5/1/2026 - I went the drive thru. No line. Yes. I had a 75th anniversary coupon for 2 jumbo jacks for $5. Ordered it and it was ready to go. Finally they didn't go skimpy with the lettuce, onions and so on. Usually it's a bare minimum. Both burgers looked great, I ate one and gave the other to a friend. I was very pleased. I went to this Jack in the box because I was close to the area. I was so disappointe. i irdered simple. two tocos and a slider. I thought I might try the slider because I don't want a full burger but I wanted meat. it was $3.50 when my order was up I looked in the bag. I stpod at the counter because I had never ordered a slider there and I was curious I opened the package and the thing inside was absolutely soppy in grease! it had nothing recognizable indside of it and it literally looked like someone stepped on half of it. Again with the absolutely excessive grease, but the worst thing the grease is actually dirty because it didn't have the same taste as other like the one on Mission Gorge is and the one on Balboa is decent. Honestly, this has to be the worst place. I've ever gotten food in their establishments and area chains over my lifetime. so my suggestion to the company if they read these reviews is clean your oil. After driving four treacherous hours in the torrential downpour of rain, we checked in to our hotel room at 11pm and we were starving. Thankfully this Jack in the box location was open and my elderly father was able to go to the drive thru and place an order for two cheeseburgers and an order of chicken tenders. Upon opening my cheeseburger, I was sorely disappointed to see that my cheeseburger had no patty. And to my dismay my son's cheeseburger patty was missing as well. I normally love this spot because it has an easy access drive through as well as plenty of parking. This time with getting food, I wish I would have checked the bag prior to pulling off. The fries weren't quite full or warm to the touch. Chicken tenders were not tender but tough from being over cooked. Parts of the chicken were so tough, I trashed them (which was hard to do this was $14+). Really disappointed since there is typically a great experience all around at this location. Yelp needs a zero star option. We just tried to eat here for breakfast. Upon arriving to the drive through we asked for a moment to finish deciding on our order. The person at the drive through (who is working right now) repeatedly made comments after that rushing us. "Hello?? What is your order?? You need to speak up?? Hello??" So I screamed that we needed a minute and she continued to rush us. So we left. You want to have poor customer service at your location then we will leave and take our business to one of the TWO other fast food locations in that intersection. The Product Development swung, hit, and got to second base. Did anyone even try Popeye's Chicken Sandwich? Its big, crunchy, juicy, and delicious with just the right about of seasoning. JB's Cluck Sandwich is opposite of these...small, soggy, and bland. The advertisement makes it look good...the reality is that its just average(see photo). PRICE: Popeye's is $3.99, versus JB's $4.79...you're paying more for less quality and quantity. But if you're going for a combo, JB's combo with fries and a drink is pretty good deal at $5.99 versus $7.49 for Popeye's combo. So there you have it...try JB's Cluck if you're nearby, desparate, and/or are too lazy to go to Popeye's for their superior chicken sandwich. read more

Usually come here since it near my work and when I want something quick, good, and a decent price. This Jack in the Box is right inside the shopping center and it shares a parking lot with other businesses so parking is easy, plus it has a drive through if you don't feel like getting down. While inside you are greeted and the menu is easy to read with the pictures to temp you just like any other fast food resturaunt. I usually order the number 12 which is the Ranch Homestyle Chicken meal and for the side I get both regular and curly fries mixed together (since I have an inner fat kid). I also ordered 2 Tacos on the side. All together it was around $10. Once you order you get a number and choose a soft drink. They have the cool new soda machine where you choose a drink and add various flavors so that's a plus!!! Once seated my food came out quick and it was good! Nothing bad about the business or the food, just bad for my weight LOL!! Non the less it's always a good experience at this location. read more

I made an early morning pit stop at this Jack in the Box for a cup of coffee and a little something to quell my hunger. I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Croissant and made it a combo with a hash brown and medium dark roast coffee. The breakfast croissant was as good as I remember but it was smaller than I remember too. The croissant was good. It was soft and flaky but held together well, which made it easy to eat. The ham and bacon were both tasty but more bacon would of been nice. I think one more slice would of made a world of a difference. The American cheese was melted enough. The hash brown was crispy but retained to much cooking oil. There was plenty left in the little bag it came with. The coffee has been quite reliable at Jack in the Box over the years for me and this time it was quite good. It was a good dark bold roast and did not have any bitterness. Jack in the Box is so very convenient: The 24-hour drive-thru for grabbing 4th meal on the way back to sanctuary. The Value Menu for stretching your ramen budget until the next paycheck. Offering the breakfast menu all day & night. They don't make it until you order it (unless it's sometimes fries). Drive-thru Service: The voice on the speaker asked if my order that appeared on the monitor was correct. The friendly employee at the window read back the receipt for accuracy, didn't push any add-ons or try to upsell, gave me the correct change, and asked if I needed any extra ketchup or sauces. Food: I was famished and reached into the bag, but had to pause because the food was still too hot. I tried again after driving a few blocks, and began chowing down. I always forget to check the bag right after leaving, but luckily it wasn't a problem this time. I couldn't see what I was grabbing at in the dark, but everything tasted exactly like what I ordered.
