We came here not really knowing what to expect and left very happy. We had three arepas: caprese, pulled pork, and beef. All three were divine. So juicy and full of flavor, genuinely incredible food. Service was very quick, everybody was very nice, no complaints there at all. I don't drink beer. I took a sip of my husband's and actually enjoyed it, which says a lot. He was very happy with his. The space is great for hanging out. They have an inside and outside area, a section for private parties which was being used for a birthday while we were there, and a small merch corner. We even bought a t-shirt. My husband loves it. Parking is somewhat limited, a couple of rows, but nothing terrible. The floor was a little sticky but it's a bar, things get spilled, I understand that. Bathrooms were very clean. Overall a really good time. Enjoyed every minute of it and we will absolutely come back. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. I enjoyed my visit here. I went to "secret shop" this place as a potential venue to host an event and the food as the staff did not disappoint. The vibe was cool, people where there working, some networking and some just relaxing and enjoying a beverage. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. OMG! What a fabulous experience at Manhattan Project Brewery! We walked in honestly looking like newbies. You can sit anywhere but need to order everything at the bar. Tables on the inside will have menus as well at the bar and counter/order space. Amazing water (regular & sparkling) on the left side. The guys got some great beer choices -- "Half-Life" and the Honey Lager (Jason did a great job not remembering exactly what he ordered ), and I got the tres leches latte which was SO good. We came starving and lucked out because they were serving brunch on this fine Sunday -- y'all... the food here was AMAZING. Jason got the breakfast tacos and they looked incredible. We stopped by Manhattan Project Beer Co. after finishing a nearby 10K, and it ended up being the perfect post-run hangout. First off, the outdoor patio is fantastic. You can tell this place really shines on a nice day or summer evening--it feels like an ideal spot to grab a few beers with friends and settle in for a while. Fun side note: the name "Manhattan Project" is a nod to the historic WWII project, which fits since they started as a brewery first and built a reputation around thoughtful, well-crafted beer before expanding more into coffee. I went with the tres leches latte and it absolutely delivered. Not overly sweet at all, which I really appreciated, and it gave me the caffeine boost I needed after the run without feeling heavy. The breakfast sausage sandwich was a standout surprise. Way better than expected. The bread, egg, and extra cheese all worked perfectly together, and if you're a fan of a runny yolk, this is a must-order. One of my buddies tried the seasonal matcha banana latte and said it was spot on. The banana didn't overpower the matcha and everything was well balanced--again, not too sweet, which seems to be a theme here. A couple others grabbed some of their seasonal beers to go, and if you're a beer drinker, they all said it's definitely worth checking out their rotating selection. Manhattan Project is pretty widely distributed in Texas so I wanted to try them out. They're largely known for their IPAs (which I don't drink a lot of), but their other beers were good. I specifically enjoyed the limited-time Enrico pils. Not the best beer in Dallas but no complaints. The vibe of the brewery was nice, very modern restaurant/bar area. Manhattan is an amazing vibe and definitely one of the visually nicer breweries in DFW. Every time I've been, it's been pretty packed and lively. The parking situation can be trickier on busy days because it doesn't have the largest parking lot, but there is street parking surrounding the brewery. I always go for the Black Matter, which is a top tier coffee stout, but honestly every beer I've tried I've also enjoyed. From the moment we drove onto the property, we were blown away--it's hard to put into words how welcoming and beautiful the place is. Accessibility was a big plus for us, especially since we brought our puppy along, and they made it so easy. We had the pleasure of meeting Brad, who is an absolute gem. He's full of knowledge about the cuisine and gave us fantastic recommendations. Big shout-out to Mario, the head chef--his work truly made the evening special. We also met Darien and Meredith, who along with Brad and Mario, run the place like pros. The whole vibe reminded me of New York Soho--laid-back, friendly, and pet-friendly, with people who treat you with genuine respect. We tried three dishes--the steak frites, Thai chicken, and the "regular" fried chicken with garlic aioli sauce and truffle fries -- every bite was phenomenal. The Cappelletti Spritz were just right, and refreshing... The seating is roomy, with a tables that easily fits six to eight people, perfect for groups. Add to that great music, perfect weather, and outstanding customer service, and you've got an amazing dining spot. I've heard their brunch is incredible too, so we're definitely coming back this Sunday to check it out. Any time we're in Dallas, we make a point to stop by Manhattan Project. Whether it's in the evening for some drinks (lots of different beers!) and dinner (they have an amazing food menu -- the thai fried chicken is delicious! ) or come in the mid-morning for breakfast/lunch (or brunch on sundays). This past visit, we stopped by around 10am after dropping off someone at the airport. They have a full coffee bar so they can make a very good latte (even had oat milk for me!). Hubby got a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and he claims it to be one of the absolute very best he's ever had (he was so tempted to order another one but was too full). The inside area had a few different spaces with a variety of seating options as well. Dogs are allowed on the patio and kids are allowed as well. Every time I drop, or am going to pick up, my wife at Love Field, I always use this opportunity to hit another of Dallas' many breweries. This one was a little out of the way, but so worth it. Their beers are always delicious and they have a good menu that also changes every so often. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Their IPA's are tasty and there's always a new one on tap when we come which is great. My favorites are DOUBLE HALF-LIFE and HOPPENHEIMER. My wife is gluten intolerant, so we make the trek there because many of their beers are gluten friendly as is their food. First of all my partner and I have been wanting to visit this brewery for awhile. We finally were in town and had a chance to come in. We were pleasantly treated by a very nice bartender that was very happy to be there and very proud of brewery. He offered us multiple samples before we settled on our selections. I had the half life and my partner had the double half life. They were both delicious hazy IPAs that hit the spot. We enjoyed their truffle fries as well and they were crisp and fresh and very delicious. Only reason I did not give it a 5 was the atmosphere was very minimalistic, clean and modern with an interesting vibe that was not ours. But please don't let that stop you from stopping in. LOVED our first visit! So much to enjoy, and sounds like plans in the works to mature the already excellent experience further. We came because I love the Hoppenheiner beer I get at local package retailers. The brewery is what I look for - tables for socializing, a good selection of beer, and a view in to a clean high quality establishment. Hands up. I am excited about an upcoming project to layer in a coffee roaster so I will be back once that installation is complete. Be still my heart. I believe in dual use space and this hits the sweet spot. The food menu is creative and I passed this time for lack of plant based options. Hopefully more to come! Pleasant staff and service. The model is you order at the bar and walk your order to a seating of your choice, so you are doing the work here. I love that for flights you write down your own selection so there is no room for error. Flights are bit expensive. When I was googling "breweries in Dallas" and saw this one opened at 7am, I was intrigued....turns out they have an amazing little coffee shop and kitchen as well! Lots of different seating, fun lighting, and a beautiful outdoor space as well. We were there for several hours so we saw people working and on zoom calls, groups coming in for lunch, and friends just catching up. You order everything at the bar, and service was always friendly and accommodating every time we went up. We started out with coffee drinks around 10am - I got the strawberry matcha and it was fantastic! We then moved on to beer... we tried a few! Half Life Hazy IPA, Necessary Evil pilsner, and Red Gate amber lager. Everything we tried was very very good! Finally, time to order lunch! We got the chips and queso, which was a huge portion of fried flour chips and white queso. I ordered the lunch special of two arepas and a salad, while my friend ordered the steak rice bowl.
