Awful breakfast. Not even close to McDonalds. Take the breakfast platter off the menu. It's depressing.

Worst fast food I've ever had and that's saying a lot! Normally we go to Jack in the Box for the Sourdough Jack and egg rolls and this time was no different. We usually expect the sourdough Jack to be sub par anyways being only semi warm (mostly cold) not like a normal burger. This sourdough Jack was the worst. The sourdough bread was not toasted or grilled at all. The patty was placed between two pieces of cold, soft sourdough bread. The curly fries were cold too. The best part was the egg rolls; however, when we asked for sweet and sour we were only given one pack for 3 egg rolls! We will never visit this Jack in the Box in Kirkland, WA ever again!! read more

Worst in US maybe ? I have always seen long line of cars on its drive through day and night which made me wonder why I didn't like it when i trieed it 5 years back, so I decided to give it another chance, well there was only one car infrint of me, waited more than 5 mins waiting for someone to speaak to me staring to the speaker, then finally i hear the voice welcome to jack in the box ..... placed my order then another 8 mins of waiting ttill i reached the window, then another 3 or 4 mins at the window, at that point i was like : ok you better be good .. went back home to realize how bad and weird thee meal was... so never going there again ;) read more

I have had delicious burgers in the past from the Kirkland location. Today I ordered a Jr. Jack burger. It was definitely microwaved. The bun was soggy. The lettuce and tomato were cooked - soggy and hot. Not too excited to revisit! read more

Enjoyed my experience here. I usually just get Taco Bell and come here for curly fries. But the late night menu was so good, I couldn't stay away. Curly fries in a burger??? But I digress... They couldn't split the check between me and my friend but we told the guy to just choose one at random and he took a solid minute before choosing my friend's card. Score. This location is a hit or miss if they are open in the middle of the night . The last 5 times we have driven all the way to this location their drive thru is closed and have no sign saying they are. We called few times and got no response. I'd be nice to at least have a sign for the people who show up. read more

A while back I ordered fries and an egg roll the egg roll was hot but the fries were cold like they have been in the fridge, I took them back and the manager poured the fries I put my hand into back in with the rest of the fries they were serving to the other customers that was it for me I haven't went back until today I ordered a supreme croissant... they still haven't gotten it together even months later, my sandwich was cold and no egg but instead a sausage patty. I entered the drive through at 11:45pm only to be told that they're not taking any more orders for the evening, even though they just took the order of the person right in front of me. So what's the deal here? It looks like the employees just close whenever they feel like it, even when it shows that the business should still be open. Considering the DUMPS of fast food in my area, this Jack In The Box has got it covered and I thank them for doing their job and doing it in a clean fashion. Should I be eating this? No. Neither should you. But since I'm going to, I'm going to eat it HERE. At this location because guaranteed they have what I want EVERY TIME I GO THERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been here three times between 4:30 and 5am. First two times they said they could only take cash because of technical issues. About a month later (today) I had cash and was told that their registers were down and that it could be about 5 to 10 minutes. Maybe they shouldn't be open 24 hours if they are unable to take orders. Jack in the box is my jam when I'm on a budget or I'm craving that late night, just crushed a six pack and need that greasy fix. It is one of my favorite fast food spots because their value menu is still better, as it pertains to options and price. However, the location in Kirkland is HORRIBLE. This place is literally the definition of a slow food joint. Time literally stops in that drive through. If you have shaved your danger zone, you will literally have a full blown bush by the time you get through that vortex of space, so don't plan on smashing after this drive through visit. I had one of the worst customer service experiences with one of their drive through associates, who was exceptionally rude, but I held my tongue, left my food that I paid for, and went somewhere else. This location is not a good representation of the company. Go to the location in Lynwood, near Walmart. They are friendly and much quicker. I just went through the drive through and ask for a strawberry shake. Plus 2 combos. The shake wasn't mixed at all. It was probably the worst shake. I've ever had plus I got a chicken fajita that looked like a mess. its upsetting because, I payed for this. And it seems like the people their are just trying to get the work done and don't care at all about doing right. It was a terrible experience. Never coming back again. You are hanging out with your friends and it is late at night, everyone is getting hungry after sitting around watching movies and playing video games. Where do you go? JACK IN THE BOX! Of course, 20 pothead or drunk high school students and at least three old men who mistaken the drive-thru for a street already have beaten you to the entrance. If you never seen a traffic jam at midnight (which living around Seattle is probably slim) then drive by this Jack and the Box. So what brings so many people toward it? It isn't the service. I have respect for food handlers all over the US and know it is a hard job. There's a lot to remember and sometimes hard to keep your mind straight while you are very very busy. But you at least think once you shout at the person in the window three times the order is wrong they would get a clue. read more

This is my first time ever down star a place. Honestly ten minutes in the window, watching the staff easy French fries and stand around then end up not getting what we paid for. Where's the management?! I am in this industry and get that it's not always easy but there's just no effort here. Might come back but not for awhile. Well. I used to come to this location often when I lived in kirkland around five ears ago. It used to be pretty awesome. Great service, quick and friendly and the orders were always right. I'm sad to say this is no longer the case based on tonight's experience. I just got off a wonderful 17 hour shift and I didn't want to cook when I got home so I hit this location up thinking it would be quick and tasty. Not the case. My husbands order was fine. Mine was what was wrong. Shocker. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese and no pickles. I repeated no pickles. The nice girl in the window repeated it back and I checked the screen. No pickles. Low and behind there were pickles on my burger. Ok I'll pick it off who cares. But then I took a couple of bites and I tasted something not belonging. It was bacon. But not like they put bacon on my burger as a wonderful surprise but it was two or three pieces (not strips) of bacon scattered on my burger. Giving me the feeling that they weren't cleaning their line as orders came through and this got scooped into my order. It tastes nice but that impression is not the greatest. Used to be the go to place. Not open 24 hours anymore. You'll go to the drive thru at 2 or 3 am and workers will be working only to tell you they have been closed. Also you try to order off the breakfast menu and they will tell you they stopped serving breakfast. Worst jack in the box experience in Kirkland ever. Workers are definitely not motivated. Out of the few times I have came here people working the drive through have the ugliest attitudes... this last time though was unbelievable. The lady working the drive through we told her the order was wrong. I haven't been to JITB for years, but I was craving curly fries and buttermilk ranch. So we go. It's not busy inside. One person ahead of us. Yet we wait a long time and the drive thru isn't busy either. After waiting for a bit, the counter person was like, what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for an order? Me: *stares in confusion.* no we are hanging out (I didn't say that but wanted to). Worker: "What did you order?" Long story long, our order was ready and waiting to be bagged. Prior to inquiring what we were doing there, she was cleaning up around the restaurant. Which is great. But then started to bag our food without washing her hands. Um. Anyway, I guess she was new. One star for being fast food, one more star for liking it better than McDonald's. The drive-thru is also extremely handy when you're getting dinner at some insane hour (like the 3 AM run we made this morning) and they happen to be the only place open in this area. Love it. I've never had Jack in the box before until I moved to WA. I love how if I want a greasy cheesy burger I can go here. Or I can get a regular burger, they offer burgers with bbq and with mayo instead of just ketchup and mustard. I don't like how they have food items that come and go because the tacos and funnel cake were really good. Now they have mini cookies which just melt in your mouth. There breakfast is great too. I love the mini pancakes and the breakfast platter is worth the price, I think it's $4.00 for pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. Yummy!!! read more

It was average busy ,I ordered two Fish sandwich and the guy told me to wait in the parking for order after I paid.I waited 20 mins and then I went to the drive thru again and the lady now tells me she didn't know about my order and the guy who took the order didn't say anything after hearing this and had a cigarette in his hand at the workplace.I asked for refund and she charged my card again and I was like wtf.later she gave my money back in cash & coins. This location has not gotten my order right in the last six times I've been there. Even when it's right on the screen, it's still wrong when I get it. Since I'm usually going through the drive through, I don't notice until I've pulled away. Super duper friendly night staff. I come here sometimes when I get off work (usually around 1:30 AM) and in my "I just want a beer" mood. The guy who does the drive through at night is always super friendly. I believe his name is Juan or Jose (I swear I'm not trying to be racist, forgive me, I go there after long shifts) and he always makes me feel like I should be happier haha. They're great. This is one of my worse experiences with jack in the box. I've never been treated so little and with disrespect. My husband was ordering he was being nice he said two of the ultimate breakfast sandwich combos and two iced mochas. We get to the window and we're waiting because we are suppose to get two of them. When we asked politely the employee Zepeda said no you DIDNT say two, you said two of the iced mocha I only charged you for one of the ultimate breakfast combos, and rolled her eyes. First of all I heard my husband say two of each secondly don't argue with a customer that's terrible customer service. if I talk to any of my customers that way I would be fired or at least be coached and trained better.
