Today Elsie took my order she was very patient n nice she made sure i had napkins n made sure my order was correct great service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jack in the Box. I placed an order totaling $58.66, plus an additional order of 2 tacos. I was handed five bags and two drinks, and the employee even read off the contents of each bag as she gave them to me. Because of that, I trusted that my order was complete and correct. After I got home, I discovered that I was missing my tacos, and to make matters worse, I had been charged for an additional Jack's Spicy Chicken Sandwich that I never ordered. I immediately tried calling the restaurant several times, but every time I received an automated message saying they were busy helping other customers. I was never able to speak with anyone to resolve the issue. It's frustrating to spend nearly $60 on a meal, trust that your order is accurate, and then find out you're missing items and were charged for food you didn't order. The lack of customer service afterward only made the experience worse. I expect better accuracy and accountability, and unfortunately, this visit fell well short of that. read more

I was the only person in the drive thru and there were no other cars in the parking lot . ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. This 2 starts here for the reason!!!!! I placed a mobile order through your app, came to pick it up, and stood there watching THREE drive-thru cars pull up, order, AND receive their food -- while I was still waiting for an order I had placed BEFORE them. When I finally asked where my order was, nobody could even give me a straight answer. I had to demand a refund myself just to get out of there. You couldn't be bothered to make my order, but at least you managed to waste 20+ minutes of my life. I've deleted your app. I will never be back. Congratulations -- you just lost another customer over pure incompetence. The service here is a terrible. Didn't have our food ready in time at the drive through so they asked us to park in front and wait. After a really good experience at this Jack's place today, and also read some of the bad reviews others have left, I feel compelled to give a big thumbs up. Dear Hubby and I had been across town for a Yelp event, which was coffee and a pastry. He hadn't yet had breakfast or lunch, and only tried a bit of my coffee cake, so he was hungry. I had to get back to work and didn't want to take the time to go to a walk-in place that he'd suggested. JITB was my recommendation, so we swung by. The cashier was great, from the time we placed our order, to when we came around to pay. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. He offered us condiments for our order without us having to ask. He let us know the present options for flavors for their Coke-Your-Way machine since I'd asked initially for raspberry and that's not a choice at this time. He knew what the options were without having to consult a written list. He might have been a shift manager, and, if not, then he should be. He had the right info, the right attitude, and made "even" a fast food job seem like he was glad to be there and to take care of the guests coming through. Given how expensive food has become, even at fast food outlets, being treated so well by an employee helps elevate the experience. We hit the drive-thru lane this time, since I had to go back to work. Everything was packed well and all condiments included so that when we got home we had what we needed for our lunch meal. Wish I knew the man's name so that I could call him out for his great attitude and service. I don't expect a lot from fast food. This newly remodeled location does not appear to have improved level of service with their new digs. I shouldn't have to put up with dirty looks from people helping me in the drive-through because they didn't put everything I ordered in my bag. If I order a side of something wet, like pickles. Sometimes they put it in a little plastic container and sometimes they throw some in a french fry bag, and it leaks all over my food. The California raised minimum wage at these places to 20 bucks an hour . You better damn well be giving me $20 an hour service! read more

WTH was up with older guy, he talked kinda weird? He took my order, took my card ran it and didn't give me my receipt when he gave me my card back. He says pull over into the small box and ill bring out your order. I figure ok l, the receipt will be in the bag....Nope! I asked the guy (manager) maybe...."Receipt in the bag"? Oh, you want receipt? WTH?!. He goes back to get it, comes back and calls me Boss and says he can't get the receipt?! 2 things....now I can't scan fo points and I couldn't prove to the people I picked up food for how much it cost!! It was very akward! How flipin hard is it to put the damn receipt in the bag??!! They call me and tell me there was no taco sauce in the bag either. Three giant egg rolls require three sweet and sour dipping sauces, but they only give you two. If you want an extra they charge you extra. Tonight I ordered six egg rolls and got just two sauces. Did they credit me for the sauces they forgot? NO. Totally unfair or stupid. You tell me. read more

Service was "eh". Two BIG problems with my experience there today: #1 - The store was DIRTY and MESSY. I will never eat there again. The counter was dirty and messy and the floors behind the counter and in the sitting area hadn't been swept in quite a while. It really caught my attention. The store itself is run down and not welcoming at all. #2 - I ordered a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. It was gross. It was stale, salty and greasy, and tasted like it had been reheated several times. I couldn't tell if the egg was scrambled or how it was prepared because it was horribly overcooked. I could not finish it. I'm glad I didn't order anything else. Night staff is extremely rude. Went to pick up 2 orders that were literally just mozzarella sticks and 1 tiny taco. When at the drive thru (after 1 in the morning) I was told pick up needed to be grabbed at pick up window up front. Went to window and was ignored for 6 minutes after ringing the buzzer. Finally someone came up looked at the order and walked off. I stood there staring at the already ready order for over 10 minutes while they ignored the second order and took care of 6 cars in the drive through. Keep in mind I'm a girl is after 1 in the morning standing outside in 59 degree weather. When finally they gave me the order I asked if both were in there (bags are sealed) and the woman said "You can read can't you?" As condescending as possible. Like are you kidding me?!? How unprofessional can you get? I really hope management works at hiring staff that actually want to work, otherwise I can't see this place doing well. I went there with my daughter 10 years of age .. I went through the drive-through and there was an employee name Alexand that was very rude he kept on trying to rush me and shut me off from me making my order like if he was slithering his speech weird through the intercom. I finally ordered really quick went through the front drive-through and all the employees were screaming, and yelling, cursing like sailors. It seemed to me they were on drugs, and the guy that took my order was grabbing his private parts right in front of me in the window. Rude employee! I called bc my navigation took me to the wrong location. I asked for the location and was told it was in Moorpark. I asked where in Moorpark and was very rudely told to Google it. I wanted information from the store since my navigation was already wrong once. He was very condescending He said, I'm not GPS. Terrible customer service. When I arrived at the store, they were not busy. There was one group already eating, and only two cars in the drive through. The drink dispenser was out of ice and the syrup for the soda I chose was empty as well. I asked to speak to a manager and the rude guy asked why. I said because I would like to talk to one. Stopped here for a drink for our car! 4 people...must have been an extremely difficult order as the person taking ours was quite pissed when we arrived. Literally made the driver of our car unbuckle his seatbelt so he could reach in and grab the drinks. This comes after literally throwing our change at us. Angela the manager was on drive thru, and as soon as she got on the speaker she was rushing me to order and wasn't listening to what I wanted I had to repeat myself a bunch. They are terrible. Food is so good and has such good potential but the employees are lazy, don't listen and forget sauces especially. Your order will be incorrect 7/10 times you go there. Be really pacific with your order and DOUBLE CHRCK YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU...
