I'm an every couple weeks regular. It's my late night spot. Friday the 20th I placed an order through the app as always and made my way to the store. There were very few cars in the drive and what were there went fast. When at the window there was a new face. Seemed to be a manager. The order was neat and organized. Wanted to try the new rib eye burger and wanted to avoid the whole cooking/ dishes experience so, i went to jack n the box. I don't know if they were all high or what but i recieved the wrong order twice. I know i should have checked it before i drove off but i was hungry and wanted to get home before my food got cold. I ordered an all American rib eye combo and a sourdough jack combo. I recieved two burnt spicy chicken sandwich combos. Took them back. Told the lady what happened. The drive thru guy came out and said "I remember you, you didn't get your churro!" "Nope." "Spicy chicken?" "I have two burnt spicy chickens right here. That's not what i ordered though." They apologize a few times. I assure them its no big deal, i would just like my sandwiches. I was polite as i did not want spit in my food. Tried to order strawberry soda. Simple right.. but no the lady had to ask 2 or 3x what we wanted and then she says, over the intercom, I don't know what the f*#k he wants!" So we then settled with a powerade strawberry drink. Went up to pay, we asked if they have Fanta sodas. Guess what they have some, strawberry fanta, yes they do. Went through the drive through to get a jr bacon cheeseburger. Got home took a bite of buns bacon cheese mayo and ketchup, no meat anywhere. Every time Ive come I find their service is way oover the top friendly and very courteous. The employees aim to please. Your food is hot and fresh and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody 24 hours a day I couldn't say anything negative about this place. Every time I come by no matter what I order it seems like its made just for me and hasn't been sitting around on the shelf that one thing you can't say about other places it's always fresh which is a very important thing to me and most people. This place is like 5 mins from my house, me and my brother always pop in here for a late snacks in the drive thru. The wait isn't bad at all they work pretty fast in drive thru and most employees are bilingual here (English&Spanish) so it makes it easier for more customers. They always give you the right combo you order. They have had some mistakes when asked to put Lettuce and tomato and not put Certain sauces sometimes they just give you the combo how it is. It wouldn't be a problem if they didn't change extra. Overall it's a great place for a quick snack or in need of food. read more

The manager left her food prep gloves on, got money out of the safe, touched the cash register buttons, accepted my money, and went back to touch food with the same gloves on. I called her on it. Jack in the Box is a bit pricey for a meal, but this place hasn't been so bad. I'd recommend getting the munchie meal if you're out for a late night snack. It has tacos, a burger, a mix of curly fries and regular fries, and a drink. The service is alright. We haven't had any issues with the drive thru so far. So I went through the drive-through a couple nights ago and had to wait 20 minutes just to order because the line was so slow and I couldn't get out of the drive-through because it was cars behind me. Then when I get to the window I'm told that they can except my cash because they don't have change. So I pay with my debit card. After waiting about another five minutes or so I get my food. But apparently I never got a receipt or my ATM card back. I live more than an hour away from the Jack-in-the-Box and I was on my way home from work. When I got home I realized I didn't have my ATM and I traced it back to the Jack-in-the-Box easily. When I called and talk to the gentleman he informed me that they did have my ATM. I left my number so management can call me. Now here we are two days later. No phone call from them but I've been calling. I finally got through to the manager and she was pretty rude about the situation for my opinion. At the end of our conversation she just hung up on me. Poor customer service read more

Ok.... so how is it ok for there to not be anyone up front at the register. Not even a friendly smile or greet to any customer coming in. As I'm waiting for my food, another couple customers are waiting to get their order taken. Finally what appears to be the manager, (Rocio) overhears the customer complaining about no one being up front, she says "they're working" and he says yeah and who's working up front. Manager was literally arguing with his guy telling him they're working, not messing around. She also told him "if you're not gonna order than leave." He told her that he would contact corporate and the manager literally said to do just that." First off, there should always be someone up front regardless. Second, the manager is supposed to make sure things are running smooth. Third, she shouldn't be arguing or saying anything to a customer other than, "I apologize, what Can I get for you." I understand the whole customer isnt always right but damn, she had a mouth on her to be talking back to a customer. Horrible customer service. She needs to either be trained correctly or get replaced. Not acceptable. read more
