We had a wonderful experience here. The order was right, the premise is clean, and the food delicious. Our eight year-old daughter, who is the pickiest eater in the world gobbled down her meal. Our introvert teenager enjoyed the minimal social interactions. The warning signs about wet floors and multiple exit signs kept us safe. We enjoyed the lovely artwork on display and the view when you looked out the window. There were multiple soda options on the soda machine. I placed a mobile order for pickup and when I get to window I simply request a cup for water, when she hands it to me she says "next time tell me on speaker so you make it easier on me" as If im a burden or it's an reasonable request. I've worked in plenty of fast food to know that you don't say that when water is requested/// I've never had this when asking at window. So I simply asked her "is there a problem with me asking for a cup of water?" She then rudely repeats the same thing about making it easier on her. I was excited to try the new Ribeye Bacon All American. Well I'm still wondering what it tastes like. As soon as I got home and opened the box I knew it wasn't the right one. No lettuce or tomato like the picture. Turns out it was the ultimate cheese burger? Gross. My fries were cold. Service was mediocre. All chatty to each other and annoyed when i asked for a sauce. Deceitful staff. I ordered a #6 combo. The woman taking my order asked if I wanted a medium. I responded that I would like whatever size was listed on the board (priced at $10.79). She responded that this was a medium. After I paid I was given a fairly sizable cup and when I reviewed the receipt i saw that the price for the #6 I paid for was $11.28. The woman noticed that I had a concern but left me without asking what was wrong. I had to flag down someone else to ask about why there was a price discrepancy on my receipt and on the board. He said he had to get a manager - which turned out to be the same woman that took my order! She came back to register and did not even ask me about my concern - she refunded me the difference. There were no questions, no surprise, she didn't even look at my receipt or up at the board to do a quick evaluation of what was wrong. I expected some kind of exchange that would tell me this was an honest error. She couldn't even look me in the eye. She knew what she did was purposefully misleading. Check your receipts if you come to this establishment folks. If the manager on duty will do this to a patron, you can bet this is systemic in the whole staff. read more

My mom and I went here yesterday to have lunch. I have never had a problem with Jack in the box and is one of the few fast food restaurants I still eat at. Well what happened yesterday I don't think I will be going back to any Jack in the box at all! My mom and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo.
