My family and I came into this location tonight to dine in and waited for 5 mins at the counter with NO acknowledgement from the employees behind the counter. There was a man and (teen) girl working drive though. The women looked at me and looked away with not even a "Hi we'll be right with you" After I said wow no one has said anything to us they looked at us and looked away, so we left. As we were leaving another customer came in and i warned her we had been waiting with no one word said to us. After she waited same thing happened to her she left too. I ordered a sausage bisquet, no egg. What I received was a sausage bisquet with no sausage! I took it up to the counter and they said they would make me a new one "right away" I waited 10 minutes (the restaurant was not busy). I went up and asked if they had started my bisquet. So I stopped by the local Lakeside Jack In The Box last night. When I got home I noticed that they did not give me the side salad that I had ordered for my wife. OK no problem things happen. So I go back there and walk in and start to tell the guy (who was the manager) what happened. Before I could get the words out of my mouth he cuts me off and says "you didn't get your side salad right?" and I said yeah and he went over grabbed the salad and threw it in a bag and gave it to me with no apology or anything. I know mistakes happen but when someone has to go all the way back for something you should at least apologize for it. read more

First off I understand it's fast food, I know if you want something you can always make it at home, but here's my issue. We sat for 15 minutes waiting to get to order in the drive threw. We finally got to the window and the guy said in a nasty tone and attitude "can I help you" we then were trying to order and he said they didn't have any chicken bowls and we said aww dang it. He then said what? We replied and said oh I just said dang it. He then says WOW all rude. Then proceeds to say hello can I help you. We back out and left. Just got back from ordering dinner for my kiddos tonight. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and the line was pretty lengthy but our Grubhub order kept getting pushed back so thought it would be faster to just go myself. WRONG! When I got up to the window it was 6:33pm. I didn't get my food until 6:55. Ridiculous! There was a girl name Shawna or something with an S, short black hair pulled up that was extremely rude. She didn't once acknowledge me until I waited 20 mins and asked her how much longer until my order was done. All she did was shrug her shoulders and and nibbles under her breath. I asked her what she said and she ignored me. She could clearly hear my baby screaming in the car and my patience was running thin. She finally gave me my order then told me I still needed to wait for the Oreo shake. SMH, lots of workers just standing around not doing much but chit chatting. She handed me my drinks and I asked her for a cup holder. She sighed and kinda rolled her eyes. Got home and my order was wrong! This is the third time in a row my order has been wrong. Management is pretty nice but that about it. Every time I go the employees are rude but I guess that's what you get when you have a bunch of kids working. At 8:59 pm tonight i went in. The counter person named Cinthya could not get my order correct due to her yapping with her 2 male friends in the corner. After a few attempts, the order was placed. Cinthya could not be bothered with making my 3 shakes, as she was yapping with her friends, leaning over the counter. Sanitary wise, i wont get into how sgge used a paper towel to wipe excess shake off her arm, then use the same napkin to wipe my shake off, gross. After about 10 minutes or so, i finally yelled at her friends to shut up, since im a paying customer and wanted out of there. The manager seemed oblivious, it was busy. The cook witnessed, saw that i was upset, he was very nice snd brought me my order. By the way, i still have jack in the boxes merchant copy i wasnt asked to sign in my posession, you want it? Your new Panko onion rings SUCK!! Ordered them and they tasted like burnt oil. Mushy frozen onions with no favor! Panko breading tastes bland and boringly horrible! GET A CLUE JACK! AVOID AT ALL COST. Management ALLOWS homeless bums to panhandle customers as they park in lot on a DAILY BASIS! Have complained numerous times to store manager and ALL Mexican staff to no avail! Worst Jack in the Box ever. In the past month I have spent right at $100 or more through the drive thru and every single time my order has been wrong or they havent given me all the foid I had ordered. I dont realize it until I get home which is 10 miles away. Tonight I had had it and didnt realize they hadnt given me 6 tacos I had ordered until i got to my driveway. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it was a fax number so I had to drive 10 miles back to the resturant so they could give me the rest of my order and by the time i got back home the other food I had ordered was cold, not even warm but cold and the fries as well. Absolutely disgusting so that was $15 of food that went to my pot bellied pig. absolutely frustrating and very pissed off especially about the money thats been wasted here. i called the 1800# customer service for the company, lets see if I get a call back. Been coming here since Feb/2017. Workers Mexican older women leave with sacks of food w/milk shakes after working their shifts. Speaking Spanish that their take home food is better than customers, "Wow". I've had 80% of their menu. Drive thru has better service, quicker, but most of the time order is wrong. I am surprised at the amount of food leaving with the older Mexican women employees, 3 to 5 bags of food per lady! Like they are feeding their family at home. They don't pay for the food when leaving. I'm at this location 5 times a week since its on the way to work, coffee with unlimited refills, and a loaded sandwich is my usual order now. I don't know if the owner is aware of the older Mexican women employees are taking home sacks of free hamburgers/fries/shakes daily! read more

I am only giving this one star because it is not possible to give it NO stars or minus stars. DO NOT go here. it is the most vile , dirty place I have seen...beyond gross. There were homeless people "showering" in the bathroom...not one or two cleaning up but 4 in there at once and more waiting to go in..the employee told my husband to just go in the womans bathroom because no one was in there .. it was filthy. no paper towels...they were all over the floor and black steams of water were coming out from under the door into the resturant. ..we ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches. the wait was so long that the guy in front of us actually left ...and he had already paid..our sandwiches were cold and dry. we threw them out after one bite ..the place was so nasty I can't imagine how it is back where you can't see. I complained to the company via email, but this place was so gross I am actually going to drive to their local corporate office tomorrow and complain in person. this place needs to be shut down . read more
