i was in the area and craving a burrito so i just looked up burrito on yelp and this was the first one that popped up, so i stopped by. the parking lot's pretty small imo, so if it's a busy day, good luck. i came at around 1:45pm on a saturday and there was a few open spots. the menu is very visible outside the truck, and you just order with the guy at the window. i ordered a regular asada burrito, the base price is $13.50+tax for this. my order was ready in 10 minutes, and you get a choice of green and/or red salsa on the side. people on here talk about the orange salsa a lot, i wonder if they'll bring it back? the burrito was hella good LOL i wasn't feeling too hungry, so i cut it in half and ate one of the halves for lunch and saved the other half for later. the burrito was still warm even though i didn't eat it until an hour later. if i was hungry, i could probably eat it in one go and be very full. i'd stop by again! read more

Also super convenient that's it's near my house, so whenever I am craving a filling meal, I will hit this place up. This is Located in a small plaza across from Kaiser. What a wonderful taco truck located in the parking lot of a closed liquor store. Decided to try a little bit of everything and ordered carne asada tacos, burrito and nachos. Tacos were solid, great flavor on the carne and the taco was pretty big! Burrito was also huge but the ratio of meat to beans and rice was perfect. The nachos is where they lost us. We ordered carne asada and nfortunatly they ran out so we had to opt for chicken. Chicken was ok, a little dry and just overall not as yummy as the tacos and burrito. Excellent customer service, tables and chairs conveniently located near by to dine "in". I was skeptical of getting the fish tacos but I'm sooooo glad I did. It is a decent sized parking lot in a small strip mall across from the Kaiser Homestead campus so walk on over for some delicious grub! I love the food at Margaritas Taqueria, but I'm officially done. I always customize my burritos to remove onions and cilantro because I literally cannot eat them. When ordering on DoorDash, the notes are always ignored and the food arrives wrong. I started going in person specifically to make sure the order would be right, but even then, I get home, open it up, and it's full of stuff I can't eat. At least with DoorDash I can get a refund, but when I buy it in person, I'm just out the money and my dinner by the time I get home. I saw a new location opened and I wanted to check it out, but it's just not worth the risk of wasting more money. I won't be back. They really need to fix how orders are handled. read more

Stationed in a small parking lot, they already had a few parties waiting off to the side and a couple more people for pick up orders while I was deciding what to get. The man taking orders was so nice and even offered me samples of the asada and cabeza so I could taste the difference. I ended up ordering 3 asada tacos, 3 cabeza tacos and a side of rice and beans (total was $27). Waited for less than 10 minutes and my order came out piping hot with a side of pickled onions (they recommended I try it) and medium and hot salsa. The tacos were delicious! Had an awesome experience at Margaritas Taqueria. I was really craving an authentic Mexican style burrito packed with lots of flavor and this spot had great reviews so I thought why not give it a go. The service here was fast, and for ambiance its a take and go kind of place. This cute spot is a food truck serving up yummy food. For my order I tried the suadero super burrito which was divine. The burrito is HUGE and had so much flavor it was amazing. The meat was soft and crispy & we asked to get the burrito crispy which was a great idea. The hubby got the chicken super burrito which was more okay. Flavors and all were good but between the two options definitely suadero takes the cake! Some of the best tacos I've had in awhile, and possibly ever (top 3 for sure)! So glad I found them on Yelp because they aren't in an area I frequent, and when I am in that area they're tucked away just enough that I wouldn't have noticed them. I got an order of 6 tacos and tried 5 different meats. In order of my favorites, I went with the cabeza, asada, al pastor, pollo, and carnitas. Don't count the carnitas out though, they were my mom's favorite and the one we ordered two of so we could each have our own. The meats were all super flavorful and pretty tender too, especially the cabeza, which was melt in your mouth good. I got their least spicy salsa and some of the pickled onions, which none of the tacos really needed, but was a nice addition of flavor to some of them. Dropped by for some tacos and got 4 of the pastor ones to-go. They were $3.50 each which isn't too bad. The service was prompt and I also appreciated that they included a container of hot sauce on the side. The tacos themselves were packed full of meat which is nice, however I felt as if it was overly salted so everything tasted a bit too salty for me. The first taco tasted good but as I kept eating, it just tasted a touch too salty for me which made it less enjoyable. I also wish they included pineapple with the al pastor to cut some of the seasoning with some sweetness, but sadly I don't think they serve it like that here. The dining area in the back is also shared with the other truck as well, so it can be cramped to find a place to eat. No worries though because they pack the food nicely to-go! This time, the Super Burrito was nothing you can't find anywhere !!! Totally different ingredients, and very "doughy" (left half on my plate). They added: Tomato Chunks (nice), a crazy amount of cheese (not nice), to much rice & beans that took away the flavor of their former lean and tasty Carne Asada. The dough again a sad experience. This good ol reliable taco truck is one of my favorites in the the South Bay. Their tacos always hit the spot, they take credit cards (with a 4% fee), and their meats are tender & well-seasoned. My go-to order for tacos at any truck is always the cabeza, lengua, and tripa. That's what I use to determine a baseline of quality. I've been here twice so far and the tenderness of the lengua and cabeza have been consistent. The tripe was a bit stale yesterday, but still very tasty. They give you some extra upon request. Still no luck with getting my hands on some orange sauce. Standard corn tortillas, don't think they're made from scratch. Service is a bit slow, but understandable. Expect a ten minute wait after ordering. Very friendly folks. Parking can be a bit cramped. If you enter the lot and there's no space, you're gonna have to head on over to another plaza across the street and walk over. Solid tacos. I'm a fan of their suadero meat option which isn't a typical meat choice that you normally see offered or listed at Mexican restaurants/taco trucks etc... After doing a quick google search, suadero is basically a thin cut of meat from a cow or pig between the belly and leg. Definitely order it and give it a try! The meat was nicely cooked and I liked how it had a nice crisp to it. On another note, you can pass up on their nachos which wasn't anything special and chips were stale. This food truck is located in a small parking lot with very few parking spaces and it can get a bit crowded/busy.
