Absolutely terrible took nearly a half hour for my order with a empty restaurant and no other orders before mine. Two people working both drive thru and counter on a Saturday afternoon. It was so bad they forgot I ordered a drink with my order they give me a cup full of ice I dump out most the ice then fill my cup with my drink. Most unsanitary and shoddily maintained fast food joint I have EVER been to. Instantly reeks strongly of urine the second you walk in. No ice in the ice machine, sodas are all warm and flat, the water dispenser sprays everywhere and the water tastes moldy. Totally undrinkable. Had to ask the cashier to fill a soda cup in the back. The machine kept beeping obnoxiously and no one bothered to handle that either. My sandwich came on a hamburger bun when it was supposed to be on toasted sourdough. Fries were old and already cold in the bag. Hash browns were undercooked. The place was almost empty and the two employees on duty were chatting and laughing instead of taking care of anything. November 11th 2021 1:48 am. I drive up, a Hispanic woman is rushing to place yellow wet floor signs in the drive through so I cannot drive in. Then she rushes to close and lock the store doors. I park and call the store. She answers and I ask why is the drive through barricaded if it clearly says open 24 hours. She tells me they are on their break and the store will not reopen until 3am. I say all the employees are on their break at the same time for the next hour and fifteen minutes? She says yes. I ask if I call corporate and ask them if this is normal operations protocol will they agree, she says go ahead call them. I ask for her name, she says "Jack in the Box" then says goodbye. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Typical of this location. The male managers during the day are helpful but the majority of the employees are disgruntled and are most likely doing foul things to food to spite patrons. This is the worst behavior I have ever experienced at any establishment in my entire life. The owner should be embarrassed at the quality of staff employed at this store. I have to say the food was good , we went through the drive -thru as we had the dog. We parked up outside and after eating, I needed to use the restroom before we headed back home . OMG I was horrified , both restrooms were absolutely disgusting , one had the whole toilet covered in excrement inside and out . The floor wasn't much better . So I went to use the other restroom and it was filthy . The outside of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months . I won't be coming back here . Ever ! Every time I called JITB I was told they don't do deliveries so I needed to contact Postmates. None of the numbers I found for Postmates went through nor a text to the driver and I know they have done this to others since they don't show proof they delivered like a photo order was not made through Postmates app. There is a delivery button in the JITB app and my card was charged by JITB including the delivery fee and tip yet manager still insists I need to contact Postmates for refund. read more
