Omg, their food is better than restaurant's. Biked around this area, found this food truck next to shell gas station and decided to try it. Ordered two tacos with tongue and beef tripe and a super quesadilla. Boy were they delicious! All was great except beef tripe taco had some fatty tissues. The chicken quesadilla was freshly made, warm and cheesy. They gave us condiments to go with food which added another layer of flavor. Friendly service. It truly made my day.

Solid tacos. The cabeza and lengua were flavorful and texturally pleasing. You know how sometimes lengua is chewy and cabeza is dry? Not here. Perfectly cooked. The tacos were smaller than average so i should have ordered another 1-2.

The problem with Yelp is that one cannot give half stars for the reviews and Tarasco is such a case. I had a hankering for street tacos and this truck was near home. Based on the reviews I decide to give it a try. When I arrived at the gas station, there was only two people in line and they were already getting their food. The menu is simple so I ordered two carne asada and two el pastor tacos. I think they raised their prices from $2.00 to $2.50. My total was $10. It took about 5 minutes for my order to show up and I asked for the pink and green sauces. Once home I poured the sauces on each of the tacos and found that the pink sauce went very well with the el pastor tacos. The carne asada seemed to stand better sans sauce. The pink sauce (as well as the green sauce) had a mild kick to it (as compared to another taco truck where the pink sauce will put a dent in your throat) and which I liked because one can enjoy the taste of the sauce on the food and not be trying to quench the fire in my throat. Overall it was a solid 4.5 star taco truck that I will visit again should the opportunity arise.

The Tarasco Taqueria is parked in front of a gas station. This is my New Mexican spot when I crave a good burrito. The burritos are a great size. They have some places that you can eat them at the food truck but we usually bring home the food. The tacos were a little on the smaller size but the Chorizo is one of the best we've ever had. The best part of the restaurants are the sauces the orange sauce is sooo goooodddd a must try! The price for the food is on the cheaper side and I really appreciate that. I hope you can give them a shot!

Don't knock it until you try it! This truck is parked at a Shell gas station, but makes really good burritos and tacos. The only complaint I have is that sometimes they don't roll the burritos tight enough so all the goodness inside the tortillas falls out. Their lengua is soft and carne asada is flavorful. Their orange sauce isn't spicy but a good addition to their food. It's nice that they accept both cash/credit card. Once you get your order in, the wait for the food isn't too long.

I got the burro tarasco which contained pineapple, half al pastor, and half carne asada. The location is in a gas station parking lot and went here for a late night burrito craving. I would more give this place a 3.5 stars if I could. The burrito was an okay size, but flavor wise I felt it was kind of muddy in a sense and the meat bits were rather small. Because of the size of the meat, the burrito felt very one dimensional. Both salsa were okay, nothing too spicy or sour.

3 Taco's Al Pastor, with Avocado Salsa

Nestled in the area of a gas station, as most taco trucks are, you will find this gem. Easily legible signs direct you to examples of the types of items they make, along with the combination of fresh meats. The staff is friendly and prompt, they helped me understand my salsa selections, so I made the best choice for my meal. Today I had 3 taco's Al Pastor, with everything. Avocado salsa to top it all off. They also had a good selection of bottle and can soda's to choose from. The meat was very well seasoned, and the portions were adequate. Paired with a small bottled Coke, I am now perfectly full. I recommend to try this location, and have an enjoyable meal as well.

This food truck is parked by a shell gas station, along with one or two other food trucks. There's a small parking lot next to the gas station so plenty of parking. Menu has standard Mexican fare and prices are reasonable. I've only tried their tacos and flavors were great. Asada: 3.5/5 finely cubed beef. Not flavorful on its own but great in a taco. Pastor: 4/5 my favorite. It has a bit of crunchy ends and pineapple on top. Suadero: 3.5/5 shredded beef that's been chopped up. It's soft and flavorful and tastes very similar to the asada. Tacos' not overflowing with meat so you can pick it up and it's not messy to eat. Comes with onions and cilantro on top. Tastes best with their orange sauce! Green tomatillo sauce is just ok.

I came here hoping to get some Al Pastor that was cooked on the trompo, but they weren't doing it on the day I came. The al pastor here was pretty average. There was nothing about the marinade that stood out from other places. However, I love the tiny bits of pineapple on the top! The Lengua was also as expected and well seasoned. The Suadero was plain, but also could've used a hard sear like other places do. Orange sauce here is decent. It is on the sweeter and less smokey side.

I tried this location because the reviews looked great cause the reviews looked great. The gentleman was friendly. I ordered 2 tacos al pastor. Unfortunately, the meat was extremely tough and hard to chew like it had been sitting on heat waiting to sell for a long time. Maybe they had a bad day, but seeing the large amount of raw meat sitting in the sun out of refrigeration, I don't think I will give it a second try.

    "Super" Burrito

It was not bad, but it wasn't your authentic greasy burrito that you'd expect from a food truck. I missed having cilantro and onions, a dollop of crema/sour cream, oozy cheese all bundled up amongst meats, rice and beans. It was good for a quick little bite, but not the satisfying 'rito that I was hoping for. YaDig

I had high hopes for the shrimp tacos but they were not as moist as I was hoping for so I was a bit bummed. I'd give them another chance though.
