Please get rid of the mangers gladys! and flor very bad experience i don't know if they both come in angry or hate their lives and jobs but my experience with gladys is always awful she doesn't know how to speak to customers she's very passive aggressive to everybody stingy with the sauces any other time i ask the employees for extra sauce they give me it without an issue but when i ask her she gives one one and has a nasty look to her face you can tell the type of manger she is i feel bad for the poor employees! flor is always kicking out homeless people who have money! she yells at them and tells them they must leave once they place an order she needs to learn some respect and decency for paying customers she also acts like she can't speak Spanish when no offense she's clearly Hispanic/latinx! it's ridiculous how they treat people and not to mention when I come in and place a drive thru order the manger gladys is always trying to correct me while placing an order I've been there plenty of times i think i would know how to place an order and when i correct her or call her out she apologizes and her whole demeanor and mood changes! it's beyond me how they let people like this have jobs!! look into these two and fire them!! read more

Always go to this jack since I'm a local and like this Jack since they are fast when preparing orders and its almost never not stocked up. Usually go drive-thru but the times I do go inside for a quick bite the dining area is always clean and drink machines are up. The food has always been good usually get the Number 4 Large with a diet coke. Smash burgers were amazing can't wait for them to come back! read more

Right now today on 3/11/2021 at around 11:15 pm just order it a sandwich and I asked the workers for like 4 times no cheese on my sandwich please !! I got my and I left I opened the box it's not what I ordered I had to drive back to the store inside the plaza store there's a very very dangerously deep hole in the ground by the drive through at Jack in the box my car got into that hole and damaged my car and my tire and got a flat tire when I went back to the store I told what happened they were not curious at all regarding my situation or the order that did wrong so they didn't care at all and they didn't offer my a free order back after all what happened to me and my car over order price was 3.64 ! $ i ended up not getting food or going to my work and my car got damaged!!! Plus was very cold ! This location place needs attention and also they need to fix the drive-through entrance because it's not safe at all I believe they are fully Responsible for what happened !!!! I like Jack-in-the-Box because like every month they bring out something new ....the menu is always changing With new stuff! So couple days ago I tried the fish combo which is only like four bucks and you can't beat that enough for four bucks you get a sandwich and some fries and So I think the last time I had a fish fillet it was at McDonald's and that was like almost 20 years ago unless you count Long John Silver's and they don't have that around here anymore.... Everything is always good at Jack-in-the-Box except their freaking fries??? I really think their fries are disgusting even with ketchup on top and I think that's why they offer the curly fries which taste a little bit better.... My spicy chicken sandwich was wrapped in a different wrapper called fish sandwich and my sister in law ordered a buttery jack sandwich and her sandwich bun was burnt and does not even look remotely close to the pic. A typical Jack in the Box establishment. This one is located on Cherry Avenue, in Fontana. The prices were quite fair. The establishment was clean. The staff members were friendly, polite, and helpful. There was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Furthermore, I did not have to wait for a long time, for the meal to be prepared. Of course, I have visited this establishment in September of 2019. Nevertheless, I doubt that things have changed, in the past year. Of course, there is still the quarantine, which makes life uncomfortable for everyone! Still, I have no complaints against this particular establishment. read more

Worst Jack in the Box ever! They rarely get an order right in the Drive thru, and they get insulted if you want to double check your order before driving away. If you go inside, you have to deal with homeless people and beggars. I've called the survey number on the receipt many times to alert the corporation and they never fix the issue.
