This Jack has been our go to for quick service and "fast food."Nobody ahead of us in drive thru, didn't appear there were any customers inside and we had to wait 20 min for 3 breakfast sandwiches & 1 order of curly fries. Also, had to remind them about our coffee order. When the guy had to go back in to get our coffee, he was giving the middle finger behind his back as he walked inside. Tried to make it look "natural". LOL! Our curly fries were cold! Sandwiches didn't taste fresh. Coffee was lukewarm. First you got rid of the freestyle soda machine,,, now this? After my two day hospital stay, my youngest son thought he was getting me something reasonably healthy with their grilled chicken sandwich. Terrible taste and consistency. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food place. The floors were extremely slippery, and I ended up slipping and falling inside the store. There were no clear warning signs where it actually mattered, and the area was not being monitored at all. This is completely unacceptable. Someone could have been seriously injured. I'm still shaken up from the fall, and the fact that something this dangerous was ignored says a lot about how little management cares about customer safety. A business should never put people at risk like this. Management needs to be held accountable and take basic safety seriously instead of being careless. This situation could have easily been avoided. Terrible experience with the younger Mexican gentleman with short hair. Saw my ubereats order ready on the counter then he proceeds to tell me the inside is closed and I must go through the drive thru. (as I'm standing inside with the door unlocked and lights on, hours state open until 4:00 am.) Then proceeded to leave the drive thru stand for 7 minutes doing who knows what (no cars behind me). So you get some like warm eggs one piece of soggy bacon a few silver dollar size pancakes and two hash browns and warm coffee that I could not possibly burn my self if it were to spill. I went through the drive through the other day and then went to work. When I opened my food it was the wrong order. I didn't have time to go back to get it corrected. I called and spoke with the manager Betty. Not only was she very kind and apologetic but she reassured me that the next time I come in my order would be on the house as an apology for the mistake. I came in today and Betty was working the counter. I started to explain who I was and she finished my sentence. She remembered me and the situation. She replaced my order and apologized again for the incorrect order. This is real customer service. She didn't make excuses, took responsibility and corrected the issue. When she grabbed my cup from the inside of the cup with her germ filled gloves that handle cash before I arrived plus my cash. I requested a new cup. Hubby and I came through the drive-through for lunch the other day. No wait on a Sunday around noon. He got a burger combo and I got a strawberry milkshake & large fries. Shake was a little swirly (not 100% mixed) and SO thick it was almost impossible to suck through the straw. I mean... I get it, no one wants a runny shake... but maybe they need bigger straws? Or a spoonstraw or something? I worked at it and worked at it. An HOUR later as we were almost home, there was just a little left and most of it was the perfect consistency but there was still a really thick lump too.
