One of the employees Margaret went out of her way to get me my order inside was shut down because of the virus that's going around. What a great place to stop for a restroom break and snack break on the way back to LA from Vegas! Was originally planning to make a stop in Barstow but I couldn't wait that long and this place came into sight. I'm always a bit wary about how clean the restrooms are but I recall most fast food restaurants are cleaner than most gas stations. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw the toilets looked clean and their toilet paper were stocked. After using the restroom, I placed a take-out order. The ladies at the cashier were so warm and friendly! My order was ready within minutes! They've made me a fan of this Jack in the Box! Plenty of parking spaces. read more

The bathroom was so dirty and they even have a sign that says it is cleaned every hour. I don't think the trash has been dumped in a week there was so much over flowing on the floor. The smell was horrible but the restaurant was clean. read more

It's a Jack In The Box, in what happens to be one of the most desolate places ever. Seriously - there's hardly anything else nearby. But, that turns out to be in your favor in case you A) Need a restroom or B) Have the road munchies If you're not in the mood to socialize and just want a quick breakfast the Jalapeno Bacon Burrito is the way to go. Well this might be the best restaurant in Yermo. I went to one of the others and after looking inside and meeting and greeting the staff and I left and went to Jack In The Box. The girl behind the counter was so happy and joyous and greeted every customer so pleasantly as if she was serving her best friend. My husband and I pass through this Jack In The Box frequently going on coming to Las Vegas never with any problem until today. We were used the restrooms and then got in line to order something for late lunch. However, we stood in line for what must have been nearly 20 minutes without having our order taken so we left and went on the other side of the freeway to another fast food restaurant. This was a pathetic showing for what otherwise is a good fast food company. What is the problem? Not enough employees? Or do those there just don't have the sense of urgency to provide good customer service? Soda at Jack in the box is always, just "ok" Service: The service here is pretty much the same every time I have stopped. Not necessarily rude, but not necessarily great. Just getting through their day/shift. Facility: Ehhhh, not the best but not the worst considering how many people stop here. This location sucks. I came in tonight with my husband to get some quick dinner & get back on the road since he is a truck driver. We are always in a rush. We waited about 20 minutes just to order. When we get up to order they tell us that they are to behind to take more orders that we need to wait another 5-10 minutes. We already wasted to much time waiting here that we wouldn't go any where else so we ended up staying. Got my food another 10 15 minutes later. They shorted me some nuggets and then give me a small fry instead of a large that I ordered. Didn't realize till we got into the rig and we're already driving off in a rush. I understand the wait cause they did have a lot of people but they were just being lazy & sloppy. The place was a mess. People were in there with tall cans drinking. Bad location ! Don't recommend. I should have just gone to Peggy sues or the gas station across the street for that wait time & disaster location. read more

I moved to Yermo about a month ago. I have been to this Jack in the Box quite a few times. It had always been clean, and has always had good service. There is an employee there named Mercedes. I seriously think I'm in love with her. I find myself eating there a lot more than I should, just to be able to see her. If you read this and stop in there, tell her the Guy in the Champagne Mustang says hi! :) Anyway.. don't listen to the bad reviews. Check for yourself. People are always going to have something to complain about. In reality it's a nice place. No gang bangers, no bums outside asking for money, and they have never once messed up my order. read more

I don't know if they were just having a good day, but my quick visit was made a pleasant one because of these completely customer-oriented people working there! The milkshakes are great and thick like they are supposed to be, out weighs Burger King or McDonald's by far on them. Also, the terrioky (sp) chicken bowl was good. Quite filling and it had great taste, the veggies within it wasn't too crunchy nor too soft. read more

Stopped here for breakfast instead of one of the more "famous" restaurants, which had a packed parking lot- and I got the BEST scrambled eggs I'd ever had. How did they do that?
