The new drive through standard at this place is BYOI as in bring your own ice! You get about 10 ice cubes in your drinks at this location and I've let it go for a while thinking it was just the one person doing this but nope. Today I watched 2 different people filling the drinks and you get a 1 second ice button press and nothing more. Fill up the cups with ice like everyone else! During the day I would give this location three stars. The food is exactly what is expected along with the service. However, the one star is because they changed the lobby hours from midnight to 8 PM. The drive-through line becomes ridiculously long and rivals McDonald's two lines. I don't know if management would like to reconsider this but for people who order online and are picking up this is a ridiculous thing to have to sit through. Maybe management could have order pick up at the door and this would shorten the line for people placing orders but honestly you should bring back your later lobby hours. I would like to say this is not a reflection on the food or the service from the people there. It is a reflection of the drive-through and the short lobby hours. read more
