This place is great! I appreciate the staff ! When I order iced coffee it's made perfect. Never too sweet, just sweet enough to make your taste buds go yum. The lady that usually makes it is super nice and polite. If I order food she asks if I need any condiments. Tonight this place gets extra praise. I don't know if we're supposed to drop names , but the person that assisted me with my order "E". was extremely polite and assured me I can resolve my issue later in the evening. I placed an order to the wrong location this morning and was unable to retrieve it until later tonight. Manager was super nice also while preparing my order. I went thru the drive thru and ordered food with a side of jalapenos normally, the jalapeños are withered and squished at other locations... But not here it was nice and fresh and the food was prepared very nicely not just thrown into the croissant. The service was very good. She actually kindly reached out to hand me the food and drink because I wasn't able to reach out as far and was too slow to open my door and get out to grab the food. She was very sweet about it and next time I will make sure to unbuckle and be prepared to open my door to help grab the food so she doesn't have to reach out as far. This location is right next to a high school, so during lunch they get tons of business often from customers who are very disrespectful and rude. But the employees are great workers despite that. These employees work efficiently, are always kind, and prepare delicious food. I am very impressed with this establishment and the staff who run it. Thursday 2/13/23 5:10pm (pst) Im only giving it 1 star because the food is always good. The rest is based on service. But honestly to the manager of the young kid working this current shift is absolutely rude, dismissive, unpleasant and falls short of all things customer service. Active listening- he took my order (kids meal chicken strip with a Dr Pepper, cheesecake and chocolate overload came) in the drive thru but repeated it back to me wrong multiple times and then just said pull to the window. At the window- he literally opened the window and put his hand out to get my form of payment pulled the card from my hand without repeating back the order correctly or even telling me the total. After he took my credit card, he shoved it back in my hand and shut the window. He first gave me one bag, but didn't tell me what was in it, (it was a cheesecake and overload cake). But when I tried to ask him a question, he slammed the window shut and didn't even acknowledge me. And to top it off l, my chicken strips were piping hot and fries were cold) Then, when he gave me the second bag with my food and drink, he quickly slammed the window shut and walked away. I hope this employee goes through customer service training again to focus on soft skills. read more

The customer service is stellar and they never run out of condiments or anything for that matter. Clean big bathrooms. You do have to tell them when you are going into the bathrooms bc they monitor the locks to open the doors. Otherwise my experiences dining in have been pleasant as the drive threw. read more

I've been eating at JnB for decades. The menu is always good and creative with new dishes being added somewhat regularly. Which brings me to one criticism: I am a big fan of your Wakey Bakey Hash. Great when in hurry and want grab n go breakfast. Really delicious. I was dismayed to see this dish come and go on the menu. It appears it's only a seasonal or promotional? I asked the staff who of course were not privy to what or why corporate HQ makes such decisions. I would request of JnB to please bring this dish back and leave it on the menu! You've had best sellers that never leave the menu ever. I can't imagine WBH is a poor seller..or am I wrong? Another issue: though not strictly vegitarian, i am usually a low red meat eater and low on the chicken consumption. I heard that your decadently delicious regular tacos for .99 each actually consist of soy product. But when asked, your clerks were widely divergent and vague, or just not sure of the ingredients. I did some online research and we'll..not exactly just soy. I found that they indeed consist of soy, and beef and chicken, also corn meal? even anchovy?! I would like it if your clerks were even just a little more knowledgeable as had I known such, I would not order them. Bad service ever. Went buy burger drive through claimed himself is the manager there with the name ruby and refused to show me his ID. On receipt said employ name is Cristina so not sure if he lying his name or not. He said he accept only 2 coupons for 2 orders and not the third coupon. I said ok but when I see receipt he charged me all 3 orders. I told him why you charged me the third order that you don't accept the 3rd coupon at the beginning and he said " it not his job to tell me to remove the 3 rd order" and it my job to tell him to remove the 3rd order. I told him if you are not accept that coupon for that order you should automatically take out not wait for me to see receipt and tell you to refund back the money. He keeps said " it not his job to tell me ". I told him this is bad customer service and I will never come here again and he said " you don't have to come here again" read more

I had a terrible experience at this jack n the box and took the survey at the bottom of my receipt. The manager contacted me telling me saying he would send 2 vouchers for 2 combos to make up for everything. I never received anything so I text him and he said he would send them out first thing. I opened the envelope and there was only one voucher. I was over it at this point so I just kept it and didn't contact him telling him of the mistake. I just got it out to use it and it expired back in April of 2018. So ridiculous and beyond frustrating! read more
