RANCH!!' It's about the RANCH!!!! We ordered an INSANE amount of food, like 30 tacos, poppers and fries. They gave us 2 ranch dressings and said they have to charge us for any additional. If I'm not mistaken, ranch is free when you order 2 tacos, why on the world would we be charged for additional when we ordered 30 andddddd fries and poppers!?!? If my calculation is correct we should at leaaaast have 16 ranches covered in our purchase. The poor associate was terrified to lose their job for giving too many ranch's. MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE!!! Zero customer service. What kind of unpsychological safe environment is this!? Side note, we only got 7 taco sauces for 30 tacos .... and fries and poppers. If I could give 0 stars I would. But, everyone loves their tacos but screw this place.

Double jack slam without buns. Avoiding all grains. Very good keto option.

I appreciate how pleasant and professional and awake the employees are at this Jack in the box when I go through the drive through at 3:00 a.m. to get the double Jack Slam without buns and a coke 2 or 3 times per week. They coom through food fresh and they are always open.

We order a meat lovers burrito and ask xtra sauce and they gave it to us in 2 oz containers but there was hardly any sauce the sauce can fill one of the 2oz container.

Yummy Taco! If you look carefully you can see the meat! To the left, under the cheese

Ironically, it's a clown show here. Ordered online, payed before I got here and the kid tells me they don't have some of our items. Ok, just refund my money. "We can't do that, you will have to do it online" no place online for a refund. Pretty funny, they want me to come back tomorrow for another manager and maybe they can help me. Better off staying away from the online ordering. Apparently Jack in the Corp forgot to teach the children about refunds. This crap ain't cheap either!

4 (bottom of the fryer) burnt spicy chicken pieces in box.

Went to Jacks to get a fish fillet, no fish, so I ordered the 50/50 popcorn chicken box. Although I had to wait in the parking lot for my food ( like they were preparing it fresh), I get home and open the box to this bs. He might as well said they didn't have spicy chicken either. Had I not already driven off, I'd have went back in there for a refund. Check your food before leaving.

It's always clean and well taken care of inside as well. Let's get to the food. My favorite here is the Al pastor. Seasoned and marinated to perfection. It's by far some of the best I've had in Cali. Never under or overcooked. It's just right! Asada. Again, marinated to perfection. Perfectly cooked. Never over cooked. The flavor is there. They've got a great salsa bar. Onion & cilantro Red and green salsa ( red is the best here ) Plenty of lemons They've even got grilled onions and jalapeños at the salsa bar. Overall would I recommend this place? Absolutely. The food and staff is great here. Th quality is excellent! Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. At least not with the asada or pastor. I have not tried the other things on the menu.

I was browsing while we were driving and saw they had a solid 5-star rating, so I convinced my husband to make a quick detour. Honestly, they deserve 10 stars! The food is incredible. My husband couldn't stop talking about how good it was the entire time he was eating. He went with the birria burrito and I tried the birria ramen (non-spicy). They do not skimp on the meat at all, and the flavor is just amazing. The burrito was huge and only $12, which is such a steal. Plus, the restaurant is spotless and the horchata is delicious. We're already planning to head back next week to try the tacos! Service so good! They deliver to our table. Casual ambiance

The girl working the register Saturday night was rude. She was very impatient while we were ordering our food and had a terrible attitude . We had asked if she had horchata she said she didn't that she was still prepping it, we then told her we could wait and she said she didn't know how long it would take to finish. We told her we could wait while our food was ready and she said if customers came in it wouldn't be ready any time soon. We ordered the agua fresca she had available. 5 minutes later she brings out the horchata. Our food took around 15-20 minutes to be ready. Maybe she had a long day but it doesn't justify the way she treats people. While we were waiting for our food we noticed she picks and chooses who she treats good. Check my picture for the information. I ended up getting the 3 taco plate (2 asada and 1 carnitas) and the XL meat quesadilla with asada. The carnitas was really tender and delicious. The asada was good, but it was not my favorite. I have a thing with chewy fatty pieces and I understand it is common in lower quality cuts of flap meat. This asada had quite a few pieces I had to spit out because it was just too chewy. The refried beans were good, also not my favorite though. The quesadilla was good, I liked the grilled cheese cooked prior to folding it into the tortilla with the meat. Nice touch. That grilled cheese makes a huge difference. The next 3 taco plate had pastor, asada, and shrimp (except they actually gave me fish instead). At least my girlfriend enjoyed the fish taco as well. The tacos were loaded with meat and hard to pick up. That's the best! The pastor was tender and juicy. The fish taco was freshly fried and loaded with toppings and sauce. After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes. Super nice! Salsa were all really good! Especially the green avocado salsa. I'll come back for carnitas when I'm in the mood for tacos/quesadillas. I'll probably avoid the asada though. Just not my favorite.

First, depending on the day and time of the week, the ambiance inside might be very hectic with very long lines because a lot of construction workers come here during their lunch break to buy snacks etc. Second, because this is primarily a liquor store, you may run into characters inside that you may not normally meet at another taco shop. Parking is also very hard to get since there are only about 3 to 4 spots available in front of the location. If you do not get a parking spot up front, the shopping center also offers parking in the back. Food wise, I would only come here for either burritos or the tacos. They do have other items on the menu, but in my opinion, they are not worth the price. The burritos, are packed with meat and other ingredients, making it worth the almost $10 price point. Customer service is a gamble. Sometimes the staff is in a good mood and sometimes they are not. It definitely helps if you can speak Spanish. Also, be ready to wait some time for your food if there are many other orders ahead of you. They typically only have one or two people working in the kitchen preparing the food.

I ordered in advance and went to pick up my food, but since I was starving, I ended up just eating there on their patio. The tacos were okay. Personally, I thought they were pretty mid and not as flavorful as I was hoping they'd be. They did have a spicy sauce that I dipped the tacos in, and that definitely helped the flavor. I personally didn't love the tacos, but to be fair, I also didn't try anything else on the menu so I can't speak for the rest of their food. The place itself is a decent size, and the patio area is actually pretty nice. The staff was very kind, my order was ready right on time, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the sauces. Overall not a bad spot, but the quesabirria tacos just didn't fully hit for me. Oh well *shrug*
