Ok, my house of 7 (multigen) eats here 2-3 times a month. Honestly, things are often missing or whatever, but we just pull off and go in and they fix it. I gotta say, our mobile orders are huge at any restaurant because we got a full house, and a few people like to complicate their orders so I never hold it against any restaurant when sh*t is little off. Anyway, we chose Jack's tonight, big order as usual, one was just my grilled chicken sammy, no bun, add bacon and Swiss style cheese. Holy shmokes. They made a beautiful lettuce wrap out of it, which I assumed they were just gonna put chicken and bacon in a wrapper...anyway I'm uploading a pic, friggen amazed. Delicious. Chicken wasn't rubbery, no weird hard parts. The rest of the order was on point except missing curly fries, but I just park and went in and they gave it to me no probs even though they were busy. Everything was fresh and good, except my mom needed to add shoyu to the fried rice, but for real why you even getting fried rice at Jacks is nuts. That is a hard no for me. Ok, but, overall this Jack's isn't terrible and typically the employees are so just...positively normal. Like people behaving normally..but also.. real-happy. I can totally tell the employees are getting along and get no negative vibes, which I really appreciate. Anyway, I think the Kaneohe Jack's might be upping their game, might be worth it to try. We have been running around all over the place and our last stop was in Kaneohe, and decided since we received in mid week a coupon sheet from Jack in the box might as well use it. The restaurant was empty and kept clean, we ordered the 2 meal set and the cashier asked if we wanted it in large or medium and said medium, so how the cashier said it wasn't accepting the coupon and called for help and after 4 other employees and manger over and told her, because it is not for a medium it is for a large order and everything worked out. The order came out and we started to eat and we noticed the French fries were on the cold side and not crispy, so my wife went up and asked if we could have hot French fries, which they agreed and apologized for the wait to get the hot fries. They all were nice and helpful, it was worth stopping at this Jack in the box in Kaneohe. The only problem was the restrooms had out of service signs and there was no hand sanitizer around and with burger and fries you need to use your hands. Been to this Jack many times, always thru the drive thru, as lines can get long , but they move most times in a reasonable time! I have never had a problem with their food, till today. Ordered online, with a specific pick up time, arrive on time food was ready packaged to go. Had to wait approximately 5 min, as 3 cars were ahead .Got home, fries were cold, from sitting in the bag to long, typical of fast food restaurants, the egg rolls were double cooked( a no,no in any business) & the taco's were just ok ( get what you pay for)! Late night dinner in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawaii... Knowing that there's a Free Jack-In-The-Box offer from T-Mobile this week, I reactivated the Jack-In-The-Box app on my phone, copied the code from the T-Mobile app, and pasted the code for the Free Jumbo Jack onto the Jack-In-The-Box app, then ordered and paid online. I tried to pickup in the restaurant, but it was closed at 8:15pm - maybe because they didn't have enough staff? That's why the drive-through line was long... uhg! This place is a hit or miss with the drive-through line length and portion size. Sometimes the drive-through line is super busy and other times it flows fast. Sometimes you get a lot of fries, and sometimes you barely get any. I think it depends on the workers. Overall, this place isn't bad. It's a good way to get food late night when everywhere else is closed. I think their munchie meal is the best bang for your buck. I never had an issue with customer service. Be careful doing mobile order here, they shut the restaurant at random times when they feel short staffed except i saw at least 3 employees inside. I wish there was a way for them to turn off mobile order when they decide to close at lunch time on weekends. It was closed at 1 pm lunch time on a Sunday. I placed a mobile order with no way to pick up my food. They will not come to the locked door either and stare at you and hand motion to go away. They don't even put up a sign that they're closed either. Wait until you get there and confirm they're open before placing mobile order for the online deals. One of the employee named John called me "dumb" for not seeing that my order was ready after having a hard time ordering it through promo code wondering if the order went through or not on their App.. I was waiting for 15 minutes looking for the order # in my email to show him that I just ordered. Entrance and dining area was clean with a slight whiff of detergent noticed in the air, not a bad thing but had me wondering if some extra cleaning was necessary when viewed with the broken entrance door... Ordered a sausage croissant meal, the sausage croissant and hash browns were pretty decent though the sausage croissant was messily put together, but the thing that really got me was the coffee, all full of grounds! I mean how hard can it be to make a decent cup of coffee?? And it doesn't hit you until you reach the bottom of the cup so it's not the last impression you'd like to leave with. No curly fries, no carbonated drinks, and no milkshakes? We waited to order for a while and they didn't bother to tell us what they were out of or what was broken until we started creating our order. Decided not to buy anything and just drive off but then to add on, when we were passing the drive through window, the girl working seemed to be laughing at losing customers. I hope they genuinely were out of things or their machines were broken otherwise this is just horrible service and poor work etiquette. Finally got to triy their Tiny Tacos. This is a mini version of the regular taco minus the lettuce. It comes with a container of guacamole lime dip. I prefer the tiny ones better. It has a better filling to shell ratio. Remember this is a fast food taco and not from a Mexican restaurant. The tacos were made fresh and the service was excellent. Tuesday June 20, 2023. Since, I was in the area in the morning and I decided to get breakfast from here. Actually, at first I was thinking of getting the Snopp Dogg Munchie Meal. But, then I thought that would be too much food to eat for breakfast. I love the Jumbo Jack and I decided to try the Double Jack combo meal instead. It was good! Despite the signs saying the lobby opens at 6 am, none of the doors were open. The crew inside ignored my knocks and shaking of the doors. I finally decided to go through the drive thru to get my order. I asked the manager at the pickup window about the lobby and she stated they didn't have enough staff to open up inside. Drove into the parking lot and I saw on their window tiny tacos I know its been here a while but my husband said he going try um and I said get me my chicken sandwich. I took my 2 sons to get something to eat from Jack in the box not realizing that both dinning area entrances are closed even though there's signs stating dinning area is open. I get it they dont want folks to sit and eat but having the registers at the counter closed is ridiculous. If you dont want anyone walking in try putting up a sign that says dinning and counter registers are clised. And for that they're lucky I even gave them a 1 star review. read more

I was just there today for my lunch break. I stood at the cash register waiting patiently to be served as I know they have a busy drive-thru. I was the only one in line. Someone else came in line about x20 seconds after I was at the counter. I was then helped and ordered x2 Jr Bacon Cheese burgers. Before I was able to pay for my order, the cashier decided to help the people behind me in the middle of my order. It made me feel as if my order was less important than the customer behind me, as I had not completed my transaction, paid or got a receipt before the cashier told the second customer to stand next to me and order.
