The staff is very organized and helpful. We had jumping time, pizza and cake and then enjoyed the arcade. One thing I would point out is that it isn't cheap! Be sure to keep your headcount relatively limited otherwise you may be surprised with the bill (like I was). This being said, my kids do love this place and the staff is all really nice and helpful.

The arcade was really fun, and not as expensive. My son and I were able to play table air hockey, shooting games and other arcade games. Now you can enjoy your ice cream and fried seafood and make a day of it with mini golf, pitch and putt, driving range, batting cage, ziplining, bumper cars, bumper boats, an arcade, etc. there are even more kid friendly activities on the weekends like caricatures, pony rides, and animal adventures. The gift shop is cute and quirky and ice cream portions are huge as usual. I think the mini golf courses here are really beautiful and creative in particular but they do get busy. I wish they still allowed multiple flavors with smaller sizes but that's a thing of the past. If they were to add anything, a pool with lanes would be nice.

Then you need to buy "entry tickets" for things like face painting and bouncy houses etc... Except nothing is labeled. You have no idea if what you are in line for needs tickets - or not. No signs. Nothing. Pathetic. Everything is inconsistent. Some bouncy houses required tickets. Some don't. No rhyme or reason. And the lines.....omg.... you wait in line 20 mins for a bouncy house that COSTS incremental tickets only to be given a 3 MINUTE time limit for your kid to enjoy it. This should be looked into by the Better Business Bureau. I will certainly be pursuing a formal complaint. DO NOT EVER ATTEND THIS EVENT.

A lot of reviews talk about the uncomfortable chairs, hot sun, etc. I have no idea what they were talking about because we rented a cabana that was comfortable and very clean. Outside of that were tons of tables and comfortable chairs and loungers WITH UMBRELLAS. Don't like the lines at the snack bars? They have tons of waiters and waitresses taking orders and delivering your food to you! There were seven of us that came and from children to adults, all enjoyed it. The expectations that people have for this place are unreasonable! ALL of the information about what to expect - from socks and requirements to prices for food and admission - it's all there. The place is only opened for a few months and have a huge staff, so of course you have to pay for that! Our experience was amazing and we all look forward to going again next year, maybe for two nights. My ONLY SUGGESTION would be to keep the inflatable park open a bit longer, even into October. My grandkids loved it but it was soooo hot they couldn't really feel comfortable.
