I only frequent this location when I come home from concerts only because they are open until 4am. But after today's situation, I am not coming back here. we ordered 2 Jr jumbo jacks and a large curly fries and paid for exactly that which came out to $9 and some change. I was a bit occupied to check the bag and he did even mention that the bag was a bit light. By the time we got home, we opened the bag and there was only 1 Jr jumbo jack and the large curly fries. I usually don't bother to rate fast food chain restaurants because well..it's fast food service what do you expect. But this was the only drive-thru experience I've ever experience where I was left heated honestly. I'm used to the drive-thru workers not being that friendly, but this man was just weird. I was trying to order, and I don't have the loudest voice. I did my best to shout my order and remained polite. Unfortunately, he still made an unnecessary comment saying, "Maybe if you'd speak up I wouldn't have to ask you to repeat your order." And stated my total in the same breath lol. i ordered online and the order was done upon arrival, it was wrapped up very neat and tight so nothing spills out. however, what disappointed me was that it took the employees a good 5 minutes to acknowledged to us. they were nice, though. compared to other fast food places i've been to the service here is good. as for the place looks like any other fast food places. there wasn't anything special. it was cleaned. we ordered some large curly fries which did not seem large to me. maybe i'm used to the fries from arby's but the size large fries here is a little on the small size. there weren't that many fries in our large. i mean if i got that as a medium size fries then it wouldn't really be an issue. i just wish they filled the cup more. i got the chicken sandwich, which didn't really fit my taste. i've had better ones from other fast food places. the vegetables tasted fresh, though. read more

Wednesday 4/17 @ 10:32 pm We Waited in the drive through line for 5-10 minutes bc they said they "needed a moment" But even when we called them at the drive through window there was no response. (After 10 minutes) I'm not sure what's going on at this location but this has happened to me 3 times now. There was also another car in front of us that drove away bc of this. If you choose to close your services at a specific time, I totally understand. But if not CLOSE YOUR DOORS AT THAT TIME, instead of saying it's open and then NOT BE OPEN. We ended up driving away bc no one chose to help us. Please do better. read more

False advertising imho. 5Pc combo is not $5.94 according to the manager at the Flamingo/Durango location in Las Vegas. It's only for the pieces of chicken (in small print it says small drink/Fries) The real issue was not that I had to pay $2-3 more for a combo but the rudeness of the store manager. She made me feel like was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. She did the same thing to her employee. I will never set foot in this Jack-in the Box because of her. I do not want to be treated like this at any outlet I visit. Maybe she needs some major customer service training or not work in the customer service industry at all. Other patrons did agree with me and were just shaking their heads. The one who apologized was the young black kid who served me. At no point should an employee have to apologize for his/her manager. Their food is always consistently fresh when I get my to-go order. I've only had an issue one time where I didn't check my bag and there were no sauces but that was a rare occurrence. Had to poke a little review in here. If you seen my last JITB review just imagine the complete opposite of that. Was in the drive thru around 1230 today. The lady asked how my day was and ordered 1 Jr bacon, 1 Jr Bacon plain and 1 breakfast jack. I asked if they still had dollar drinks and the lady apologized that the promotion was over. Had my order read back and pulled up to the window. On the way I decided to add an order of mini cookies I saw on the sign. No problemo. Got my order, the woman gave me 10% off my next order for no reason I could tell and asked if my service was as good as it was my last visit. I told here it was my first visit, but it was awesome and she wished me a happy thanksgiving. That is like what it should be at the drive through. I was here today, I live near here and I have never had an issue with the service or the food. Yesterday I was given the wrong sandwich and didn't realize it until once I got to work. I called and they told me to come in today so they could make it right. I come here often enough that they gave me a coffee for my trouble. While I was there a man who was quite rude or confused was there saying he was going to give this place a bad yelp review so I decided I'd head him off at the pass. His friend/father ordered the wrong item. His grown son began to throw a temper tantrum while the manager/franchise owner explained to him very calmly what he ordered. She even consulted with another employee. If you order the wrong thing that is your fault. They have several sourdough items and he picked the wrong one. They took the food after being quite and sat down. The younger of the two began to scream obscenities and there was a full dining room of people. I did speak up and told there was no need for his swearing. He told me to mind my own business. When you're carrying on in a public place you make your antics everyone's business. I explained it's just food. It's not life or death it shouldn't ruin your whole day. You can afford to eat at a fast food place. Count your blessings. The floor was visibly wet. There was a sign that you practically trip over warning you that it is. It's noon and I'm sure that there must have been an issue that needed attending to. This man got up I'm sure on purpose and "slipped", I'm not sure what business he had in that area. He got up saying that he was okay. He made a huge production of this. I'm sure trying to create a lawsuit because he was so mad that the older man he was with ordered the wrong item and got what he actually ordered instead of what he thought he ordered. The scene was so comical. If you had eyes you could see the floor was wet. No one was a bit sympathetic toward this fool. I've never seen anyone act like that in public. I did point out very loudly that there's a sign. If this person posts a yelp review as he threatened to do, I want the real story put out there not his version. I bet if they had calmly and nicely explained that the older gentleman was confused and ordered the wrong thing by mistake that he really meant to get something else they would have gladly replaced it-it's just a sandwich.
