I ordered two orders of birria tacos with consommé and specifically requested no cheese. Both orders came with cheese, and neither included the consommé. This is actually the second time the consommé has been forgotten. I understand that I share some responsibility for not checking the order before leaving, but I also expect my order to be prepared correctly and completely. By the time I noticed, I was already home and settled in to watch a game. When I called, they offered for me to come back and pick up the missing consommé, but that wasn't practical at that point.
