I drove back to the drive up window to take it back and was met with a very argumentative man who said he didn't take the order, refused to take the sandwich back because he said we "opened" it (which we didn't) and offered no compensation . The service must improve. My first time to use the JIB app. Placed an order for $20.10 before I left home with Apple Pay on a Chase VISA. Arrived at the location. I checked for an order number and I confirmed and got stuck with a second order for a duplicate order. Got to the pick up window in the drive thru and explained I might have 2 order but just want the 1 order. I was told no orders under my first name. I was questioned if my order was to be picked up at another location like Condit Rd or Monterey Rd in Gilroy. I showed the clerk Monterey in Morgan Hill. I was at the correct location. I was asked to leave the drive thru. I complied and parked in the parking lot and went inside. I showed my Apple Pay receipts and I was indeed billed for 2 orders in the amount of $20.10. Placed 15 minutes apart. I asked for my order or refund my VISA. The older clerk lady said they never got my order. She cannot refund my VISA. This same clerk asked me what I ordered and I told her. She was questioning why her register is saying $18.74 and I said it was $20.10. This is ridiculous and certainly a big waste of my time and hers. I told her I am leaving, never coming back and she can forget about my orders. All I wanted was to get a quick bite to eat with no problems. I am disappointed and sad. I am not running a scam. And always have a great experience ; unfortunately today the line was moving super slowly I ordered ahead online and my Boyfriend went to pick up the order , he waited at the speaker for 15 minutes and nobody spoke to him at all so he proceeded to say "hello" the lady on the speaker said "can you wait" he said "yeah sorry" they should've had the decency enough to say sorry for you're wait give us just a minute ; instead they were blatantly rude and ignoring him . I rarely leave reviews, but the night staff at this location have made it impossible to stay silent. The customer service is consistently rude, rushed, and unprofessional. Every time I go through the drive-thru at night, something is missing from my order--whether it's fries, sauces, or even main items. The employee working the night shift clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. They don't greet you, barely say a word, and act like they're being inconvenienced by doing their job. I've even had to circle back multiple times just to get the rest of what I paid for. Everytime I order a specific item he always says "we don't have that". He just seems lazy! We drove home to find that not only did they give us some crap teriyaki sauce but they legit only have the kids ONE tiny tender and like 5 fries. I couldn't believe they really had the nerve to put one tiny chicken strip in there and call that a kids meal? And they did it for both meals. So obviously they just were to damn lazy to throw some more chicken tenders in the fryer. Then when you try to call them, they don't answer. One of the worst services we have in this area. McDonald's has a line of 7 cars and people continuously coming in and out. Jack in box had two cars ahead of us. They didn't have any idea what I was talking about for substituting Italian dressing over ranch for a salad. When I asked for a Number 7 meal 'plain' and when we got it, there was mayo and ketchup all over the place. I asked for one meal with curly and one with normal fries. The reason for the 1 star review if that the wife and I went there last Friday night for dinner and were completely ignored. There was no one at the counter and no one ahead of us in line. I consistently receive no service after I get off from work (I work swing shift) during the week, despite coming in an hour or more before their posted closing time. The lights will all be on, employees cars are parked there, still no service. I've tried calling multiple times but have yet for anyone to pick up the phone. I would not trust the food at this location for freshness. My son ordered a Cheeseburger on 1/18/20 from this location and ended up in the ER on 1/19. After several tests and two days being admitted in the hospital, it was determined he had E-Coli food poisoning. On Saturday March 27th, 2021 I went through the drive-up to pick up dinner on my way to work as a nurse at a local hospital. After I ordered I realized that I had left my wallet in my other purse so I did not have any money or credit cards with me. I told the woman at the window that I didn't have time to drive home before work and asked if could I pay tomorrow, I showed her my hospital badge. I placed a delivery order through there website for my class. The restaurant is only 5 minutes from my work. I received a text it would be delivered in 2 minutes so I headed out to the parking lot. After waiting over a half hour in the parking lot the deliver through uber eats showed up way late. The drive called lost but spoke no English so it was impossible to communicate with them where they were. They handed off the food and left. The food was cold milkshakes all melted and the ice had even melted in the drinks and items were missing. I tried to call the number in the receipt 408-525-4970 but it would not go through. So I filed an online complaint through there corporate website asking for a refund they said they would contact me but 6 days later no response. So I had to call my credit card and file a dispute. If I'm looking for fast food in Morgan Hill, this is the surefire spot to go. Tough for any fast food joint to get the 5 stars as it is fast food and all, but this is "as good as it gets" for fast food.
