The girl working the drive-thru was hands down the rudest employee I've ever dealt with at a fast food place. Fortunately, this rather low-key JIB was along the way, and even if it had a low Yelp rating, I figured how bad could it be? Turned out, it was just fine by me. Extreme sausage sandwich tasted fresh, juicy, and really hit the hunger spot. Unsweetened ice tea wasn't overloaded with ice as some other fast food places can do at times. Came in for a quick lunch during rush hour. The drive thru line was too long so I decided to drip in. It was full and had only a dirty table available or the counter... I chose the counter. My meal came out quickly and was fresh. The tacos were crunchy and not cracked! My eggrolls were surprisingly crispy and not overly oily as I have experienced from other locations. Person behind the counter apparently didn't hear me clearly because he entered the wrong order (16 tacos and a small drink)... simple mistake, had it been caught. However, the person didn't give me a receipt. Why? According to him and the supervisor, it is AGAINST THE POLICY NOT TO GIVE A RECEIPT WITH ATM/CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS! When I pointed out the mistake, both him and his supervisor became argumentative. I asked to speak with the manager and I was denied his/her contact info. I reminded them that the number is on a sign at the drive-thru window. More arguments. I demanded a refund. You guessed it, more arguments. After receiving the refund, I contacted the corporate customer service website to report the incident. It's been 4-days and I have yet been contacted, AS REQUESTED, from the Customer Satisfaction Team. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED! You'd think, for $20 an hour, these employees would be properly trained and instructed to treat the customer with respect. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ANY COST! UNCOOKED burger and WILL NOT HELP ME after calling 10 times they also only answered once for them to make some noises on the other end and then hang up on me. They completely messed up the burger. The burger my boyfriend and I ordered on 12/14/21 was a bacon and Swiss buttery jack with lettuce and tomato added. We got a single unseasoned burger patty(no garlic or herbs as advertised) and a slice of Swiss cheese on a bun! Not sure what the deal is with this Fallbrook Location, a week ago i went to get lunch ordered 3 meals when i got home i found that my fries were cold like they were not cooked all the way and were kinda stale on top of that. Well my trip today was no better i have been going to this same JIB for years like 25+ here in town. today they got my order wrong, guessing its my fault for not checking the bags but they didn't put all my order together and was missing burgers when i got home. My first time ordering through the app for breakfast since the drive thru can be a hit or miss on how long the wait will take. I arrived at 8am to pick up my breakfast order to which I was met to locked doors into the dining area. A fellow customer from inside open the door for me so I was able to go in and proceed to the counter. The female worker that had her headset on helping the drive thru orders asked how she can help me as which I replied I was there for a carry out order. She walked off to the side without giving me a response to the status of my order. I waited in front of the counter clueless just waiting for my order when a male coworker was the locked doors to which I opened the door for him to get inside. Once he was clocked in he then in a very respectful manner asked if I needed help to which I responded I was there for a carry out order. The initial lady with the bad attitude was now at the back of the store close to a walk in fridge or microwave not so sure but in the back telling him the order was by the counter next to the drive thru window. He grabbed my order handed it to me to which we said our goodbye greetings. Once I was able to get to my job I opened my bag and took out my first order of mini pancakes and found a human brown/black HAIR in my order. Just disgusting as well as my hashbrown was incredible dry and cold. No syrup in the bag for my 2 orders of mini pancakes just unsatisfied with my experience at this establishment. I just cannot resist the lure of a deal so when I got my grubby paws on a coupon for free sweet potato fries with any purchase you KNOW I had to tuck that thing right in my car. While going over my order I was struck with the fact that the drive thru order speaker was broken and they had to have a live person. I put in my order and picked it up. No fuss no muss coupon wise. Sweet potato fries: about $2.50 for a small portion. I could actually really taste the sweet potato which was a surprise for whatever reason. It was really good and honestly one of the better sweet potato fries I have had. YES. I know what I just typed out. I have had sweet potato fries at all sorts of places from fast food to fancy and they are always dry and lacking. These were actually moist and crisp. Breakfast Muffin: FAIL. And ili said umm because i was thinking what else i wanted and she said ok 480 at the window and I said I wasnt finished and she said well I have other people and my time is what's most important. I also asked if she can put the 4 tacos w no sauce and lettuce in a separate bag from the other tacos and she had an attitude saying well they put a sticker on it . We didnt even get to finish ordering and when we went to the window she said she was not going to give us our food because it was obvious her time was more important and if she gave had given us the food then her time was going to be messed up .so she said per her manager she will have to deny the order because of her time.So this jack doesnt care about customer service and doesnt care about the quality of your food or anything but take your money and there timer . And are so worried about there timer that they can care less and probably take the food out before the time is up. This Jack really needs to get new people and a new manager because she cant even put her team members or this jack in check . Get a real manager to get this jack in order this is horrible. Wow, I'm surprised to see that I hadn't Yelped this spot yet. I pretty much experienced the same as the other Yelper's. And like them, I would have given a 1 star. My reason for my 3 star was that my visit today was friendly and I could clearly understand what was being said! Yes, they finally repaired the speakers or got a new one! The voice coming at you is no longer crackling through the speakers. The employee was actually friendly and was good at trying to advertise their limited sandwich which has my fave in it, portabella mushrooms. We always enjoy the tacos, the flavor hasn't seem to change. But it seems as though there is hardly any meat filling. I would have given a higher rating if I hadn't been told that my order was complete as I looked through the bag. I'm sorry, but I am going to hold the line up to be assured that my order is expedited correctly. We have gone home enough times where we were missing something or they gave the wrong order.
