Disgusting. Upon ordering my food and pulling up to pay, I observed the order taker coughing like crazy walking around the food, not covering his mouth. Then he proceeds to spit inside a trash can located near where they bag the food. It was just gross. I literally threw the food away. Couldn't touch it. I do not think I've ever stepped foot inside of this location. It has always been drive through. From when I used to live in the area, and when I used to work in the area about a year or so ago. Every time I have used their drive through, it has been fine. They always get my order right and the food is as good as you'd expect from a Jack in the Box. No complaints whatsoever. Maybe one day I will step inside and see what that experience is like, but as far as a drive through experience, nothing but good things to say. Customer service is great. We hopped back out the car to go inside and the doors were locked. 9:10 , when the dining room doesn't close until 10. Wouldn't open the door for for 6 minutes, finally have and his response was "what you need bro?" Everyone else who walked out, was followed by a homeless man making sure the door was slammed locked so no one can come inside. But I am delighted to know that the one here is so good. I don't mind waiting a minute for my food if it's fresh and handed to me with a smile and a helpful attitude. I think about my reviews and I realize I'm always saying, "I don't really eat at fast food places." I've been checking in to more places lately (I didn't know badges were still a thing and I'm missing some bigger ones) and I'm realizing dang I do eat fast food more than I probably should. Jack in the Box is a place I've been coming to since I was a kid. It was the cooool place to eat because it was open so late at night and teenagers can eat a lot of tacos for a small amount of $$$. This location is where we stop on the way to Sunset Park when we do activities on the weekends. I think that it's a pretty convenient location that's easy to get in and out of. The service here is the standard service you'd get from most fast food places. I don't think I've ever had someone be outright rude but I've also never had them be outright nice. The food is pretty basic and made the way its supposed to be. We haven't ever really had a problem with them not getting our order correct. There have been a few instances where we ask for no ham (breakfast sandwich) but they put the ham anyway. Good for me though cause I'm not the one who can't have ham. LOL! read more

The food was extremely cold and the additional requested items, with paid additional charges, were never applied. Unfortunately, this is the closest Jack-in-the-Box to my residence... And they continuously mess up, miss items, or have horrible customer service by management. My last two visits, the last being today when I complain about having half of my box empty for my order, the manager said that's what it is and said I get no more. I order from this location once a week. Actually twice. I had placed an 80.00 order today because I had a houseful of people. We ordered the "new" banana french toast sticks that comes with chocolate sauce cups. What we received was regular french toast sticks with no sauce cups not even regular syrup. We ordered 4 orders of them and received no syrup or chocolate sauce. We also ordered 2 orders of 8 chicken nuggets and we ordered ranch cups for those. Again no sauce cups. We ordered hash browns and they were so greasy they stuck to the paper and ripped to shreds as we peeled them from the paper. This was a big disappointment for my order. The no sauce and plain french toast sticks was the kicker. This location is full of incompetent workers. Note to self and everyone else check your stuff before you leave!!! Mood- Roadtrip food It was one of those mornings where we knew we had to beat traffic, however stop for food to keep on the continuum for our plan of events. That is where this location was fit for our beginning. We chose the drive thru as it was only fitting, and of course pressed for time. We opted for sausage croissants, a clucker meal, and a burger with fries. Now the part that I feel very bamboozled by life was the " Shhh... Secret Sauce" Have you ever heard of this? I guess this amazing little packet of sauce has been around for over 20 years. It is kept in the fridge, and you can even opt to have it on your burger. It tastes like the secret sauce at most other chains. However why hasnt anyone told me about this????? So many questions - Food of course was wonderful. JITB is always one of my main go-tos when I am on the road or wanting quick food. The service at this location was superb as usual. I honestly love great customer service as most fast food places get a bad wrap easily but no one really acknowledges when it is a good time. I drive around the city for my job and I usually take my lunch at the closest Jack in the box so I can accumulate points on the app. The couple of times I've been to this location they seem very flabbergasted about pickup orders each time. They need some help, it's always the manager with the red button up shirt That can't get the pickup orders together and walks around looking sloppy. During this visit I made a pickup order thats supposed to be ready in 7 to 9 minutes, I was a little late and got there in about 15 and even then I have to wait a couple more minutes for my food. Which is no big deal except for the fries were very undercooked and cold. And the burger was cold. If it wasn't for the fries there would be no negative review. Like perhaps if they would have cook them all the way instead of pulled them early. They would not be undercooked or cold. When I used to be a fast food manager in my younger days I had to worry about a lobby full of people and a long line in drive thru. These managers now are spoiled read more

I had a coupon so I figured why not. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and it tasted REALLY good. Just the right amount of condiments. The rootbeer is just always better at jack in the box for some strange reason. At 1 dollar for any size soft drink...why yes I would like a large, thank you.
