I love the jalapeño poppers. They are one of my favorite things and Jack-in-the-Box I go to unfortunately it feels like sometimes they've been cooked already and they're not fresh. I love the taco deals and I'm noticing they have other deals as well that I didn't know about unfortunately though sometimes the service is not as great. read more

It is the only Jack in a Box in the area, and I usually like having my nightly tacos and chicken sandwiches. The are may be a little sketchy. There are homeless people with ran down vehicles parked on the side of jack in the box. I did a mobile order and rolled by to the jack in the box window. I asked if i could get more buttermilk and the cashier gave me a long weird pause and looked at me like I did something terribly wrong. I, again, asked for buttermilk and she handed me buttermilk and demanded 50 cents. It felt so disrespected and disgusted the way she handled this. I have no issues paying more for it but the disrespectfulness was not needed. All she had to say was sorry, but I will have to charge you for extras. I highly recommend some customer service training. This has made me not want to come back to this Jack in the Box. read more

I went to pick up something quick and out of the 4-5 different items I got, everything was cold/not good. I felt like it wasn't fresh and maybe a couple of hours old. I wish I could say something was good but honestly it wasn't. Really disappointed. They even made me park (which means it'll be fresh sometimes?) but I was wrong. The food is disgusting. Went through the drive through for a quick bite and the fries were covered in crumbs from other food (probably fried in the same oil). The tenders were still raw/frozen on the inside and inedible. We have been coming in for years and recently it's gotten so bad we will never be back! If this review does anything, I hope it nudges the staff, manager to make sure oil is cleaned regularly. What really brought me here to review this place is because I want to WARN others to double check your order ESPECIALLY if you are a type one diabetic. We ordered a DIET DR. PEPPER and after a couple drinks my boyfriend began feeling extremely sick instantly. We then tested the soda and this place gave him a regular soda. Had we not had these test strips and if my boyfriend finished the entire soda he would have been in the hospital in a diabetic coma!!! We have come here for a late night craving twice, hence the drive thru. We love their bacon cheddar wedges! First time we got them, they had hardly any cheese or bacon on them. I think just enough to cover one wedge. Usually at other JINTB it is doused in cheese and you have to eat it with a fork. Okay fine, maybe it was an off night or they were out.
