This location SUCKS. The customer service is despicable. Food quality is just okay if the employee's could manage to prepare an order correctly. I have been to this location many times with multiple issues. This morning my "meat lovers burrito" was just plain egg and cheese; no meat at all. If I could leave no stars I would. I rushed over kinda late, but I made it on time (11:50pm) before the drive thru closed, I pull up to the speaker, the girl says they're "closed for the night". I ask what time they close, she said "we close at Midnight." So I told her you have 10mins, all she said again was "we're closed for the night." I just want to remind everyone that Jack in the Box is a FAST FOOD place so you may not get the best customer experience. Personally, I've had pretty good experiences coming to this location. They do close at 12am drive thru and dine-in, so don't come in at 11:45pm because they might be preparing to clean up. It's not a bad thing, I would also start cleaning up at around 11:45pm. Every time I go to Jack in the Box, I always get their late night munchie meals for 8 dollars. It's affordable! You get a burger, fries, two tacos and a drink for 8 dollars. Normally I get the sriracha curly fry munchie meal or the spicy nacho chicken munchie meal. Personally, I think they both have their downsides but with the spicy nacho chicken sandwich, if their replaced the bread with more softer bread like the one in the sriracha curly fry burger, it would be AMAZING. I think you can definitely ask for that adjustment. Other than that, this location is pretty good. No complaints from me. read more

I have only been to this Jack in the box once.... last week. I was dying to try the new Buttery Jack. I ordered the Classic, and I was really not impressed at all. I didnt taste any garlic or butter. Stopped at this location 2 days ago to grab a quick bite with the family as my 6 year old was hungry while heading home back to L.A. we ordered inside and planned to eat there. The soda machine was broken so I had to wait to even get my drink filled by them. I could tell they were short staffed and the drive thru was busy so we patiently waited. 30 mins later we still had no food. I have always been a fan of Jack in the Box! Who doesn't like the fact that you can order anything on their menu at any time of the day? Want breakfast food at 9 pm? Sure! Chicken Teriyaki Bowl for breakfast? Sure! How about an Oreo Cookie Shake for lunch? Why not? The drive-thru is open 24 hours every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and I think until 1 am on all other days. Since this place is so close to the 5 freeway, sometimes you will have to repeat and yell out your order due to all the noise. But, they are nice, good at asking you to check if your order is correct on the screen and rarely make mistakes. It may take a while to get your food, but you gotta appreciate how they don't make it until you order it! Oh, and Jack has THE BEST TV commercials! read more

So I came here last night because my fiancé was craving a fried chicken sandwich and the chic-fil-a by our house was closed since its a sunday. I haven't been to jack in the box in awhile but I think the quality has really gone down. I ordered two of the spicy chicken sandwiches from the regular menu, not the value menu, the ones that are approximately $5 regular price. When I opened the box, I noticed that the chicken filet only covered about half of the bun, and the bun isn't that big to begin with. When I bite into the sandwich, the meat was rubbery, to the point where I thought it was undercooked, so I had to microwave it for a minute just to make sure that it was fully cooked. Im kinda in the middle about this place. First of all...the service is guud. The service is attentive and professional as well. Came in, got my food, and got out. A cool thing about this place is that they have a tray of jalepnos complimentary if you customers want them. The only thing that I dont like about this place is the location. It was kind of hard for me to find first of all. Its all the way in the back. It just seems like a weird location to me...thats all.
