So this place is a hit or miss. I have been living down the street from this Jack-in-the-Box for the last years. This place used to be open 24 hours. I'm not sure if it is anymore? It's very busy but you can definitely get in this location. This location got a remodel and it looks really nice inside. I love using the app to order all of our food. That way I get the bonus points and any other offers that are in the app. Sometimes you have to use the app to get the discounts, especially on the tacos. You can also customize your different orders on the app. I like to order my food and have it picked up inside rather than in the drive-through. Picking up was pretty easy and it was ready when we arrived. My order the special that was on the app itself. The food is definitely mediocre and it's not the best place to go get a hamburger cheeseburger. And some of their items like the Smashburger was definitely delicious one of the best burgers I've ever had. What really sucks and I don't know if this is all of the jack in the boxes but you can't use their soda machine. I wanted to get a refill but I didn't want to interrupt the busy workers. They messed up the order, gave me half of someone else's order, and when I took it inside to say something they made me a new burger, but they were bragging to each other about how badly they have been messing up orders. The lady working the counter was very forward and wasn't playing any games with patrons. She wasn't mean, she was just on it. I got the JR Jumbo Jack with Cheese and he got just a Cheeseburger with extra Fries or an extra large fry I'm not sure how to word that. Hes too old for kids meals now. Hes 6 1/2. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is horrible! It says it's open 24 hours on the weekend but it's not! I tried to call the district manager multiple times and never get a call back. We've gone multiple times late 1am, midnight and every single time we will pull up to the drive through they say they are closed. There was no one in the drive thru when we got there, but one car zipped into the parking lot just before I did, and of course, she bee lined for the drive thru.
