If I could rate this a 0 I would. I came here tonight and literally got no service. My boyfriend and I came in to get some food and we waited and waited for minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. They kept walking past us but not even a "We'll be right with you." There weren't very many vehicles in the drive through either and they kept taking orders in front of us. They all kept having eye contact with us but nothing. After about 5 minutes or a bit more, we just decided to walk out. I've never had this crappy of an experience at a Jack in the Box but honestly I was pretty upset. I'm just trying to get some food and no one bothered to take our order or acknowledge us. I'm never coming here again, obviously not like they'd care. Anyway, hope they learn to acknowledge their customers by telling them they'll help them out in a few minutes or something. I'm sure if they told me that, I would've hung around and waited for them to finish whatever it was they were doing. And to finish it off, some dude came in while we were waiting too and said they forgot part of his order through the drive through. Absolutely the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been too. I try not to be to hard on them but 15 mins in the drive through!! And I was one of only two cars. And no one in the parking lot. Wow! Where's the customer service? Definitely not at this Jack N the Box. They messed up my order so I went inside and told the big manager lady and she basically gave me attitude and was getting mad at me. She was saying that she didn't know and I told her well now you know my order is messed up. She asked how they messed up and I opened up the wrapper and asked her if that looked like a chicken club sandwich and she didn't answer. I went to this location for lunch, got 10 piece nuggets, a Jr Bacon, and a meal for my girlfriend. She asked buffalo sauce and ranch in order to enjoy our meal. And once again another jack that disappoints, we only received 1 ranch and 1 buffalo sauce for all that food.. is ranch and buffalo running scarce or something because this is the 3rd location that only gave one sauce for all the food ordered. read more

Had a horrible experience with Luis in the drive thru! I ordered a double jack, which I had the coupon for. He stated that his "manager" would not accept the coupons through text. He needed an email coupon. I proceeded with paying, asked for EXTRA onions, drove all the way home. I checked the official website and it says that coupon IS VALID THROUGH EMAIL AND TEXT! So I continued to open my items, it didn't have onions AT ALL! I checked the receipt, it was noted so I called. Low and behold he answers, I ask for the manager and he says he's the manager. I asked his name and he says its LUIS, the same name on the receipt! I asked if he remembered me from the drive thru with the coupon, he said he did and I told him what happened after I got home. All he said was "sorry." He didn't offer for a new one, he didn't seem apologetic at all! It's not rocket science but seriously this is the worst customer service with a fast food joint! they left items that I ordered out of my order and one of my items took 20 minutes, when I finally when up to the cashier to ask for that missing item after other people were getting their food. also if you don't check your receipt and notice that they charge you for dining in their establishment. in the 20 minutes it took for my item, I noticed that everyone's order was incorrect. including the drive thru...never again will I stop by this place... read more

Customer service on most nights is terrible. Although there is one nice lady (can't remember her name). All the other people really should get fired. They are rude, and incompetent. Also they used to be 24 hours but at least 1 out of every 3 times we would go they would be closed. Now they've changed thier hours on the window to say they close at 3am eventhough it's still listed as 24 hours on most things I've checked. read more

After a horrible experience at Carl's Jr. with the worst service and uncooked food I went here at 10:30 am since I was still hungry. I had a bogo coupon for Ultimate Brkfst sandwich. The friendly and polite service I got from Florecita (according to my receipt) at the drive-thru was night and day compared to Carls Jr. (Drive thru #102 on 2/15/19) Florencita had a wonderful smile, thanked me for my business, said "Have a nice day", and invited me to return in the future. Perhaps I appreciated her service more since I had just experienced such terrible service at Carl's Jr. but I was very appreciative and it turned my day around. Not sure what Jack is doing to encourage such good service but Carl's should take note or lose a lot of business. No Wi-Fi ? in 2014 no Wi-Fi I do not get it. This place started out good but fell quickly. Often times the food is not to order. I do not know why but they drench the hamburger patties in pepper, flavor I guess but it is gross. The last three times I went there the counter person seemed mad and has a poor disposition. I have been here several times because it's on my way home, thinking each time, maybe this time it'll be better. Unfortunately, that's never the case! When you order, they can never hear you. Today I had to repeat my order four times and every time she repeated it back, it was wrong. This is the norm for that location. I have been putting up with these clowns for the last 2 years but I have finally given up on their, "what did you say?" on the intercom. Transients frequent this place on a daily basis, they harass drive-thru customers incessantly begging for change. Of course, they deny everything when confronted, but by reading some of the comments here, I can see that I am not the only one with this problem. Tired of repeating my order, tired of them getting it wrong. Tired of them making it sound like they're doing me a big favor making my order right when they screw it up. The manager here is rude, smart mouthed and the entire crew always screw up the order. They have been constantly told the intercom to the order board should be placed ANYWHERE but 20 feet from the beginning of a major interstate freeway and they completely ignore customers suggestions. They make it sound like they're doing me a BIG favor by giving me a senior discount especially since it normally comes out to pennies an order. The only reason I put up with their nonsense is because I live very close to them and it is convenient to me. I suggest they take a class on common courtesy and good customer service.
