We came by here after going to the Museum of Illusions on a Sunday afternoon. I had the taco salad w/brisket. My bf had the classic double burger. Both were delicious. The service was good- not slow, not rushed. I especially liked that it wasn't loud in the restaurant despite many TVs. So often bars have the games blaring. Was able to have a conversation without shouting. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

We came here on a weekday afternoon after visiting the 6th floor museum and there was a steady flow of customers. We ordered the corn bread balls and the fish tacos. The food was hearty and generous. The corn bread balls came with a honey dipping sauce and were freshly fried. The fish tacos were also pretty good with a generous portion of fish, though it could have used more filling other than the fish and lettuce. The salsa that came with it was fiery hot. Overall, the food was pretty good. You pay for the bill online using a QR code. Overall, the food was pretty good. The vibe is that of a pub with tables throughout and also bar stools. Waiter was kind and helpful, but the place is big so it was hard to get her attention at times.

You walk in music is playing, there's a few TVs over the bar. Everyone was a little confused as there was a rush. There is enough seating to me comfortable. There are specials like a bacon wrapped corn dog. I also ordered fried pickles. Hope they are good . So the fried pickles came, I don't know if I would buy them again they're OK but you only get five pieces for $10. I always look at how good service is. That and food make you come back. Every staff member checks on you here. They all help each other. Usually I get a waiter or waitress that will say since I'm not their customer they will get my waiter, not here. Good service !

Not for locals, but a good spot overall. You know your are in a tourist zone when the first question is where are you from. The staff was very friendly though and we really enjoyed the visit. We order the queso Blanco with pork rinds. It was okay queso, but not up to the standard of what we are used to. Perfect for tourists who can't stand any spice. The Wedge salad was pretty basic. Not many toppings, but the chicken we added was fresh and juicy. Overall we won't be back unless we just wanted some beers and maybe some wings. We saw those ordered and they looked delicious.

Stopped in after our visit to the 6th Floor Museum. The place was nearly empty, so we got undivided attention from our server. Food arrived quickly and nicely prepared. Peach burger had an ample amount of blue cheese. The Fritos on the chili burger added a satisfying crunch. Fish tacos were very spicy. Highly recommend the saloon's signature drink- a lovely mix of apple brandy lemon juice and grenadine. The atmosphere was welcoming, but very "quiet" in the late afternoon.

Wanted to get away from the overpriced downtown Dallas meals. Found Jack Ruby's and I'm glad I did. The building is amazing with live music on the weekends. Friendly wait staff and super quick service. The menu has great options and everyone left with a full belly!

A great little place to visit next to the sixth floor museum. Food was typical bar food but tasty. The service was fine.

Came here after a long day in class, the breakfast is pretty good. Straight to the point options, and it didn't take long for it to come out. I had a bug in mimosas but my waitress was super sweet, got me a fresh clean glass, new drink without any complaints lol. I do want to come here later in the evening to check out the vibes.

Food was great. Bartender was great UNTIL her regulars left. Had to chase her down to pay. Very disappointing.

The menu is concise but excellent. Appetizers and beer selection were great as well.

I had a chili dog Texas style! It was delicious! We came for lunch and enjoyed it! We walked here from the JFK museum at the depository.

Their burger and tots is the best in town. I hear it is the Kentucky UK alumni bar as well. Great staff and easy parking!

great food . The Hummel Bros. hot dog is the best in DFW. The bologna sandwich is a better version of the ones my Aunt use to make.

This was my first time actually trying the food, and I was so impressed. My friend and I both ordered the Salmon Bowl with garlic aioli sauce--it was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and super filling! My husband took advantage of their Taco Tuesday special and really enjoyed his tacos. While he felt the rice and beans were a bit on the bland side, the tacos more than made up for it. To top it all off, the beer was nice and ice-cold, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We had a fantastic night catching up and can't wait for our next visit!

Manhattan Project Beer Co is one of the top rated breweries in Dallas, so naturally, we had to…read morevisit during our short trip to Texas. Things I loved about MPBC: 1. The parking situation! They have a small parking lot and surrounding free street parking. I always get anxious visiting/ driving to new places in large cities, and I was so happy that parking was a non-issue. 2. The space! Covered outdoor space with misters to off-set the heat, a modern bar with several stools, and a variety of seat-yourself tables in the main bar and in the brewing area, there's a spot for everyone! 3. The beer! I LOVED the 2.6% beer option. It was a delight to slowly drink two pints and not feel bloated or tipsy. I love the variety of things they offered, since I was driving, I left the higher ABV beers to my partner. I loved the IPA and pilsner. 4. COFFEEEEEEE! Coffee at a brewery is *chefs kiss* 5. The food! The food was AWESOME. Even if beer isn't your thing, I would argue this place would be a great option for dining. We shared a cheese board, and my friends ordered chicken fingers, a bacon burger, and ice cream - everything was beautiful (and completely devoured). Loved our visit to Manhattan Project! This place is a must-visit for all Dallas area beer lovers.
