I got a chicken pita from here, and when I opened it the bread was crumpled on the bottom with chicken, tomatoes and onions thrown on top. I didn't notice until I got home. If I hadn't eaten all day I would've thrown it in he trash. I kinda wish I did. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE!!! This was by far the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. We waited about 15 minutes to have our order taken despite being the only people in line. By the time we ordered, the line had grown to about 8 angry people. ALSO, some employees were not wearing masks. Those who were wearing masks had them below their chins. We travel through Mojave 2-3 times a week. This restaurant is our 1/2 way point. We eat here because.....The evening crew is awesome. They treat us very well. They go out of their way to make sure to make our trip easier. The food is always fresh. They make sure the restaurant is clean. And we've watched how they treat their other customers. Ok, I questioned if reviewing a fast food joint was even yelp worthy, but then I decided of course it is. Fast food joints need feedback too. Well the secret (well for those who don't know we that well,everyone else will not be surprised by this statement) is out. I go to Jack In The Box and not because it is somewhere to get a coke and something to eat. I actually seek Jack In The Box out when I'm in CA visiting friends. As bad for me as they may be, I love Jack In the Box tacos. JITB tacos are an acquired taste I will admit, but I am one of those people who adore them and can eat a lot of them in one sitting. So how excited was I when on my last trip to CA on our way home from Mammoth, we had to stop for something to eat and our only options were fast food. Nobody wanted to make a decision on where to eat (they'll never do that again) so I picked Jack In The Box. Now I went into the restaurant with low expectations. I am under no illusion the food here is great. But this particular Jack In The Box managed to disappoint me even with low expectations. The lady behind the counter was rude, the soda machine was out of Root Beer both up front and in the back and they made no apologies about it, and it took forever to get our food even though nobody was in there. The bathrooms weren't real clean either. I know working in a fast food restaurant isn't the greatest of jobs, but if you are going to do it "be all you can be". Who knows you work hard and put a smile on your face and have pride in your work environment you may own the joint one day. Stranger things have happened. We just bought breakfast via drive through on our way to work. They forgot to give my husband the hash browns. I gave him mine that came with the pancakes. It was soggy, as they must have not had the fryer hot enough. The eggs were gross. Most everything got thrown away except the oj. We won't ever come back here. You guys, don't stop at this place. Went through the drive thru tonight and was greeted with an attitude. Employee says " if your not ready can you move back to the first menu because we are on a timer" I said "excuse me?" They switched employees and said it in a more firm voice "can you move back to the other menu we're on a timer" I moved back and pull forward she then greeted me with another attitude saying "what do you want to order?" I place my order she asked "is everything right on the screen before I submit it?" I said yes! I pull up to the window to hear music bumping and other employees talking sh*t to each other and the lady that took my payment had no name tag and disappeared after handing me my first bag and 2 drinks. Another employee with a large butterfly tattoo on her neck came to the window and asked "could you please pull to the front because the cook made the wrong burger" I pull up front wait a few minutes got my food from another employee and when I said "thank you" she looked at us and walked back in the restaurant. At 7:30am the place was clean and mostly empty, the people behind the counter were nice and friendly . The restroom was clean when I went in and left. This was probably the worst experience I've had at a restaurant of any kind. The cashier and manager both had a terrible attitude. They were rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off. They were not giving out receipts for some reason. At 6:15 pm they put signs on the dinning room doors and LOCKED the doors, while customers are still inside. They were turning away anyone who came in after this just stating that the dinning room was closed, in a very unpleasent way. Let me start by saying that this JITB is no worse or no better then any other JITB as far as the food is concerned. They all get the same supplies and are required to make the food the same way as all the rest. So what sets ine apart is the people and the service. This one is average as far as that goes. With that being said I have always liked their monster tacos so when I saw they had 2 new ones I wanted to try them. Deb got the bacon ranch version and I got the nacho version. We sampled each others tacos. We both agree the nacho one is better. It has the normal taco meat with copious amounts of gooey warm nacho cheese and jalapeños. Very yummy. The bacon ranch one has taco meat, bacon lettuce and ranch dressing. Its good but no where near as good as the nacho one. So would I come back for either one of them versus the normal taco? You betcha I would. Very worth a stop to get one.....or two. read more

My boyfriend bought me food from here last night when I got off of work. The fries were fine but the burger was undercooked. I didn't realize it until the next morning when I looked at my unfinished burger. The next morning I find myself throwing up and running to the bathroom every 10 minutes.
