Visited tonight and had a terrible experience. It was an uber eats pickup order with only three items; a chicken sandwich, one cheeseburger, and a large fry. I pull up to the drive-thru window and gave her my info. The girl told me to wait at one of the parking spots out front. Ok sure, turns out to be a 28-minute wait for some fast food. However, patience is a virtue, and my reward? The soggiest friest I have ever had and lukewarm sandwiches. Turns out the girl in the drive-thru told me that she would take my order out to me, however, I had to go back in to pick it up. I had THE worst experience ever at Jack In The Box tonight. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two spicy chicken jacks with fries and a drink. When I got home, I open my chicken sandwich to find it's the DOLLAR chicken patty with lettuce, tomato, mayo and the bun inside a spicy chicken jack box. SOOO I just paid nearly $5 for the same thing I could've ordered for $1. Meaning I was swindled out of $6-7 for lettuce and tomato on both sandwiches. I could've spent an extra 15 mins in my car and hit Chick-fil-A for a real chicken sandwich but out of desperation to hurry home after my evening class I grabbed this for my fiancé and I. What makes the situation worse is I called Jack In The Box to speak to someone about why they up-charged me/gave me the wrong order and there's nobody to answer the phone. This is one of the worst Jacks in the area. We really try to avoid going here whenever possible. They always mess up the order (either the order is inaccurate or the food was prepared poorly). I only really take the time to review fast food places for the cream de la cream or the hidden traps of danger in both flavor and experience. This is a new location so it's clean, well laid out and fairly easy to get in and out of. It's not located really on the main drag, while it is right on Archibald Ave, it is tucked away in the residential area of Eastvale. So its a nice little find. The main reason I wanted to review was the drive through service. ON. TOP. OF. IT! They were polite, got my order right, even with my custom order. They asked about upgrades and when I pulled up asked if there were any side sauces they could grab for me while I waited. The friendly girl asked about my experience, thanked me for coming and gave me one of the "Hurry back yawl lines" The food came out well cooked. Did not seem to be slopped together (I'm sure it was) and not all over the place. Fries fresh and tasty. I'll swing by here again if I'm around. read more

Worst location I've ever visited. We literally just got home after going through the drive through. The bread for the jr jumbo Jack is like a rock!! I'm not exaggerating! The young lady at the drive through had an attitude when taking our order over the intercom, but I told myself maybe she's having a rough day, so don't let that spoil our late night treat. But, after we got home and began eating, it was trash. The staff at this location is serving trash. It's not about where you work, it's about how you carry yourself in the position you're in, no matter where that may be. Worst service I've ever received at a jack in the box. The line was extremely long and once I started to order I knew exactly why. The person taking the order seemed to not know what a simple late night munchie meal was. I had to just change my order because it seemed like ordering that was just to difficult for her to process. Once she was done taking my order she did not thank me or even ask me to pull up to the next window. I wasn't even sure if she had completely finished taking the order. Once I pulled up I looked inside and it seemed like they had a bunch of teens running the restaurant. No straw or receipt was given to me. They never hand you receipts when they don't want you to take the survey. The employee at the window looked annoyed and hardly reached out to hand me my food. They read back what they were handing me as they handed it to me, but when I got home, missing 4 tacos and had one burger that was the wrong burger. When I called them (951) 735-2279, they agreed to give me what was missed and my money back. When I got there, "oh we can't give your money back because I'm not authorized". So my kids are eating without me (except the two that didn't get their food) and mine is getting cold.
