This location has re-opened after the remodel and thus is less run-down. Review based only on Drive-Thru experience. I used past points earned to get 3 free Breakfast Jacks (1 ham, 1 bacon, 1 sausage) through the mobile app and it worked to place in 3 separate orders and pick up all 3 at once. Only 1 free reward item is allowed per order, but you can put in multiple orders one after another (unlike McDonald's which has a time limit requirement before you're allowed to reorder.) I combined all 3 breakfast sandwiches into a single sandwich (threw away 4 slices of bread) and all the ingredients were kinda thin and flat, but hey they were rewards from the JIB mobile app. Speed could be more prompt but other than that + crappy flat food as expected, no other issues. I got my order and asked to make sure the salsa was in the bag, the girl that handed my order to me said they didn't have the container for the salsa I asked her if she could put a little bit into a "water cup" for me and she said "sure". I use to love coming here late or during overnight hours for the last few years... until recently. There seems to be a whole new overnight crew. No biggie. I was always chill coming to the window and attempted to build good rapport. I'm posting this because one of the guys has been lying about some items being "discontinued" for, what I'm assuming, is because someone in the kitchen or even he does not want to make it. I can get some stuff just fine during dayside hours. I checked again recently, dishonest once again about it... so in response to me attempting to order the item again for the 3rd time these last few weeks, an item in my order was given to me not only burned, but some pieces partially empty of its filling. Well I've been a customer here for a long time but don't always get to come to this location. I used to only rarely have minor issues with my food but the employees were always kind and professional. Recently I think Theres been new management and the food that I order are actually great. I had a burger and fries last night that were a bit dry but when I told them about it they didn't get angry with me but were actually happy to help me replace my food. The delivery at my car was great a not just did they replace my food but gave me a bit extra to make my experience amazing. I got the extra Mayo and melts cheese in my sandwich and my curly fries were upgraded to a bigger size. I couldn't believe it. Everything was so amazing as I sat there in my car eating my food and eyes rolling backwards because everything was so good. I haven't had this high quality from jack in the box for a long time. This review is specifically for the tacos. The tacos for some reason have gotten a lot better. I never really cared about the quality of the taco. I'm used to Jack in the Box tacos being of questionable quality and unknown ingredients fried in oil that seemed far past its due date. But you know this is perfect for late night after club snacking back in my more youthful days. The oil used to seep through the shell in a bright orange color. However the tacos now, this is not that! This is something else, something much better! With the introduction of the Monster Taco things seemed to have changed for the better. Look at this taco! Look! It's got vegetables and a solid shell. The meat is tastier too. What's going on?!? This taco is good and worth coming back for. For a place that uses Snoop Doggie Dog as their spokesperson and the "Munchie Meal" as their late night food gimmick, I guess I should not have been surprised when the guy taking orders at the window sounded waaaaay too stoned to be there. Waited several minutes for someone to take the order, then when I asked for punch I got...."uhhh what's that?" I said "you don't know what fruit punch is?" To be fair, they had a bit of difficulty understanding English. Was next told I had to call the store from where it was ordered. "I DID! THAT'S YOU!!" Suggested I call corporate. What?!? I suggested I might file a complaint with the bank and they said to go into the store where it was ordered. Reminded them that it was on the app for pick up at their store. Said to come into their store Drive to their store. "We have no way of doing that." Then why did they tell me to come here? "Who was it?" I don't know, one of the two women and man I talked to." They have like 4 workers working and we been standing in the front for quite some time to order some food.
