The experience here was TERRIBLE!! The absolute worst service ever. My wife was having her pregnancy cravings and wanted the Loaded Classic Popcorn Chicken Combo. The cashier gave us an option of large or regular and also let us know that they don't have the spicy version available so we chose the regular size, loaded version, which is 6.99 and I ordered a southwest crispy chicken salad for myself. We pulled up to the window and my wife politely asked him to repeat the order and asked if the popcorn chicken is loaded, he says yes and confirms our order. When we pulled away we noticed that he charged us for the large which is 9.99. Then he didn't even add any loaded sauces. On top of that I ordered one southwest salad, crispy. I received grilled but was still charged for crispy and didn't receive my dressing or croutons. So we drove back to get our order corrected but your rude cashier gas lit us by saying he told us there was no sauce and only one size available which was bs. We corrected him and repeated what he told us from the beginning but instead of trying to help us receive what we originally ordered he wanted to argue. Now I just drove off because I refuse to waste another second of my time at this unorganized, unreliable, and immature establishment. Submitted feedback to JitB corporate, as they only had ONE employee working last week at 5:30am...she had to work both the counter, drive thru AND cook. Took 20 minutes to get my order and another potential customer got fed up and left after waiting five minutes (she was acknowledged by the employee). Receiving the following email, appears to be from the franchisee: Good evening Chris, My name is Sandra Moreno, District Manager for Jack in the Box. I would first like to apologize for the inconvenience during your recent visit to one of my locations. I have contacted restaurant manager for immediate follow up on: order accuracy, poor quality, behavior, lack of attentiveness and lengthy wait time I appreciate you taking the time, to share your feedback and concerns, be assured I will personally follow up and ensure proper training is being done. Thank you, Sandra NOTE: the email was not JitB branded and simply had "Visit" in the subject line and appears to be a generic copy/paste response (my issue was with the wait time and only ONE employee on site). If my email didn't have preview feature, I would have simply deleted this and thought it was junk email. I did receive another survey (properly branded this time) and gave them a counter-counter survey review (if that makes sense) but seeing as I had no real resolution from another JitB issue at another location last year, I'm really not expecting much. read more

Fast food restaurants can be hit or miss depending on how they are managed. I actually tried this specific Jack in the Box because of the Yelp reviews. I couldn't find any other ones with this high of a review. The restaurant itself is pretty much the same as any other. But I've had the best food at this location. Always fresh and tasty. So much that I'll drive a little further just to eat at this location if I'm in a fast food mood. Kudos to the management who is practicing good food quality and freshness standards. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.. I have emailed Jack in the Box corporate but haven't got a response back! I ordered in drive thru. The order taker "Maricela" was rude from the jump she didn't even greet me, I had to say hello two times to get her attention. Mind you nobody was behind me in line. I had 2 separate orders which she took but acted like she couldn't hear, her I was screaming it to her. Love how they are open 24 hours for your late night hunger @ 4:30 am. I don't wake up this early but man I am starving. A quick drive to my favorite spot for my 1st time ordering this late. The menu is bright and easy to see. The ordering is quick and 2 ladies behind the counter are friendly. One mess up my drink and I told her it is ok..it's no big deal to me but she hand over the correct drink a little after so that was great customer service. Foods are fast, fresh and hot ready to eat. The manager there is so rude. Took my individuals there to purchase lunch. She took our orders and we paid. Then she told us that there's no receipt. Staff asked her to give her a few min to call the individuals home to let them know that they're purchasing their lunch but the restaurant don't have any receipts. That lady rudely said "I don't see why there a problem with no receipt. Tried explaining to her that the individuals that purchase their lunch need to have their receipt so that their family member know what their money is being used for. She started yelling and cussing at us ( regular customers). (We go there all the time to buy lunch for our Individuals) We had to leave because it was too hostile. Folks who know me know that I will eggs anytime of the day. I'm like Bubba from Forrest Gump, I'll wax about anything egg; eggs Florentine, tamago nigiri sushi, egg and green onion omelet, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, eggs easy over...etc. I had post-sangria depression so I decided to eat my feelings away via Jack in the Box. I ordered two sausage and egg biscuits and an egg and sausage croissant. I would say McDonald's has JITB beat on the Sausage and egg biscuit and Carl's Jr. probably has JITB beat on the breakfast croissant (not sure but it just looks better). For some reason the sausage that JITB uses just doesn't seem right. I'm not sure if there's too much filler or an overall lack of taste, but I just didn't feel like I was eating sausage. It was more like "meat surprise," and not in that SPAM or Vienna Sausage kind of surprise. For what its worth, just having the taste of egg in the afternoon made up for the deficiencies. I finished my breakfast sandwiches and went home a happy man. The LOWDOWN (The Fast Food Remix) Minus 2 stars for having that weird tasting sausage. The texture and taste were just not there. Eck. Plus 1 star for having someone with standard English skills at the drive through. I almost felt like I was at In-n-Out, and that's a good thing. Been here a few times and the workers are all young! They look like college students. Cielo has been my server and she is super sweet! Service is quick! Got my food within minutes. Location is easy to get to. You just need to make a left and you will arrive at the entrance (if you are coming from the 405 freeway). Easy access to the freeway! My favorite items from jack in the box are: -curly fries! -stuffed jalapeños! I was inspired to write a review of the Bixby Knolls Jack in the Box after a quick run through the drive-thru. The guy at the window was extremely courteous and amicable. He addressed me as "sir" (I'm 26, I'm definitely not a sir, but it's refreshing to be treated well at a fast food spot), made it a point to repeat my order as he handed everything to me and then asked if everything was alright before I left. Common courtesy? Sure it was. But in the fast food industry it seems that it common courtesy is the exception, not the norm, and this Jack specifically deserves a shout out for that. read more

Jack In The Box, what the heck happened to you??? I have always preferred Jack to other fast food restaurants, but their food has gone down the toilet in the last few years. I use to LOVE their curly fries, but every time I order them now they are soggy and taste like mold. I am allergic to mold and my entire body senses the mold in the fries. Employees were involved in animated conversation with each other. I was the only customer, 8/4/18, about 4:00 P.M. They barely turned around to acknowledge they had a customer. A sullen employee asked me what I wanted. I placed my order. I looked around a dirty dining room, it had just been mopped. Barely any chicken in the chicken sandwich, no mayo, a limp leaf of lettuce. Oil used to make the fries kind of borderline on how many times it was used. That's it. Last time. Just can't go back there any more. Been going there for more than 30 years. Is there a new owner? It was not like this even 5 years ago. No more Jack in the Box, at least not this one. read more

I literally just bought the new mini tacos there to give to my husband, my 6 year old and my 2 year old on my break. I was excited to try them since it was my first time ever trying them. I bought 2 orders, went home and we all ate some of both boxes. I came back to work and my husband textes me saying that the box I was eating from had plastic beads in it and inside the tacos. He said it almost chipped his tooth. He said the beads look like those beads that come inside shoe boxes. This is scary ! I will NEVER buy from this place ever again!!
