Worst customer service!! Went in and ordered 2 shakes, loaded fries, and a large fry. As I drove off I realized they didn't give me my large fry so I went back. I clearly saw that they charged me for a large fry on my receipt so I went back. When I went back they told me they never charged me for a fry as they were looking at our receipt and arguing with me. i come here all the time but this review is for there mini burgers. Ive had them here 3 times and its one of my favorite fast food items ever. Ive ordered them twice from the jack in the box on haven and the 210 and they where horrible, overcooked. at this location though, they where cooked perfect every time and they are so good. you gotta try them read more

The guy who works here in Jan 11 at 2:18AM is so rude, he doesn't know how to use the cash register. He is purposely going slowe, I've been here for over 15 min and there's a huge line. I have two door dashes and I have my order, I needed to enable my card and he's just staring saying 13.48 $12.48 like if I'm not going to pay. I asked him nicely, while I'm doing this can you grab my customers food, and he got so bent out of shape over that. I've been here since 1:54 and it's 2:24. That is so unexceptional. He was so rude and he took my food to the. Ack what're I couldn't see him making it so that is when I just cancelled my order.. he just seems like the spiteful kind, anyways I really don't know why he got so upset about giving me the food for my customers before paying for mine, it didn't make any sense and now that I'm gone out of the drive thur there's cars flying out so he purposely made my order take so long.. that's just irritating and inconsiderate. But I hope your manager sees this or your head boss and reevaluate the staff working here, I'm sorry not staff. The guy who looks like he might be the manager, and if he is. Wow talk about childish. Worst customer service ever!!! Waited for over 10 minutes in a empty dinning area for someone to take my order. I asked for sweet and sour and the rude drive thru lady said sweet and sour!? And gave me the dirtiest look and threw them on my tray! As I'm dinning trying to enjoy my meal after this experience someone who was in the drive thru came in and started complaining about the same person giving dirty looks and having a very bad attitude! Im upset that I ordered and when I got to the window the lady didn't greet me or give a total I just handed her my card . Then she gave me not even half my order and I asked "is this everything" she said yes and walked away. I never do reviews but I was at your drive-thru on Sunday August 19th. I was in the drive thru and I forgot to add mayonnaise to my sandwich and Adriana rolled her eyes after I asked her if she could put mayonnaise on my sandwich. I'm in customer service I work at a Staples we would never do that to a customer. If we did we would be reprimanded and probably written up I feel that was unprofessional for a manager to do that. Worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to. Customer service was awful. I tried using a combo meal coupon that included a meal, fries and a drink. Apparently the coupon only worked for a small size even though it didnt say it anywhere in the fine print. Then they told me I can only get regular fries and not curly. Very unprofessional from the manager she forgot to give me napkins. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want a headache. read more

The morning manager nickels and dimes everything. Instead of swapping out the ham for turkey she charges $.60. She is not very friendly and doesn't enjoy her job. We ask for egg whites and it's usually done except when she's there. She always and I mean always uses the radio to tell cashier to tell us no more egg whites... And refuses to talk to us when we question why. Although a few of the employees are nice I don't think I'll be back. Hopefully they realize that it's not worth loosing a customer over $.60 when we go about twice a week. If you get a chance go to the one on 4th and baker ave. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I stopped by before work about 8:30 AM craving a smoothie. Once I ordered the girl tells me "we don't sell smoothies anymore, they discontinued them" ... Yet they are still shown on the menu. Now I'm stuck with four cars in front of me and three cars behind me. Had I known or seen that on the first menu before the order screen I wouldn't have waisted my time. So since I have all this time to spare stuck between 7 cars I decide to call to speak to the manager. The same girl that took my non-existent order also answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager to which she says "she's not here." And that's it. So I just hung up and waited till I could finally escape the headache. Very disappointed! We ordered a grilled chicken salad and a separate side of grilled chicken breast. When being handed our food I noticed the side of chicken was missing and the cashier very casually replied 'O ya, we put the extra chicken in your salad.' I asked if they could give us a separate order and instead of giving us a new order (because it was their mistake) she asked for the salad back, took the extra chicken pieces out of the salad and placed them in a side box. I couldn't believe it... The reason we asked for a side of chicken is because, due to health reasons, my mother-in-law has a very strict diet. When we received the side box of chicken it had pieces of cheese and other 'stowaway' pieces from the salad. Regardless of any additional details, I was so terribly disappointed at their service and will not be returning. Unfortunately now, I've started to take my business elsewhere... read more
