Horrendous customer service from the manager!!! Ordered my food in the drive thru on 8/6/24 at 3:16am and was only 2 cars behind. I was trapped there while he/she/they/them argued with a customer until 3:40am. Finally I get out of my car to convince the customer to let all of the people waiting to get our food. When I got to the window, there was no greeting, no "sorry for the delay". I told him/her/they that I didn't want to pay for food that had been sitting there for 30 minutes. The response was "unfortunately there's nothing I can do". I made a second attempt to reason with the employee, and the response was "have a nice day" and he closed the window in my face. Not only am I now late for work against my will, I won't have the opportunity to consume breakfast before my 10 hour shift. People like that should NOT be in the customer service industry. I watched at least 9 cars leave the drive thru. This person is losing money for the Franchisee and I highly suggest you terminate this employee. I work hard for every dime I make and should not be subject to this type of treatment. Also, I have video evidence of the encounter. Please rectify this situation. read more

Jack in the box is always a favorite , the go to for a late night munchies mission. This location unfortunately made me lose my appetite immediately. Placing the order is always easy .. but when u get to the window to pay all u see is nasty trash or food that hasn't been picked up for years right under their window. The smell is horrific. Apparently the competency to work at this location is at a zero, actually I take that back they didn't forget to put my hamburger on a bun so the competency level must be at a three. I order their white cheddar burger get home because I ordered it somewhere else I was excited to eat it only to find that my white cheddar burger is missing the chatter. You have to love going home with a cheeseburger with no cheese and you get to add your own cheese at home. If I would've asked for extra cheese though they would've charged me $1.75. Perhaps, I should take my bill to them. The food was warm at best. Which means the 20 minutes I was waiting in line my food was getting cold. The jalapeño peppers weren't hot. As Jack in the Boxes go this one is good. I haven't been to it in a really long time as I moved out of Lancaster a couple years ago so it was like going for the first time. If I could Give "Zero" stars I would. This is the worst experience I have had at this place. I frequent this location and there service is usually mediocre at best. This was beyond horrible and angering. On Sunday Jan 10, 2021 I went to this location and ordered the "Ram's Jumbo Jack Special" (A special promotion if the Rams score 2 touchdowns in a game you get a free Jumbo Jack with a lrg drink purchase. The Rams won on Saturday). I was told by the male taking my order that the promotion was not valid until Monday. I said "so no promotion today even though they played yesterday?" He replied "Pretty Much"....I asked that he confirm with his manager and he came right back and said they don't have the promotion today per his manager "Susie" and to come back the next day (Monday) because that's when the promotion is valid. I asked him "even though the Rams played Yesterday (Saturday)?" He said yes. I ordered my overpriced, miniature hamburgers and came home. Before leaving, I verified with the person at the window that the promotion wasn't valid. They confirmed that I needed to come back on Monday. Fast forward to the following day (Monday Jan 11, 2021). I went to the location and ordered the "Ram's Jumbo Jack Special" I was told by the order taker (unknown male) that it was not valid because the Rams played on Saturday, so I could not get the promotional special. I explained that I had been there the night before and Shift Manager "Susie" advised to come back today because the special is only valid on Monday. He said that they will not give me the promotion and that "Susie" was not a manager there and that she was there on "a borrow". I pulled forward to the window and the female worker (heavyset female Hispanic wearing a pink mask, no nametag) and asked for my payment. I asked about the promotional special and she rudely told me that it was not valid. I asked to talk to her manager and she said she was "busy". I asked for her manager's name and she mumbled (Anna or Alma). I again overpaid for my hamburgers and asked that they get on the same page about their promotions. The worker just glared at me and closed the double sliding window in my face as I was talking and walked away. When I got home with my 3 Jumbo Jacks (which I ordered the same) they were all made differently. I have never been so disrespected in a drive thru like I was on both occasions. This place is an embarrassment for the Corporation and Owner. I came home and submitted my review on Jack's website review. I have yet to receive any communication from Jack in the Box. I'm very disappointed in the treatment I have received from this whole organization. Unless you like being disrespected by teenagers and young adults, I would avoid this place and take your hard earned money elsewhere. The serivce is prompt and The staff was very friendly . No wait for a take out which is good because of everything going on.

I'm very disappointed with this fast food restaurant!!! The corporation in charge of this store needs to be adware of the horrible service this place is providing to the customers!!! We had family come out of town and we decided to order from here... the food was steal and cold it honestly tasted so disgusting! On December 24th 2019 (at 10am) I ordered food and asked for a FRESH order...I said that to the person at the speaker, and once again when I got to the drive-thru window. Both Burgers were overcooked burnt, one that was not supposed to have lettuce and tomato. Had rotten lettuce and old tomatoes. But fresh bread. Shake was warm, and melted.
