Amazing food, beautiful painted mural of Santa Clara Great personality amazing service very comfortable cozy place to come and eat and enjoy some good Mexican food. Ordered the super nachos I think the only thing missing would be nice fresh pico de gallo an avocado to make it feel super. Also the carne asada supper burrito delicious a little less beans an Avocado as mentioned with the nacho to make it feel super. Queso birria delicious out of this world. I Recommend this if your in Santa Clara since their is no good Mexican food in SC.

Fair decent tacos spot, nothing crazy, super accessible, we found this a few years ago while in the area and decided to stop by the gem and try it out. It's delicious and decent. Their customer service was good too. plenty of parking

Had some taco cravings and decided to try Tacos El Noa Noa as a new to me taco stop. They were quiet on a Sunday afternoon and I was able to easily place my order with a 5 minute wait. My quesabirria tacos came out piping hot and came with some cucumbers and onion on the side along with the consomme broth. The tacos were perfectly crispy, the cheese complimenting the carne asade. The consomme was salty but paired well with the tacos. I appreciate the onions on the side and in the future will order extra raw onions and cilantro inside the tacos. Really happy I was able try out a new place and will be frequenting whenever I'm in the mood for quesabirria tacos!

As of February 2026 this is tacos el noa noa menu. This is my go to quesabirria spot! The birria is just super juicy! The consommé is very hearty and overall it together is mouthwatering! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone who has never been'

I'm not an avid food truck-er, but Tacos El Noa Noa is the exception! They have a couple of chairs and tables outside, and the workers are honestly so friendly and fun. I didn't wait too long (10 mins max) for my quesadilla, birria plate, and 5 birria tacos, and all the food was inhaled in about that same amount of time! The prices for entrees were actually decent, on the lower end of what I'm used to ($13.99 for the birria plate, $13.99 for the quesadilla if I remember correctly). They take Apple Pay and card, which is always a plus!

If you're in the mood for some bomb consommé and birria tacos, this place is for you! Crispy, cheesy, meaty, and flavorful! Tacos and burritos are also decent here, but I'd opt for the quesabirria for this truck!

Sides of beans, rice, salsa, and consume.

Good birria tacos and carne asada tacos. They added consume for the birria tacos, salsa, limes and sliced cucumbers with grilled onions to the plate. I also ordered a side of beans and rice. All good comfort food. I wish they had an option for grilled Serrano peppers. The service was quick. The food was delivered in a plastic bag with napkins.

My favorite spot for quesabirria tacos. That's all I've tried from here actually lol but they always hit the spot. The parking lot is super small, maybe like 10 spots. There's no tables to eat there, it's only take-out, but there's a few seats for when you're waiting for your order. I've never gone during a busy time but the orders usually come out decently fast. I like that the tacos come with radish and grilled onions. The sauces are decent. Tacos are also decently-priced.

Extremely juicy quesabirria at $4.50 each. No notes otherwise. They don't have seating onsite so you can only take it to go.

This place has been on my list since we moved up here! The regret it's taken this long to finally try it bc this place is sooooo freaking good. Quesabirrias are def what they excel at here. Do not skip it! They are pretty good on portion sizes too. We were stuffed ordering like they were street tacos. The horchata was just ok though, but who cares when the tacos were that good!

The review is only for their Chicken Tacos - which I've tried a couple of times here. Their location is pretty convenient, but parking isn't usually easy as it's outside a bar where people usually come to watch the NFL on weekends. I found their chicken to be on the drier side, and not very juicy/tender both times I tried it. Maybe not as fresh as I'd like. I think their other meats are usually better. They also do chicken tacos birria style btw, that's not typical/usual, I've tried that once as well. Extra sauce is charged for is what I was told which is fair.

I got tacos (asada, tripas, and a quesabirria) and my boyfriend got a carnitas quesadilla. All the food was so delicious! I was craving some tacos on the way home from the airport and so glad we tried this spot not too far from home. It's a food truck outside of a bar, since it was a Saturday night, we parked across the street and walked over. Quick service from ordering to receiving our food! We waited outside the truck decorated with plenty of seats and cute little plants!

2 quesabirrias and 1 chorizo con papas taco
    Kyle S.

Tacos El Noa Noa really hit the spot! I had two quesabirrias and a chorizo con papas, and both were amazing. The quesabirrias were perfectly crispy, with the meat incredibly tender and full of flavor. It's the kind of taco that's hearty and filling, without feeling greasy. The chorizo con papas was just as satisfying--flavorful and well-seasoned, with a good balance of spice and savory goodness. Highly recommend trying multiple tacos if you have the chance The food came out quickly, and while the setup is basic (just a food truck in a parking lot), it's a chill spot. There are parks nearby if you want to sit and enjoy your meal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food, and the service was fine. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and craving some really tasty tacos!

They have interesting dishes with paneer and chicken as well. We ordered two dishes- Leela lasun keema - This dish was intriguing, with cheese, grated egg, and a rich, spicy gravy. The portion size was generous; a single person won't be able to finish it with just three breads. It was very filling, we took back home the leftover and enjoyed it later with some rotis. They have another version of this- "kachu" with runny eggs instead of grated eggs.. well thought option! Volcano egg biryani- The dish is as interesting as its name suggests. The base is an omelette, and the rice is flavorful with bell peppers, finely chopped veggies, and aromatic spices. The center is with a tomato-based curry. The cheese on the side was amazing, and I loved it. The spicy guava drink is super refreshing with a playful mix of spice, salt, sourness, and the sweetness of guava. I really enjoyed it! They have music playing and the place is lit, creating a total vibe for spending time in the evening on a lazy weekend/ after work, or post-workout. Also, they have games, garba events and other many interesting things going on at different times. Superb vibes, never disappoints! Conveniently located in Sunnyvale - easy to find parking. Delicious burrito that was a nice size and excellent price point. The tortilla tasted so nicely toasted and had a crisp at the edges. Along with your choice of meat, the burrito has Spanish rice, avocado, onions, salsa, beans. What else do you need? The length was almost my entire forearm, might have been actually. I was also given two sauces: a cilantro green sauce and (chipotle maybe) a red sauce. I did not receive the orange sauce mentioned in other reviews. Remember to request what you'd like. The second time I went, they gave me red sauce and orange sauce. Minus 1 star because of slightly inconsistent quality. When I went the second time, the fillings were still great, but ratio was different than the first time. It made the burrito taste different, no crispiness. Still good, but seemed more like a mid burrito I wouldn't have been raving about. BUT I did go right before closing compared to right after opening, which I can understand could make a difference.

The best of the bunch was the dahi batata puri, but it still didn't quite hit the spot. It was definitely on the sweeter side and I felt like the dahi/yogurt wasn't as creamy as I prefer. The chinese bhel was okay, but didn't have much flavor. Lastly the ragda pattice had so much potential. The flavor was there, but it was insanely spicy- even as someone with a med/high spice tolerance. You could feel the burn traveling down to your stomach. Yesterday, I ordered a Vada Pav, Shalimar Egg Mughlai (on their recommendation from their list of egg dishes), and a Veg Frankie -- and honestly, none of it lived up to the hype(5 stars currently) or price point. Vada Pav: It was okay. The "mirchi" served alongside was literally a raw Thai green chili. Really? At least pan-fry it with some salt and oil to enhance the flavor. For over $10 with taxes, this was already pricier than better Vada Pavs you can get at places like Elco Drive, and yet it offered nothing exceptional. Frankie: This one made me genuinely angry. It was a soggy maida roll stuffed with the same aloo masala from the Vada Pav, plus a few sad shreds of cabbage. That's it. And they had the audacity to charge $12 for it. ($1.50 for cheese, lol I am glad we didn't add)This isn't a Frankie -- it's a lazy repackaged Vada Pav with no flavor or creativity. They threw in some pickled jalapeños on the side, which only added confusion. If you're running a fusion menu(well partially), at least mention it upfront instead of misleading customers. Egg Shalimar Mughlai: At $13, it was passable but still not impressive. The bun on the side was not toasted or anything. Better than the Frankie, but nothing I'd recommend or return for. I was so excited for trying this place but, overall, this place is overpriced, underwhelming, and frankly disappointing. If your Vada Pav and Frankie are practically identical, maybe inform customers before they order both. I wouldn't recommend Maya Kitchen -- save your time, appetite and money and go somewhere else. When paying by credit card, the machine presents fairly high default tip options, and with someone holding it right in front of you, it can feel like pressure to quickly choose one of the 15%+ options.
