I came into this location for the first time around 1:32 PM on Thursday. Both persons who helped me had very impatient personalities like they wanted to rush everything one of them, which was the girl dropped my food because she was having what it seemed to have like a moment I don't appreciate that kind of business. I really believe that Customer Service is vital the guy when he came back to give me the second order because the girl had dropped it. He seemed to have just like a slight attitude again. My friend and I went through the drive thru at around 10pm on a Saturday night. Very quick service, and the person working the window was very friendly. The food was standard for what I get at other locations, and I enjoyed. The drive thru was clean and the traffic flowed to make for a good experience. The food is good as always. I come to this jack in the box almost every other day and I have had 0 issues with any employee besides ALONDRA. This is a continuous issue with her. Tonight she argued with me about how many sauces she was allowed to give me even after I offered to pay the for the extra sauce I was asking for. It got so bad she slammed the window in my face. Her other co worker came to the window and apologized on her behalf. I am very disappointed with the jack in the box management at this location as it seems nothing has been done about this ALONDRA employee who clearly can't perform basic customer service. read more

Holy moly!!! I pulled up to this location with just two cars at the window. I thought this will be quick. Ha!! Joke was on me! I didn't even order a ton of meals. 1 meal, 8 tacos and a couple of burgers. No big deal, right? Haha wrong! Very big deal. I was asked to pull up to the front and they'd bring my food out. Literally...20 minutes later I walk into the restaurant after no cars passed me I had to make sure the cook didn't quit! I walked up to the counter to find 3 employees stressed the hell out because they weren't staffed properly. The guy(assuming the manager) was packing up my food...I stopped him and figured...it's been 30 minutes now and there's no need to cause another 2 minute delay for the car at the window. Now...I made it pretty simple. Plain Ultimate Cheeseburger, plain tacos and a plain hamburger. That should've shaved off at least 5 seconds...but whatever. I get the food and I normally don't check but thought I should. I was short 3 tacos...not sure how that's even possible when they come 2 per order. Hamburger was full of ketchup and mustard and a lonely pickle. Considering I ordered plain the pickle and the others had to go. No fast forward...we're at 35 minutes from ordering to pick up. Not sure this is a fast food restaurant, and I've now had time to question other things in life. Finally, 5 minutes later I get the plain burger and we're on our way home! Made it home safely...thank goodness. I disburse the food. I now have 11 tacos and an Ultimate cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard!!!! So frustrating! This place was staffed for a restaurant 50 miles off any highway or public street. Whoever owns this franchised restaurant should really consider folding up shop and allow Jack to consolidate their locations. I have to say I love Jack in the Box but this has to be the most hit/miss restaurant in the burger business. It's a coin flip whether you're going to a good Jack or a bad Jack. You know what? The night shift doesn't get enough credit for their hard work and dedication especially in the customer service industry. Leaving people to work by themselves at night while there's a line of cars waiting to be serviced. I thank you guys for doing your job correctly even if the circumstances you're under put you in a lot of pressure or stress (especially as humans; we're not robots). There's a Jack in the Box closer to me, but their service was subpar and I have received multiple incorrect orders in a row. I came through here at 1 am asking for a chocolate shake and three tacos. The line was very long, there were people at the counter, and this man Christopher was the only one working here. Let me just say that this guy needs a damn raise! He was absolutely HAULING ASS running around the store attending to both lines, like literally running. I will never recommend this particular Jack in the Box for anyone they like to steal your card information and act like they didn't receive your card when you clearly have to pay through the drive-thru before you get your food. A couple of weeks ago I let my card for them to take my order and they never process the payment once I realized it I was already in a different location so I called them to ask if they knew where my car was they said no the girl was giggling and act like it was funny. I told them that I was on my way down to investigate when I got there my card was placed on the counter where I didn't remember being in this location like I said before I went through the drive-thru I don't know what they doing with our card information but everyone needs to be careful and be aware she said young Hispanic female her name is Diana her smile is devilish she's a bad person. read more

Drive thru order, food was poor quality. I asked for hot fries, and also ordered fish wraps, and a $5 combo that had 1 taco, 1 burger and drink. We were told to pull up and wait. I'm thinking everything will be fresh and hot. NOPE!! Fries were cold and taste like old oil, churros were not fresh, and the fish wraps had overcooked cold fish. Went there the other night and doors were locked but one wasn't and we went inside waited to place our order waited for about 5 mins for them to tell me they are only doing drive thru and not doing dine in anymore and I told her on the door it says they are open for dine in until 2 am but she just responded sorry we closed for dine in... why are you closing the dining room that damn early ? We always hit this spot after a night out or on our way home from work but today I'm leaving the review specifically to note in incident where there was some miscommunication and Arturo took extra great care of us. The customer service here is excellent. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming it makes coming back a breeze. We love this location and in comparison to other locations, they set the bar. However, where does one get a real ice cream shake from an independent in less than 5 minutes? Maybe not the best testing criteria, but I intend on winning the argument because it is my review! Seriously, Jack in the Box has maraschino cherries and real whip cream on their luscious chocolate milkshakes. I can't speak for anything else on the menu but if you are craving a chocolate milkshake with real ice cream- hey, they came through with the cherry and whip cream, I have no reason to believe its not real ice cream and not some strange milk solids and it taste like bliss. So, blow through drive thru, treat yourself to some real whip cream and a cherry! Truth in advertising alone is well worth 4 stars. read more
