I know, what the heck am I doing reviewing a Jack-in-the-Box location, right? Hey...when the craving hits, I can't help but to get an order of the two tacos & some eggrolls. Their seasoned curly fries are pretty good too. Especially when you get a batch that's just freshly made. This location is closest to my house and the drive thru is always smooth and quick. I ordered a sausage croissant combo with a plain ice coffee no sugar just half and half. Grace D told me she couldn't make an ice coffee without sugar. She said her ice coffee already comes with sugar In it vanilla mocha etc. I said do you have hot regular black coffee ? She said yes. I said ok give me that and a big cup of ice Got to the window and she was arguing with me about the coffee and she would have to charge me 1.70 for the cup with ice in it. I finally had to just say I'm not arguing with you anymore just give me my food. Paid for everything. I got my hot coffee poured it into the cup with ice then added half and half. Bam ice coffee with no sugar. Then I got to the bottom of my coffee. All grounds in it. This is my neighborhood JITB and I have been here many times over the past decade that I have lived in the area. You never know what you might get with this place. It's a total crapshoot each time I visit whether it will be a good or frustrating experience. They do have some good promotions and specials, so keep your eyes out for those. Plus, when you order through the app, you can score some free menu items! Service can be all over the place. Sometimes it's quick and friendly. Other times it can be slow and the employees are visibly annoyed. I'm currently loving their sausage croissants (2 for $5). Breakfast of Champions. First, they took away the onion, mayo sauce then they started putting ketchup and mustard on the ultimate cheeseburger. Now I just left the rainbow location and they have taken away the men in uniform and military and veteran discount. I cannot think of another reason that would make me come back to Jack-in-the-Box now it's very unfortunate. I don't really go to this location myself - its usually because I placed an UBER EATS order. Between Jack and The Box and Uber eats, I got my meals quickly, (within 30 min) my food is always fresh, and they always get my orders correct. I also like the fact that Jack in the box is 24 hrs and so is Uber eats so that's a bonus! I will continue to place order at this Jack in the box through Uber eats! read more

My drink was already made so I was hoping the contents of the cup were at least okay. My fries took forever (I was the only one in the drive thru), so I assumed I was getting fresh fries. The licking dude handed me my bag (gross) without even looking out of the window and I came home. I opened the fries and they were cold and soggy and smelled STRONGLY of fish. They were stoned and happy last night. I ordered 3 strips for my 16 year old about 1030pm or so .. took it home, he came down stairs to get it and 5 seconds later came back and said, we can't win ma. Worst customer service ever. Also, walked in to order food and there was a exterminator for BUGS spraying the dining room and the kitchen. As soon as I was ordering my food the cashier had no idea what I ordered after I already told her 3x. As soon as I ordered she said "one moment" then walked away and started making tacos? I was confused because then I was like I haven't ordered yet. Then another guy with a ponytail walks over and puts up his finger to say one moment. He then approaches the register for me to complete my order and tells me I couldn't order iced coffee because he doesn't have any. I said ok but then he gives me the total of my order and I pay for it. Then I look at my receipt and find that he charged me for an iced coffee. As I receive my food I ask for my iced coffee since he charged me and he tells me he only has black coffee which comes with the meal. I told him he charged me for iced coffee and then turns to the side and starts talking to another customer totally ignoring me.
