The huevos con chorizo was salty, but tasty. I couldn't finish my food because it was too salty for my taste. I also ordered a beer, which was a great complement to the meal. The service was alright and the food took a while to be served. We ate outside on the patio area and it was nice basking in the sun while we ate. Overall, the food is reasonably priced and it is alright for a lunch or brunch.

Vegetarian reviewer: A convenient spot for us to have quick takeouts, service is super quick and the staff receives me with a smiling face always! It's a clean taqueria - that's all I could add for the vibes - nothing fancy. 1. I love their veggie nachos (10/10). It's for those days when you crave cheesy and spicy food. It's super tasty! Never tried the veggie fries but that should be similar. 2. I am not a fan of their super veggie burrito - tasted it a couple of days back again and I know why- I think I should ask them to add Picco di gallo - the ingredients are missing it. I'd instead recommend their regular burrito or veggie tacos. They also have little burrito (beans, rice and cheese) which is good, but somehow it isn't listed in the veg menu. They have a renewed menu board recently and it is clearly having a vegetarian menu column - that's super helpful. This store is in the same shopping complex as Curry pizza house and other stores, there are a few parking spots usually available there.

Lopez Taqueria 1 Restaurant in a small plaza. Parking can be tight. We ordered -Regular Asada Taco: this was okay, but not super flavorful -Asada torta: this had too much mayo for my taste and was a little messy to eat. But, the bread was soft and it came with whole pieces of avocado. Prices were a bit high (Ex: about ~$4 for 1 taco) and there is a fee for credit card. Overall, this place is okay and there was quite a bit of a lunch rush.

Lopez Taqueria is close to my work so I've had their food several times for lunch. So far I've had the carne asada super tacos and pollo super burrito. The carne asada super tacos have a nice flavor. Reminds me of Super Taqueria. They put a couple of large slices of avocado on top, which I love. Good pico, too. The pollo super burrito is delicious. I order it without beans. It's huge with plenty of chicken, along with rice, avocado, cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Strangely, it has almost no spice (heat) to it, which I actually like. I just learned there is a Lopez Taqueria in San Jose near my home. Yeah!

    Carne Asada Fries

Easily some of the best carne asada fries I've had in a long time. The fries came out hot and crispy, loaded with tender, well-seasoned carne asada that actually has flavor -- not that dry, bland stuff you get at other spots. Cheese melted perfectly, guac was fresh, and the portions were generous. Every bite hit the spot. If you're craving something heavy, satisfying, and straight-up delicious, this is the move. Would 100% order again

A friend catered from here for a party, and my husband I were so lucky! Food was fresh, quickly made, and super flavorful. Service was friendly as well. I would love to remember this place when we need catering.

Stopped here post-soccer for a light meal. Their burrito slapped so hard!!! Might have to make this my routine after soccer!

Came to this place for lunch. Hidden gem! Small strip mall off Fair Oaks in Sunnyvale. Had a super taco de lengua. Plenty of meat, beans & cheese. Also got chips & guacamole. Chips were nice and crunchy and delicious. Also got a super michelada. It was great! Highly recommend!

    Fish Taco

This was my first time making it here because I was hungry and it was close to my house. The fish taco bombed me; it was so good. The regular taco was good as well. The meat was juicy and in a good amount for me, I think. The staff is nice and friendly, and the food is good. I will definitely come back!

    This was the cheese quesadilla

I go here once a week and not sure what changed different cooks but food greasy or dry. Today my quesadilla was not edible. The cheese was burnt so bad I almost broke my tooth. I have a short lunch hour I was enjoying with friends. And I don't have money to waste. Very sad they thought this was ok.

    Carne asada BURRITO (regular)
    Alicia A.

I stopped by because I was driving by and saw a large group of customers eating outside and inside this Taqueria. I decided to stop by and try a burrito for lunch. I got the regular Carne Asada burrito and it was great. The red salsa is a bit on the spicy side which I don't mind because I love spicy. The staff very courteous and fast. You have to order at the counter. There is no table service. This is a Taqueria style Place with hard seating and also outdoor picnic tables. The food is delicious so I don't mind the no table service. I will definitely go back to try more of their dishes.

I'm actually in this area pretty often to charge since it's close to my daughter's school, so I've seen the restaurant from the outside plenty of times but never had the chance to go in. We arrived right when they opened at 10 a.m., and I was literally the first person through the door! Just a heads-up: they won't seat you until your entire party has arrived. Luckily, there's a really nice waiting area in front of a fireplace. I absolutely loved the decor and ambiance. It's comfortable and cozy, with lots of plants and beautiful views of the outdoors. It almost gives you a little Napa feel, which I really enjoyed. As we were looking through the menu, I didn't realize the dishes were meant to be shareable. I thought they were more like individual meal-sized plates. I ordered the Goat Empanadas with limey huacatay, along with a Bluestone Lane Coffee latte. Once everything started arriving at the table, it made much more sense that the menu was designed for sharing. The goat empanadas were really good and didn't taste gamey at all. The limey huacatay paired really well with them and added a nice brightness. The portion was decent, although I thought they were a little pricey for empanadas. The latte was good as well. We really loved the ambiance, so we're definitely planning to come back. Now that I know the menu is meant for sharing, next time I'd like to order a few different things for the table. I already have my eye on the scallion focaccia! We'll be back!
