I was just there today for my lunch break. I stood at the cash register waiting patiently to be served as I know they have a busy drive-thru. I was the only one in line. Someone else came in line about x20 seconds after I was at the counter. I was then helped and ordered x2 Jr Bacon Cheese burgers. Before I was able to pay for my order, the cashier decided to help the people behind me in the middle of my order. It made me feel as if my order was less important than the customer behind me, as I had not completed my transaction, paid or got a receipt before the cashier told the second customer to stand next to me and order. Went through the drive in at the Kaneohe Jack in the Box and ordered 4 combo breakfast meals and 2 platters. I first noticed that I only had 3 drinks so I asked the cashier for my fourth drink, she looked at me like I was crazy and checked the order. She gave me my drink so I asked for a carrier because I had 2 loose drinks and she looked at me like I was bothering her. I then checked my bag and only had 1 platter, so I asked where was my other platter. Guess what kind of look I got then. So her manager came over and started with an attitude and I asked them both why the attitude, i then told her that it was them who screwed up my order and instead of apologizing the manager snaps back with we are trying our best. I asked her name and she said Tiffany like she was proud of it. So I told her that I was short 2 hash and she gave me 2 hash browns, My experience was less than desirable and I will not be going to that Jack in the Box again but if I do and Tiffany is working I will cancel my order and leave. read more

Great place, if you want a case of the trots order almost anything off the menu. Pretty sure this owner is an idiot as he is supporting BJ Penn at the detriment of his poor performing business. Maybe Penn will help him out with taxes (if Penn figures out what the tax rate is) but I'm not so sure we want to help corporate chains with their tax rate. These places are exempt from the compostable packaging laws and are ruining our island. Support a LOCAL business. There are good local spots to enjoy without needing to buy this crap. read more

Drive by options are really limited in Kaneohe... and sometimes I just want a chicken sandwich and jalapeño poppers... Don't judge me lol. Yes, I know that this is fast food and have already adjusted my expectations. It just wasn't very good, even by comparison to other Jack's. It took forever to get our order taken. And then the cashier got the order wrong, so that we were overcharged by nearly a third. The food didn't taste very good -- again, even by comparison to other Jack's (chicken patty on the regrettable Nacho Chicken Sandwich was overdone to the point of dryness; food wasn't hot enough). My wife -- admittedly not a big fast food fan -- finally gave up and just quit eating. Even little things, like no taco sauce was included with our tacos, just made this a subpar experience. Parking is limited in their lot, but free. Service was well below average. I've been to this location before, and do not remember that being a problem. Verdict: I was not expecting a fine dining experience, and I might dare to return for $1.25 tacos sometime (and I'll be sure to ask about the taco sauce), but I won't spend much money here if I can help it. read more

This was my first time dining in at this location and it appears that the interior dining area and restrooms went through a recent makeover and it looks great with a modern contemparary look. And just by the look of it, this must be the neighborhood rest stop to use the restroom, by the amount of non-customers utilzing it :) :) :) Service was non-engaging, but sufficient and the food met our expectations. My boyfriend went to pick up a munchie meal for us to snack on because he had a $6 coupon to try the Sriracha Curly Fry Burger Munchie Meal. Ordering took a while because the drive thru cashier couldn't hear him when he was speaking loudly. When he got to the window and presented his coupon from Jack In The Box, they weren't going to honor it at first, but eventually did when they figured out how to input it. Overall, the fries were good (half curly and half regular), tacos were "standard" fast food fare (oil soaked through the shell and smushed, mushy in the middle and a little crunchy around the outer edges), but the reason why I rated them as 2 stars is because the "Creamy Sriracha Sauce" they advertised (at least at this location) WAS MADE WITH TOBASCO!!!!! Both my boyfriend and I are avid Sriracha users and WE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE! We eat and love both sauces, but if you're advertising a Sriracha burger, YOU BETTER PUT SRIRACHA IN THAT BURGER! Once, they were jack hammering at 1am in the morning... Who does that? I guess it's better then doing it in the middle of the day and annoying their customers... This jack's is usually really good. Only on rare occasions do they ever get our order wrong, and they always fix it if they do. The workers here are always friendly, even if you decide to drive through at crazy hours of the night. The food is made quickly and I think out of all the locations I've been to, I've never had an issue with the rice in the teri bowl being undercooked, or the fries being stale, etc... This has got to be one of the slowest drive thrus on the island. It's Saturday at 9:35 AM And I have been waiting in the drive-through with five cars in front of me for approximately 25 minutes. Don't waste your time here! Waited 20+ minutes tonight in the drive thru. Slowest drive thru ever and the worst part of it all is that their customer service SUCKS. AND on top of that, my order is ALWAYS wrong. When you get to the drive thru mic, they always rush you when you're placing your order. I get it, there's a bunch of people waiting in line but they literally cut me off and give me the total when I literally said one thing and wasn't finished ordering. This happens every time and it's rude. When I pulled up to the window, the worker didn't even say what the total is he just put his hands out the window to grab my payment. He handed me a bag of food and my drink after he took my card, I then told him that my order was incomplete he didn't even apologize or offer to fix the mistake, he just said "oh." (Which is his fault cause he kept rushing me!!!) After that, I waited for him to give me a receipt and my card back and he just looked at me and said "can I help you with something?" Honestly it takes a lot for me to even take the time to do this but I've had enough already. I work by this location and walked over to get lunch sometimes. Oct 11th I walked over to pick up lunch for the office. When I got back to work we realized the entire order was wrong. So I walked back over, waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge my presence and asked for them to please give us the correct food. I was assured the order was correct this time with my new bag of food and walked all the way back to my office. Guess what... wrong food again. At this point I'm DONE walking over so I send my coworker because I don't believe I would have been kind on my 3rd visit. She went to ask once again that we have the correct food and they proceeded to argue with her about a slice of cheese we paid for. Literally arguing on a piece of cheese like we'd be walking back and forth for what, to try and steal cheese?!? So after arguing with her they proceed to put a piece of cheese in a bag instead of remaking the food. Fine. Fine we can assemble our own food whatever. At this point I decide I'm really upset and I email the website with the issues that took place. About 2 WEEKS later I get a call from the manager of the store from his cell phone asking what I'd like to resolve my displeasure with the experience. I requested a refund as I had no more interest in spending money there or eating there again. So he said ok come on by to get the refund when I have time. One day when I do have time and I request my refund I'm met by the same rude woman who argued about cheese telling me I don't get a refund and there's nothing about a refund for me in a book she barely looked in. So now I've wasted even more time trying to just get my money back from the cheese nazi that I was promised by the manager of this location. So I texted the manager asking what now like, dude I've wasted about an hour of my life so far trying to get the correct food and now a refund. Of course no reply from the manager as of yesterday and today looks like his phone is off or he blocked me. Don't visit this location. The service is awful and if they mess up your order expect an argument even if you have a receipt. I'll be spending my free time to find who the district manager is so I can be heard and maybe refunded someday. read more

I keep telling myself I am not going to eat fast food and then suddenly I find myself in a drive through. Not sure how I got there but must be auto pilot. I realized today at about 2 pm I missed breakfast and lunch so took a drive and of course came upon Jack in the Box. I cannot remember the last time I ate here so thought why not. I got a buttery bacon cheese burger. It was steaming hot when I got home and very fresh. I was actually surprised about the size of the burger as many places have shrunk their burgers to silver dollar size but not this one. It actually hung off the bun. Decided to head to the drive through for a late night post-shift meal. When first approaching you could already tell the drive through was packed (this was at around 9:30pm) as there were a couple cars lined up outside on the main street. I decided to stick around anyways and see how fast the line moves. Upon checking out the yelp reviews for this particular spot, I started to get a little curious on how this experience was going to be as there were many complaints about messed up orders, rude staff and long wait times. In the end, it took about 15 minutes to get my food and I have to say, the staff was totally fine. They told me to take my time when I ordered and apologized for the long wait when handing me my food. I did a double check of the bag and everything was accounted for. Curly fries were hot and crispy and the Spicy Jack seemed put together well enough and ingredients weren't falling out. Everything tasted as expected. Maybe I lucked out, but I don't have any complaints. I don't eat Jack in the Box often but I'd come back again to this location. read more

I found it quite clever that the employees sent us (drive thru customers) off with COLD food. Ordered a Breakfast Jack combo, the sandwich and hash brown were room temperature at best. I ordered for the first time with their app and chose the drive thru for pickup. When I arrived there were two cars in front of me and it took a very long time for someone to talk to the first person, same with the second and same with me. When I finally got to the window having ordered 10 minutes in advance it took them quite a while to bring my order (the Two breakfast biscuit sandwiches for $5) and the sandwiches were not hot, only lukewarm. I have updated my review due to the fact that I got a call from what I assume was the manager. After bringing up my disappointment I was called (not 48 hours later) and very politely and with sincerity was told that I would be reimbursed. I have never had an issue with the customer service and was told that the issue with the quality of food would be addressed.
