awesome food selection and friendly staff and service by the owners! Clean place and accessible area from the strip! A must place not just for Lechon but Filipino food!

This place is like a cozy weekend getaway, just like hanging out with your tito and tita. The food is so delicious, it's generous! And the service is top-notch. If there are a lot of people, it might be worth waiting a bit. There lechon is the best they do ALA cARTE too.

First timer and the food was absolutely phenomenal! The cebu lechon was great and moist! The whole lechon was very tasty, just a bit dryer than the Cebu Lechon! The sides were super yummy! Lechon Paksiw, Diniguan, Beef Balbacua- all so remincient of being in the Philippines! I spoke to the owner Jack and he was so friendly and welcoming! Only thing that would make it a full five stars is turning on the ceiling fans or having better central cooling! We were sweating like the lechon!

On Sunday, we said our GOOD-BYES and it was decided we'd seek Filipino cuisine. Jocelyn checked her phone and came up with a restaurant, "FULL HOUSE." So there we went and we had a great dinner. As we walked in, a voice was heard: "WELCOME!" ... choose a table!" We did and in no time, A young man (Zeus) came to us with menus and said we could call him when ready! Well, between Tastic, Neil and Jocelyn, the menu items were selected, and Eros took our order. It was very long before the items began being served to us and we began our mini feast. The restaurant is not very big but it is great. The service is top notch as the Waiters and cooks were very timely. Situated in the "SILVERADO RANCH CENTER", parking is plentiful and the entire area is very nice. When in Vegas, go enjoy what the FULL HOUSE offers and tell Eros & his fraternal brother (Zeus): "PELOS PARADOS sent us!"

The music they had playing was too loud. Add to that all the chatter in the surrounding tables and it could definitely cause overwhelm. I want to add that the music they had playing was a bit more on the alternative/rock genre. The food was very okay. We ordered: - full house trio - bangus - pork karekare - lechon kawali - flaming halohalo The bangus in the picture had what appeared to be tomatoes. The one we got lacked tomatoes and had singkamas/jicama instead. Still good but we were expecting the tomatoes. The pork karekare was probably the best tasting cause of the karekare sauce but some of the pork pieces were a bit on the tougher side, maybe leftovers from other pork belly dishes? The lechon kawali was the most disappointing. The pork belly was a bit soggy. Also, the dish came out with just the fried pork belly and two sauces (Mang Tomas and a vinegar sauce). We were thinking it would come out with onions and tomatoes or something but nope! Also, I DO NOT recommend the flaming halohalo. They charged $19.99 each and it was not anything special whatsoever. Highly overpriced. Oddly enough, when you pull up the business on Google and place an online order, the price on the app is only $16.99. ???? It is also worth noting that they automatically add a 20% tip charge for a party of 4. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon.

I've seen this location on rainbow a few times and thought to stop by to see how the food is. Location is right by a little strip mall with cafe zupas and a yogurtland right next to it. We came on a tuesday afternoon for a lunch and parking was easy to find. We were greeted quickly and sat at a booth area. The smell of the food hits you as you walk in so that was a good sign. They served us water quickly as we looked at the menu. I ordered the sizzling pares which was tender marinated beef cubes with a side of garlic rice and an egg on top. My mom ordered the grilled pork chop and lemongrass chicken with the garlic rice. All of our dishes came with a fried egg on top. Everything was very flavorful. Highlight was the sizzling pares with the rice and egg. With the sweet sauce mixed in with the rice, it was perfection. We had a little bit of leftovers for lunch the next day and left satisfied. One thing that could be improved was the cleanliness. The booth that we were seated at was by a wooden panel. When the sunlight hits it at an angle, you could see the oil streaks and it didn't seem too clean. Floors were a bit dirty too. A little bit more cleanliness would make the atmosphere better. We would come again!

I ordered the beef nilaga, a traditional Filipino beef soup, and enjoyed having the opportunity to find this dish locally and other common dishes, but they have their version of some dishes that I have also not tried before. Most of the staff appeared to be Vietnamese, so if you order a Filipino dish, they may not always be familiar with all the ingredients or details, which can occasionally lead to some confusion due to a language barrier. I can't fully speak to the authenticity of either cuisine, but it's nice to have a comfortable sit-down restaurant that offers more Filipino food options. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. While there were a few minor shortcomings, I appreciate having another place in the area that highlights Filipino cuisine.

Surprisingly, they were not only offering breakfast items for their buffet. Pretty crazy but better for us lol. My favs were the tuyo, kare kare, sinigang and dinuguan. I saw a fly on the buffet line, and I also observed a woman in the kitchen handling and preparing food without wearing gloves. Seeing that immediately killed my appetite. Food safety and sanitation are non-negotiable for me. The buffet selection also felt disappointing. There weren't any new dishes compared to my first visit, and several items seemed to be made with lower-quality ingredients than I remembered. The service was just as disappointing. I came during lunch, and several employees were sitting together at a table eating with their hands while customers were walking around needing assistance. No one seemed interested in checking on guests or providing service. It gave the impression that staff meals were a higher priority than the paying customers. I really wanted to like this place because my first experience was positive, but this visit changed my opinion completely. Between the sanitation concerns, lackluster food, and poor customer service, I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend it.

They also advertise as a seafood grill, yet there were no seafood options during our visit. There's a $4 upcharge for lechon belly, but no other pork dishes were offered--no pork adobo, no lechon kawali. If you're charging extra for a premium item, there should at least be other standard pork options included. So instead of 20 dollars it was was $24 per person.  Drinks are not included in the $24 price. Overall, the food quality was mediocre and didn't justify the cost. There's an automatic service charge of 18% for a party of plus an additional 3% credit card fee. We don't mind paying more for good food and a satisfying experience, but this just didn't deliver. Sadly, we won't be coming back.
