I am extremely angry & appalled by the customer service at this Jack in the Box. I have never had an issue with them until today. I did a mobile order & picked up through the drive through, when I got home my fries were cold & half empty & my chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets. I drove all the way back to the store to hopefully resolve the issue. When I went in the person at the registers was very nice! He replaced my fries without question, but as soon as I asked to replace my chicken strips he got extremely nervous? He went back towards the kitchen & began whispering to an older gentleman in the back. The older then sent him back to me & told me "that's just how the chicken strips are" Smaller than the size of my palm!? Food is very fresh I had the number 11 chicken sandwich. It was huge. One of the largest portions I've had. Fresh bread with fresh lettuce and two large tomatoes. Nice stock ranch dressing as well. I had the crinkle fries and to my surprise they weren't burnt. I live so close to this location but haven't been able to eat it because I usually want this only for a special late night craving. Every time I've gone after midnight in the past year, they tell me they aren't taking orders. Even though it's supposed to be open 24 hours. I went two Saturdays ago around 1AM and the girl working the drive thru said she isn't taking anymore orders. She didn't even give a reason why or say sorry. When I saw her through the window, she was just standing there looking on her phone. I'm giving a 5 star review only because I went there today for lunch and had a great experience. I went inside instead of drive thru and the lady was very nice and acted like she cared. Even the lady putting the food together smiled at me. Most importantly, my munchie meal was great. My tacos were crispy and not over loaded at all with taco sauce, my ultimate cheeseburger had the perfect amount of mustard, ketchup, and mayo, and my curly fries were just right. The food is good if you order the right stuff. I don't eat their hamburgers because they taste odd and upset my stomach last time. I do like their breakfast sandwiches, when they make them right, which is about 25% of the time. Always with no meat, only egg and cheese. Apparently some don't understand. The most nasty Jack In the Box now, food is gross, buns are hard, meat is old, they are unprofessional, rude customer service, no happy greeting, you can tell they hate their job and take it out on customers, inconsiderate employees, nothing but bad experiences here and NEVER going back. Spent 10mins arguing with them in the drive thru. Ridiculous! What happened to apologizing for their mistake and that the customer is always right? Not here! They lost business with 4 of us and we will be sure to warn others. We all had an upset stomach after eating here and think they probably messed with our food since they fought with us over a coupon! Ordered our food at the speaker in the drive thru and told them we had a coupon on my phone for a FREE medium curly fry. They said I had to purchase a drink to get it. We said no it says with "any" purchase and I already ordered an ultimate cheeseburger before I added the curly fry. They said "oh okay." Pulled up to the window and rudely she told us the total holding out her hand, I got the money and was handing them my phone but she turned away and took the money. We yelled excuse me we have the coupon here did you take the curly fry off the order because that seems a bit much for just the burger? She said "What!? No you didn't hand it to me or tell me you had a coupon!" She shut the window and got her manager. They argued with us since we handed the money First and not the coupon first they weren't going to give it to us and that it was "our" mistake. We held it out and told her at the speaker and the window we had the coupon! The manager argued and said that it's not up to them to memorize which car had the coupon and not her fault she doesn't have to ask for the coupon when you pull up to the window! That is on us. 10mins arguing back and forth. Unbelievable! Instead of saying "I'm sorry let me take care of that for you." Nope! Miscommunications all around and they were so rude and not making sense if they were going to give us our money back or take our coupon. Just ridiculous! Second time I got off work late yet again and decided to give it another try , again fryer was broken and nothing fried was in stock. The service typically isn't good and the employees are generally not helpful. That's the way it goes when you are making minimum wage and helping drunks and stoners all night, I suppose. This is a pretty typical location. I've only been through the drive-thru. I've always received prompt and courteous service and never had to wait TOO long for my food. I'd rather wait a little longer and it be fresh, then know it's been sitting there waiting for me to order it. This location is on my way home from work, so I occasionally stop by for a breakfast sandwich and OJ in the morning. It's easy to access off of the 215, on Gibson Rd.
